Best French Fry we ever tasted! Tremendous experience! Fun environment ! Food was fabulous! All the flavors of each food item complimented each other. It was a dining experience not just a meal.

Worth every penny. The atmosphere, staff, food, wine, all top notch. It wasn’t my first dinner here and it definitely won’t be the last. They went above and beyond to make my one year anniversary with my wife special. The only problem with the night was I didn’t have a big enough stomach to order one of everything. Oh well, I guess I’ll just need to hurry up and book a reservation for a return visit.

Surprised to find such an awesome restaurant in Grand Junction. The Miso Marinated Sea Bass was about as good of a piece of fish as I have ever eaten. The Cucumber soup was delicious and the have super interesting wine program. Service was very friendly, attentive and professional (Angie?). Will most definitely be back.

I don’t know what GJ has done to deserve a restaurant like 626, but I am here for it. Fantastic food, a great selection of wine, and amazing service. We took advantage of a beautiful night and sat outside. There is not a lot of traffic on the street, so we had no trouble carrying on a conversation. The food was presented so beautifully and it tasted phenomenal. I still can’t stop thinking about the crispy tofu and the Chilean Sea Bass 🤤

Went for a fine dining experience. The food quality was much like other places I have been in Denver and Las Vegas. The menu was plant based which was amazing to see! The wine flights were the best, first time getting to that, and would go back just for that!

Honestly hands down one of the best food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Patrick was our server and he gave the best recommendations. Amazing service and pacing. The peach and corn soup was wonderful as was the shrimp and peach primavera. Every other entree and appetizer we had was amazing as well but those two stood out. For dessert the palisade peach Napoleon was fantastic. Again I cannot say enough wonderful things about Patrick. His service was outstanding and if we make our way back to Grand Junction we cannot wait to come back.

Overall the meal was quite good. They have a variety of food and drink offerings including fun non-alcoholic drinks like blueberry shrub lemonade and vegetarian options. Generally the ticket prices are a bit high but the food is very high quality. Ones exception was the duck salad. $30 for mostly greens and smoked duck with a very limited smattering of toppings like beets and nuts. I would go here again but would probably avoid the overly expensive salad. Burger was great, pasta was delicious and alternative offerings are very interesting!

I am absolutely amazed. The amount of time they give you to relax and enjoy wine between each course was absolutely perfect. Cocktails will get you pretty buzzed. I was pretty buzzed after 1. Best dine out experience I have ever had...and I've been to Gordan Ramseys Hells Kitchen 😆 Food was amazing. Cooked PERFECTLY.....honestly I couldn't rave enough about this place. My husband and I are making this our go to spot AT LEAST every other week!

This cozy restaurant had really nice romantic ambiance! They even accommodated a last minute extra guest and pushed the time of our reservation back. A friend had suggested this restaurant so I took my best friend for her birthday, which the restaurant helped to organize a personalized happy birthday menu with her name ending with sparklers on her truffles at the end of the night! We ordered the fried calamari with very interesting sauces, fried oysters (was slightly disappointed there weren’t fresh oysters offered), roasted beet carpaccio (the sea salt served in a little bowl rather on a spoon would have been preferred), the Waygu burger and the squid ink pasta (with delicious gochujang sauce). Overall the presentation of each entree/plate was beautiful, and the waiter (Josh) was a delight and very helpful in making our decisions on our food journey here! The drinks were also a smash and very delicious!

Very friendly yet professional service. Food was phenomenal. From presentation, through first bite, to the very last - everything was delicious and filling. One of the top tier restaurants on the western slope of Colorado.

My partner says this is the best restaurant he's been to, point blank. The food was truly amazing & packed rich with flavor. I love that they have seasonal menus, can't wait to go back soon for the Spring menu. Our waitress made the experience even better. Maybe the best waitress in my experience, too. She knew so much about everything she brought out to us & was so excited to tell us about it. When it was mentioned it was my birthday, she added fun sparkler candles to our desert. 10/10!

Amazing vegan options! Being vegan sometimes means missing out on really fancy food (at least in Grand Junction) but not here though. The chefs have created several amazing and delicious vegan meals from appetizers through dessert. We went for our anniversary and will definitely be back. Out dessert even came with a sparkler. Thanks for offering vegan options!!

Beautiful little place to eat. My husband brought me here for my birthday and it was amazing. Great food, lots of choices for food and drinks (even non-alcoholic ones!), and friendly wait staff. Will definitely be going back!

Other than the charcuterie and cheese board, we felt that our experience here was very meh. Cocktails were pretty basic (maybe we should’ve ordered wine) but tasted well-made. We got the garlic parm fries, cheese/charcuterie board, house salad, and pasta primavera. The cheese/charcuterie board was outstanding — chicken liver pate was some of the best I’ve had. However, fries were just OK and the pasta was too acidic (probably from the artichokes). I’d come back here again just for the wine and cheese/charcuterie board.

Our new favorite dining spot in the Grand Valley! The staff was so nice. Josh was great! (our server). The food was amazing and a really nice wine list. Inside and outside dining

I came here with a group of 8 people from CU Boulder (they were in town visiting and wanted to try a great restaurant). ;-) We had cocktails first (mine was very delicious) and then for our appetizer a few of us shared a tomato, basil and mozzarella dish. Then, for the main meal - I had an amazing grass fed beef burger with a great tasting salad on the side. I'm pretty sure I shared an order of fries on the side, but didn't get a photo. All of the food was cooked in a very refined manner, so that you really enjoy it. We were here for quite a while enjoying each others company. Great evening.
