I got the Red Rose Scallops which were mushy, no crispiness at all. Also the Spicy Orange sauce was so hot it melted the styrofoam container which burned my hands and got over everything inside the bag. This was a delivery to my work, and i only got to eat a few of the soggy scallops due to having to clean up all the mess. Called in and was told by a lady she was unable to give a refund unless her boss says its ok. Which her boss wasn't there. Wasted $40. Thanks for the mess and burned hands...

DON'T ORDER DELIVERY. My food had obviously been dropped. I pulled out the paper sack that had my soups and sweet and sour sauce, it had been opened and spilled on everything. My food was ruined. All my crab rangoons soaked and ruined. Not to mention the mess it made everywhere. I am so upset. I called multiple times and got no answer. I am in tears. What a horrid mess and now I will be late for my staff meeting. I ordered for my family since I have a meeting, now it's all ruined. Will NEVER get anything from Hunans again.

Best Chinese, I've ever had. I've been dining at Hunans for decades. Hunan's, Grand Island, sets the standard in Chinese food. The food is exceptional. Service is great. Always clean.. I highly recommend Hunan's, Grand Island and Karney.

Reasonable prices of food cause of taste and serving size.

This is the only Chinese Restaurant worth going to. Once you go, no other American Chinese food will ever satisfy and you’ll compare everything to the Hunan’s in Grand Island, Nebraska. When my family visits from California we take them to dinner at Hunans. I’m pretty sure the hot and sour soup probably cures diseases, lengthens your life and is on the menu in Heaven. Don’t believe me? Go see for yourself and thank me later.

They have limited hours (4:30 pm to 8ish) TAKE OUT ONLY at this time. But it’s great food to take home to eat while you watch a movie

Wife picked up food and all I can say is it gets two stars for not tasting as bad as it smelled. Saddest Chinese I have had in a while.

The person answering the phone was rude. And when I got there even ruder. Said I answered to the wrong name, I did not. He also badgered me about paying in cash , as this would cost him more money. The food was ok, but really not worth the stress.

Ordered this "shrimp fantails" and I don't know what that black stuff is but im pretty sure it's not supposed to be there. The one I actually ate prior to this was disgusting. No taste, no flavor. And that lettuce... need I say more? $9 wasted on this. The only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because the crab Rangoon was a bit better taste wise.

Hunan's could be so much better if they served their food hot. Every time I go there with my mother-in-law who loves the place, nothing is served hot, not even the soup. Everything is lukewarm to warm. The flavor of the food is o.k., but it would be a lot better if it was served hot.

The food was right up there with golden gate. The atmosphere is 2nd to none in GI. Our server Edgar was simply the very best server I have had anywhere in over 15 years. There is nothing I would change about this experience.

Food is just ok... The traditional wings were on the bland side, very little to no seasoning. The lo mein was not just good. It had a very strong garlic smell, salty, and soggy (noodles were just sitting on a plate of watered downed sauce). In general everything was just "blah."

Amazing food! Ordered delivery to our hotel room and it arrived in a decent time. The egg rolls were bigger and tastier than I was expecting. The crab cheese wontons were good sized. Crispy and delicious. The steamed dumplings were an absolute delight! And I also have to note that there was plenty of sweet and sour sauce. Didn’t run out half way through like some other restaurants do. If ever in Grand Island again, Hunan will definitely get a repeat customer out of me!

Hands down, best Chinese food in town. Family owned and operated. I have yet to eat something that I haven’t liked.

I got coconut shrimp and it was AWESOME fantastic crunch didn't get soggy in the sauce which was creamy but not heavy. And Hula beef absolutely worth it for the fanfare and it tastes great too.

I recommend the Chicken Lo Mein.. I get mine with chicken and mushrooms only, and it is well portioned and delicious! It's served with soup and appetizer for the lunch special. Also try the coconut shrimp.. wonderful dish.

We have ordered several times from here.Every time something alway's tastes awful. Very dissatisfied with delivery.Also the food sometimes tastes old.When you actually go to the restaurant at lunch time the food is fantastic. Would someone like to explain the difference?

I got the combo lo mein. It had no flavor. The noodles weren't lo mein they were spegetti noodles. Will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Awesome experience dining here! Quiet ambience, friendly service, food arrives quickly and is absolutely delicious. And you get all of that at an incredibly affordable price. Absolutely recommend!!

I cannot express how amazing this place is. Best Chinese food to ever exist. Princess Shrimp and Chicken and hot and sour soup are my number 1. Three years without Hunans was like someone dropped me in the desert without food and I starved to death. Fast and friendly service, great price and amazing atmosphere.

Very disappointed with our food tonight. Room temp to nearly cold. Our waitress had to be asked several times to get her attention for things. I get places are short staffed. But was upset we had to ask repeatedly for things. Hopefully better on our next trip

The happy family and Mongolian beef had no flavor and the happy family tasted like rotten fish. Also everything was watered down. But the rice was good and they had good service.

The hot and sour soup is fantastic and was the meal high point. Service was super slow. Forgot to bring our rice. Forgot what one of us ordered and had to come out and ask. So I ended up getting my food 10 15 minutes before the other. With the other choices in town wont be going back
