(update- nothing has changed, if anything the morning drive through ladies have gotten more rude. I'm not returning after today) this location rushes you through the drive through too fast, and never gives the correct condiments you ask for. every time.

Didn’t realize that when you order a Cheeseburger with only ketchup that means you don’t get the burger.

Terrible. Room full of people that have no clue how to work a drive thru. Only 3 cars were there one in front of me me and one behind me. The first car got their food and left I got told to pull forward the car behind me got told to wait in spot one then following the next 3 cars had to pull forward and wait. There were already two other cars waiting from way before us who they brought their food to individually. Finally after 10 min pulled forward and other cars getting through they finally brought me my food but had 5 other bags to give to the rest of the people waiting. I’m sorry but I don’t need to wait for everyone else’s food to be done before mine. I got places to be thinking oh there is no one in line this will be quick, nope! All in all took 25 minutes for me to get my food through the drive through. HIRE A BETTER DRIVE THRU LINE

Fries were sadly soggy. But I'm used to that with McDonald's. The chicken sandwich that I got was delicious though. We ordered online and waited in the pickup area. With a full drive thru and people in lobby they got the food out fast

It's fast food, good fries, and good service most of the time. But the frappe machine is always down, so we started going to the other one downtown. That machine is almost always working.

Other than the occasional issue with app, best customer service I've had working my overnights. Great staff and great top notch manager!

0 rating. They don't have any consistency in taking their orders. Define COOKED TO ORDER I am told means make fresh not something sitting around forever. WELL DONE mean bacon burnt crispy NO Fat!!! My Grand daughter like cheese burger only ketchup. Sounds easy. Due to they can't get a small order right was told Weare band from McDonalds seriously. How _____ stupid is this. Poor customer service service. Not just in food, stores and other businesses. Let's get rid of these businesses and get businesses that want to show customers Awesome customer service.

Really fast drive thru, food is mediocre. Good for a fast cheap meal on the run if you don't mind a little lower quality, extra cheap ordering in the app (free fries!) With rewards you can't use with a special. Curbside pickup is even faster than the drive thru.

Spent 20 mins waiting on food. Untill i called then a other 10 mins. The place wasn't even busy. Poor service and food did not even taste fresh.

We've never had issues at this restaurant... the employees are so nice... and very patient.. especially withpeoplewhogo thru thedrive with loud Huskys... always cleanand always friendly...

I went to the drive through and order 2 fish sandwiches. $8.00 😪😫 I know it is not the servers fault so I kept quiet about it. Very friendly at pay window and the 2nd window where you pick up your food.

Get some real employees.This place is ridiculous.From the time we hit the lot until we got our food was 1/2 hr.and that was ordering 2 cheeseburgers a small fry and small coke.We seen a lot of people pull away from here .Manager owner you need to pick up your game.I personally worked at McDonalds for 8 years.I know better!!!!! This is the worse Mcdonald ever!!! The coffee machine it’s almost always broken…the other day i ordered a mcgriddle and a medium caramel cappuccino and when i was in the window in the drive thru and they send me to parking because the order wasn’t ready and we were like 4 cars in total…they should have a better service…

Wasted more than 40mins for my order! placed a mobile order (worst decision of the night!) 2 cars in drive through when I pulled up. been notified my order was already started more than 13 cars going through the drive through with their food in hand and on their way. I finally get in the line and they hadn't even started on my food. they say they got confused and they will do my order all over again and make it fresh. car running the whole time. yall going to compensate me for the waste of gas or my time? food was still cold not "made fresh" Absolutely aweful! don't come her Wendy's is open across the way or the other McDonald's across town isn't totally incompetent and knows how a mobile order works.

It wasn't that busy for being 11:30. I ordered my food quickly, I was cashed out quickly. But as soon as I pulled up to the window to receive my food, they asked us to wait. I noticed that every single car before me was asked to pull forward or into a parking stall. And then every single car after me was asked to pull forward or in a stall. This is absolutely unacceptable. I've been in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years. I've been running my own location for half of that. Your speed of service is NOT more important than the quality or accuracy of your orders. To pull over every single car that pulls up to the window is going to create a ton of confusion for your team members and end up in having multiple orders messed up or have food not be as hot as it's supposed to be. I have never been to a McDonald's that does this more than this location.

We went to the 2nd Street location for a shake and they were of course cleaning the ice cream machine.. so we decided to get a meal but no french fries at all. We decided to go to the State Street location. Got the shake and two meals... the sandwich was sloppily made but the fries should have been tossed long ago. Tough and old. We spent $38 McDonald's really needs to get quality back. Especially at those prices!

Their way too slow and worked on everyone else’s order and not ours. Sat there for 30 mins or so before they even got to us. Yeah they need to hire different people

Went through drive through, they didnt complete taking my order, then i got skipped 2 cars. Then they messed up the order. So went in to have fixed and my fries were nasty had to stand and wait about 15 min and they managed to mess up my order again. This is why I don't go to the McDonald's on Webb rd in grand island worst experience ever

It's actually a 0 store suckes called at 12pm was told the adult Happy Meal was available. Went thur the drive was told what do you want. Called manager on duty was unprofessional.

Used drive thru. No problems . Very efficient , very little waiting period and received exactly what I ordered unlike several other fast food establishments who get it wrong most of the time.

We self orderd and food came out exactly way we put it in, clean place and quick service....we know help can be hard to find and they drive thru can be hard at times but all and all it is getting better.

Went to bathroom employee was in there with gloves on didn't use restroom had hands in and out of pocket left went back to handle food with same gloves on and manager was on with it that is so gross

I had to review the mix-match service I have gotten for the past 2-3 month and ya'll would be amuse and maybe displease at the same time. Let's start with whomever work the shifts after 6pm recently and does nuggets, bless your heart for being OCD when packing them to making them super juicy and tender. It was very pleasing to your performance and delivery. I had one night my card was deny and had to walk-in for curbside pick up (thanks gas station on that freeze) I realize I left my mask in the car but really would just 10ft myself if anything. The employee who was on break was trying to get me service was yelling his lungs out and bless his heart. I was okay waiting until someone cracked and apologized for no mask. Any other time I've noticed some of the burgers buns been burnt or overly dry or poorly constructed. I get it is the end of your shift but man, the buns don't deserve it! Either way keep it up new and old workers I appreciate your quality and time to serve us hungry people!

Drive thru service is always so slow and today it was actually a bit quicker. Food was great.

They are always quick and friendly and I love that they are open 24 hours a day

McDonald's is McDonald's. Fast food. Maybe they should slow down to make sure the orders are correct.

The line was incredibly slow moving - don't know if there was just a massive rush and employees were having trouble or if something had gone completely awry. The employees were very kind and efficient. The food was pretty on par with average experiences.

Sat in the drive thru for 40 Minutes for two quarter pounders, a strawberry shake and an ice cream come, played 15 dollars, finally got to the window and they couldn't even get the order right, had to pay another 2 dollars for the come at the window..this is why they will never get a penny from me or anyone I can talk out of spending money there..If I ran my store like they do at Webb and 13th in Grand Island Ne. I'd be on the Warren line..litterly sat si long ny shake was just nasty and watery.

Order 4 items and they forget the biggest item(quarter pounder). I genuinely hope you guys start hiring people that know how to read and write. Food was fresh, customer service was Luke warm. With the exception of a few workers. I choose the location on 2nd ST. The exceptional workers do all they can to ensure to you're order is correct and your satisfied.

Had a great experience! We’re from out of town and the place was BUSY! The staff was so nice and service was actually quick for as busy as they were! Food was hot and fresh! Excellent work!

A nice atmosphere since they did a remodel. Food was hot and good. Very clean, and definitely will go back.
