Thanks to someone having sticky fingers I'm referring to an employee I no longer have an expensive multi function phone charger that actually has my name in permant marker on it. I accidentally left it in the room we rented and thinking oh I'll just call and tell them I left it and I'll pick it up next time I'm in Grand Island but no they say it hasn't been found... say what? Guess what, after an entire week of calling the hotel my power pack charger has been found. Thank the lord.

I'm no professional entomologist but I'm positive i had a bed bug walk across the bathroom floor... You could see what looked like bug casings or droppings on the carpet and the beds. UP until this I thought it was a decent place to crash for the night. When we told the front desk they didn't question any if it and offered a refund. We left immediately for the Hampton. What a joke. I hope nothing comes home with us.

The three queen beds in one room was absolutely amazing! Definitely will stay here again. Clean and wonderful staff.

The good: location, smooth check in, pleasant assistant manager, decent breakfast The bad: cockroaches in the bathtub, nonfunctional tv.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to State Fair, close to many restaurants and other points of interest. Will stay again very soon!

The rooms are always clean, the beds are huge and very comfortable. Guests have at their disposal a microwave, a coffee machine and a safe for valuables. The room price includes breakfast served from 6-9am. The price is a VERY positive surprise. I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation.

Stayed here the night of the horse races. Nice quiet rooms, good breakfast, and EXCELLENT staff! I accidently left something valuable behind and they dug through the trash and found it for me and mailed it back!! Can't thank them enough!!!!

This is an ok place to stay. I was happy to see they didn’t jack their prices up as much as others in town had for the weekend. Was a little disappointed in the rooms bathroom. The ceiling was falling down a bit, above the shower. Breakfast is ok. Overall we would stay there again.

Nice little place to stay if you are in Grand Island. Tommy's restaurant is right next door and they have great food. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was above average. They had a lot of items to choose from.

The room that we booked was very nice, spacious, and the beds were in deed comfortable. The great variety of breakfast was delicious, but what definitely made the experience wonderful was the friendliness and welcoming of the staff. I recommend the travelers that pass through the area, this hotel would be a great stay for you and families.

Maids went in our room even tho the do not disturb sign was up and we told them no service that day, when they open the door are therapy dog shot out the door if so trying to get them back in they called animal control cost me over $300 to get them out of the pound, they need to take a seminar on human decency on customer service.

We were not happy with a few things in our room but when we informed the front desk, they made things right and switched us rooms. Staff is super friendly, definitely gives the family vibes. The breakfast they offered was amazing and had great variety. Big Thank you to Cheryl and her extra efforts in making our stay comfortable.

Beds are very comfortable and warm. We had plenty of room space and chairs for sitting. Nice sized TV. Lots of space to hang clothes and place luggage out of sight. Very quiet. Staff were very helpful and polite. Will stay there again in the future.

When we arrived to our room it was dirty. Mold in ac unit, stuff on the ceiling and walls. I told the front desk. All she replied with was I will note this and give you a discount. Never offered to switch our room, or have someone come clean it. And we never received a discount. For the money we spent I expect our room to be cleaned. Will not be going back.

Booked last minute on a road trip. Upon driving up, we were uneasy about staying here. Checked in anyway. The room had an odd smell but we decided to power through and stay for the night. As my daughter got in bed, a cockroach ran across the table next to her. Went back to the front desk and she was super apologetic and assisted in getting us a refund. Staff is great but the hotel itself needs some work

Loved the location which seemed to be right in the heart of downtown within walking distance of other businesses. Staff were great too! The room was big and comfy. My only complaint is there was a part of the ceiling in the bathroom that needs to be repaired.

Our stay was OK. The bed was comfortable. The hotel seemed to be undergoing renovation .Hopefully they will address carpets need replacement and bathroom had some water damage. .

Could use a little more maintenance in the rooms IE FIXING THE SINK STOPPERS AND ELECTRICAL OUTLETS

Overall this place is worn out and run down. The beds are clean and our room did have a fridge. It was really nice to have the option of a rollaway to squeeze the five of us into one room, but it was not set up for us. One of our rooms smelled horrible. The other one was right on the road and it was quite noisy. The breakfast was really minimal. The outside areas need a clean up. The bathroom was functional but just that. Other guests were loud and a bit rowdy.

The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and the breakfast had a reasonable variety of options. Price is a bit high and rooms could use some modernization.

rooms very clean but needed some updating. It was quiet, cheap and had every channel from HBO Cinemax showtime the movie channel..for a place off 80, it is a good one

This motel is the very best Travelodge that I have stayed at. Super clean and up to date. Super friendly staff. Got breast available with Real plates and cutlery. Thanks, I'll see the best.

This is a pretty well maintained facility. The rooms have been mostly updated and are very clean. The room I was in had serviceable carpets, though a little worn. Beds were very comfortable. Decor was nice. Free wifi worked well. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free continental breakfast with a nice variety. Excellent area for restaurants and amenities. Good value. I would come here again.
