Our order wasn't correct. It was simply the wrong kind of fries, but our jamocha shakes didn't have flavor. I called Arby's and the mouthy little gal that made our order answered the phone. I tried to explain that I was basically calling, so the next shake they made was made correct. Maybe something ran out like a pop machine can with syrup or carbonation. Instead, I got a mouth full of "Let me tell YOU." I could have gone back and had them fix it, but that's such a pain. Here's a picture of the receipt. Let's see if Arby's cares about their customers' feedback. The food is always good here. But I won't tolerate any, "Let me tell you" the customer is always right in most cases. I wasn't rude or placing blame. Just trying to give some feedback.

They have great gyros and excellent roast beef and cheddar and their new fish sandwich is awesome cuz it's cooked fresh

Don't get me wrong, the Arby's food was great. But after sitting in the dining room, and watching a sick male employee coughing all over the place. Not covering or even having a face mask, not even having the decency of using hand sanitizer. I felt bad for the guy too, nobody could hand the poor guy a cough drop to save his life. And to think he was surrounded by female team members. 🙄

There was a lady there with 2 small caramel colored chihuahua dogs who was hitting on my husband. He’s a trucker. I went to the restroom and she got out of a red semi, seen my husband and proceeded to walk her dogs right up to my husband and started flirting with him and touching his shirt. I was so angry she left by the time I walked up but not before trying to give him her husband her number. It was then that I noticed a man getting out the front door the semi. There is a truck stop next door could be one of those lot Lizards.

Food was good. Drive Thru went fast

Terrible service. One party ahead of me and waited 10 minutes for a 2 for $7 order and nothing else. My order sat on the slide table 3 minutes before being bagged while the staff talked and other activities. I even asked if my order was ready after I saw it setting there. "Not yet was the reply," without even checking. Never had poorer service at Arby's.

Do not try to stop if you have kids. Lobby only the majority of the time.

They were awesome. Ordered 10 combos and they took it like a champ.

Not the best food I've had from here unfortunately, everything tasted like it had been sitting for a while.

I do part time respite care and they are always great about letting me place 2 orders. I love the Gyros.

The lobby is closed. Used the driver thru. Young man at the drive thru window was beyond miserable. Did not speak one word even when speaking to directly to him and saying thank you. Got our food, no dip for my French dip. Did not bother going back for it, wasn’t worth the hassle of dealing with the miserable kid again.

So I went inside cuz drive thru is being redone at this store. Ordered a Market fresh turkey swiss and bacon along with curly fries. Got all the way home and I ended up with a Reuben and curly fries that had been sitting around WAY TO LONG. This place was not busy.

The food is freshly made, the service was fast and the employees were super friendly!! You don't see that anywhere in this society here lately! It was refreshing to finally find a place with great service, food and pleasant people! They even gave my little pup a treat! Thank you all for a positive experience!

Great food. Love the beer battered fish, chicken salad sandwich, and of course the roast beef. They have great customer service. Love the jamoica shakes too.

Ask for Arby's and Horsey sauce got 1 not the other

Food is great. The drive thru staff are almost always cheerful no matter how busy they are. Even on an "off" day, they are pleasant.

I'll do the two beef and cheddars no cheese or red sauce on one. "We can't hold the sauce, you have to have it". One star for stupid management!

Do NOT try the new prime rib cheese steak.....the meat mixture was tasteless and I got two peppers. Best part of the sandwich was the horsey sauce and the bread

St pattys day stopped thru drive thru got Rueben sandwich and a coke. Good taste and fast friendly service

Had a great time walking thru the drive thru. Gas is so high we had to walk thru the drive thru.
