We decided to stop in for an anniversary lunch at this fine eating establishment. The service and the food was not impressive for such an occasion. We were prepared to sample thoroughly a variety of their foods, because we heard great things. We enjoyed the Charcuterie appetizer, and we were impressed by the smoked trout salad. My Sassafrass Soda was enjoyable enough that I got a second. My wife raved about her tender juicy Chicken Sandwhich, but the bun could not hold up to the juciness and she had to eat it with a fork. My Pork Katsu Sandwich I did not care for, the pork is cooked medium rare, which is ok for those who like it that way, but it was not mentioned on the menu. The sandwich was also overly soggy with a flavor lacking slaw topping. The service was a disappointment. Our server left at the end of her shift without checking on us or letting us know she was leaving. So we would have asked for more drinks and sampled other menu items because we were prepared to splurge, but we didn't know who to ask until another server eventually helped us. Gratuity is included so I guess service doesn't matter here. I am subtracting a star for service, and another star because of soggy buns and lack of menu clarity. I don't think we will try dinner at Bin 707.

We started with the beet tartare and heirloom tomatoes, both with bright complex flavors and paired it with the fennel-focused "Bowie & Warhol" cocktail. The cocktail was soft, balanced, and delicately flavored despite using fennel, vermouth, We were pleasantly surprised at the generous quantity of the beet tartare which is enough for 3-4 if you're looking for a flavorful and still light starter. The bin burger was perfectly cooked served with house cut fries that were salty and crispy and everything you want from skinny fries. We finished with the Palisade peach cobbler and the daily drink special which was peach, gin, honey, vanilla, grapefruit, and egg white. The NV collab Blaufrankisch wine was delicious and we enjoyed the friendly staff who checked in on us yet also let us enjoy our time together. 10/10, we will be back next time we are passing through.

Phenomenal experience from the service, cocktails, and delicious food- we look forward to coming back often as the menu switches up. Came here after loving tacoparty, another restaurant from this chef, with high expectations that were somehow exceeded! Our server was wonderful and even sprinted down the street in 90 degree heat when we forgot our card 😁. So happy this restaurant is in town!

Tried this lovely place out on our visit to GJ and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was seasonal and delicious. Definitely coming back every time we are in town.

Fantastic food, stellar service, and even a great whiskey list with flight options! It is certainly a pricey spot, but in this case it feels like you "get what you pay for" (can't say that about every expensive place I've had dinner). Well done to the chefs and the whole team!

Absolutely delicious, creative, memorable top notch service, local & seasonal, inspirational all around. Would go out of my way to stop here again for sure & can’t wait to be back! We’ll be extra lucky to dine with Dillon again - such a wonderful staff here. Not to mention the extensive, tasteful wine, beer and nonalcoholic drinks. Yum!! You must go to this gem!

There’s not a single place in town who can compete with what bin provides for an all around lovely dining experience. I was honestly surprised to see that I haven’t written a review after how many delicious meals they’ve provided. Laura behind the bar is exceptional in her craft. Order as much as possible, cheers your friends, and enjoy a great restaurant.

From food to service, our experience was exceptional. We had dinner and Dillon, our server, was wonderful. He had some great recommendations, namely the beet salad which exceeding our expectations on presentation, flavors and textures. The presentation of all the food was beautiful and the flavor left you in awe. Another dish we particularly loved was the elk tartare. Nice wine list selection with some really cool Orange wine and Gamay options for those who want to geek out a little. The atmosphere was very comfortable. We were recommended their burger for lunch so we made sure to stop by the following day. Needless to say it was cooked to perfection and the fries were great! Highly recommended.

A lot of space between tables, fast and very courteous service, food is very good, the ruby trout rillette is tasty, fresh, well seasoned, the King salmon BLT same, and the cioppino was excellent. Service was excellent, the team was very friendly. A good lunch passing through this city on our way to Utah from Colorado.

This is only my second time coming in but from both visits the cocktails, food, presentation, and ambience have been excellent. It has easily become my favourite restaurant in GJ for its farm to table with a modern edge style. Thank you Hannah for being great conversation and giving us all the wonderful suggestions! 🤍

The service here was genuinely amazing! Very attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff. Elevated dining experience in an elegant atmosphere. Phenomenal food and beverages, locally sourced ingredients, this eatery is perfect for a fine dining experience or date night out. Bison rib eye- one of the 2 allium free dishes Mushroom and grits- a combination I will be attempting to recreate at home, the perfect meal for a chilly day Salmon- the best tasting salmon I have had in my life, served with a pea sauce, I hate peas but would have liked the plate it was so good.

Phenomenal food. Some of the best service. The drinks were fun. We really enjoyed our time here. The peach cobbler dessert wasn’t just a slice, but a bowl, and SO yummy. We went around 2PM, so it was a little more quiet and it was a great time to take a little kid.

This place never disappoints. Earmark the burger for lunch and the elk tartar is a must starter for any dinner... explore it all. Ask for guidance on the wine list if you are not well versed on Colorado Wine, Natural Wines and Pet Nat so you don't miss out on some wonderful and unique offerings.

What an outstanding experience! The entire staff was knowledgeable and cared about creating a fantastic atmosphere. Living in Chicago, people know what high caliber dining is and this restaurant goes toe to toe with some of Chicago's most prestigious restaurants. What a gem in Grand Junction. If you are within a 100 mile radius of this place there should be ZERO reservations about going here. The next time I'm anywhere near Grand Junction I will be making a pilgrimage here. Truly spectacular!

Lamb tenderloin melted in my mouth and brought a huge smile to my face. Be prepared to order a multi course meal because entrée portions are not gut busting. Share and enjoy some appetizers, get a soup if they have one and try their fresh baked bread. You can taste the quality.

I seriously can never get enough of 707. I will never turn down someone suggesting going here EVER! Seasonal dishes super delicious. Creative cocktails. My only regret is no community table and my eyes are too big for my stomach.

My experiences at Bin 707 have been superlative! I got take out once on a road trip a year ago (excellent) and this weekend I dined in. I got there somewhat late but they seated me right away. The server was very nice and attentive and the staff made sure I always had a full glass of water. She recommended the tomatoes which were one of the best dishes I’ve ever had anywhere. I typically don’t like tomatoes but this made me a convert! You can tell they source the best ingredients locally. The baby gem salad was also delicious, and the veggie burger was one of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve been pescatarian for 14 years so eaten hundreds!!) All of the food was expertly crafted, high-level New American and *actually* farm-to-table. Additionally they have an impressive and delicious non-alcoholic beverage and mocktail menu, craft cocktails, and a wine list featuring local wines which they let me taste before deciding. Can’t recommend Bin 707 Foodbar enough, my only regret is I was too full to order from the Pie Menu, and that I can’t take them home with me!!

I’m a burger connoisseur and this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Service was excellent, atmosphere is very trendy and fun. Drinks were fantastic. The chocolate marshmallow pretzel pie was good but a bit too much caramel for my taste. Overall wonderful experience.
