Extremely happy with the service we had the pleasure of dealing with Alex! Even Morgan the manager checked on us and refilled our drinks. More people need to understand the food business/restaurants and how they run! ADDICTED TO THIS PLACE & SATISFIED! WE RETURN EVERY TIME WE ARE IN JUNCTION!!

Really liked the Dessert here. My Girlfriend is a huge fan of Italian food and Wine. Me not as much. However I had the Chicken Parmesean and it was really great! I would absolutely order it again. She had the Spagettti and it was sub par at best. Not very good. This Brownie lasagna was absolutely fantastic though. They had a decent selection of wines available. The place smelled a little funky but very well could have been some kind of cheese that I'm not a fan of. All in all it's not my favorite place but I would come back here for dinner again.

Our server Tony was just fantastic. He was very personable and overall made the dining experience. Not very often do you get GREAT service like that anymore. Give this man a raise:)

We always have a great experience here! Our food is always fresh and the breadsticks super hot. The calamari was so soft and tasty and the dipping sauces for the breadsticks add just that something extra. The gluten free rotini is always cooked just right and the creamy mushroom sauce is to die for. Roberta the manager is always friendly and make our visits even better! Deserts are always super sweet and hits the spot right after a meal of delicious pasta. The atmosphere is always comfortable and the staff always have a great attitude.

If there is one guy that deserves a raise. Its Brandon quite possibly the best server in olive garden history. He made this experience feel like i was in Italy. Hes set the bar for olives garden around the globe never has my Olive been so gardened. 10/10 best waiter of all time would recommend would refer would tip well! He definitely made us feel like family. Would I say he was great, no. I would say he was exceptional. Nay- exemplary!

My daughter and I went here one afternoon for a mother daughter date. She had never been, she's 8, and I hadn't been in years. My daughter ordered the kids pizza, ate the whole thing. I ordered the soup, salad and bread sticks. It wasn't anything fantastic. What you would expect. The restaurant though seemed dirty. You could see dust most places you would expect to see it but had been there longer thsn it should have. The booth we sat in had something sticky on the front side where your calves touch it. The bathroom was not tidy either, there was paper everywhere. I'm not sure I'd go again. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because our waitresses was amazing. Morgan was very attentive and kept on top of refills and other things we needed. Brought us a huge handful of dinner mints. She deserves the 4 stars by herself.

Would give 5 stars normally. The food is AMAZING 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟, and the staff was all nice. Mostly. The people at the front were great, but our waiter made a rude comment about us, and that was a little disappointing. He Should be more careful with what he says. But olive garden handled the situation in a great way and that one experience has not affected our love for the chain, and we will be back!

The hosts and servers are so friendly, also attentive! We were greeted with a big smile from the host this morning. With it being after opening when not many servers are on, we were happy to wait for severs to come on to take our big party back. Got everything we ordered and were extremely happy with the service! Overall it was great. However, what your cook needs to understand is an pasta absorbent and a little more sauce makes it easier to swallow. The service was amazing! She was very attentive, got our items right when she delivered them, sorry sweetheart I'm terrible with names.

Food is always delicious, great salad, and I especially enjoy the soup. Staff is usually quick to seat you, however, we usually try to arrive a little before or after noon, to avoid the bigger lunch crowd. The Monday thru Friday lunch menu is very reasonably priced.

Generally, it's a decent place for "Italian" food, but my last visit there left a lot to be desired. I never received my drink, which was only water, until after we went through two baskets of bread stick and finished the appetizer. Everyone else at the table received theirs before the bread sticks arrived. The waitress kept forgetting refills at the table. My wife received the wrong order. The food didn't come out at the same time, so some people had food while others had to wait another 10-15 minutes for theirs. It was only a party of 4, there should be no reason for this. When all the food did arrive, it was mediocre at best. I'm in not hurry to ever return to this establishment.

Pretty rough experience this evening at the Olive Garden in Grand Junction. Some caveats behind my two star review. I know some restaurants are having a hard time hiring right now due to COVID, but we actually had two servers (trying) to help us. Also, I know we had a party of eight (so a lot of people to take care of), but again, we had two servers. So…we waited so long to get our salad and breadsticks. Then, we needed a refill on both and that didn’t come until we asked twice, and the breadsticks came after the food arrived. The food probably took an hour to eventually get (trouble in the kitchen too???). My wife ordered the never ending soup and salad, but couldn’t get more than one bowl of soup without asking several times and the second bowl showed up after we had all finished eating. Finally, to end the debacle, we waited and waited for the check, after they offered to get it for us, then asked twice for it, and then eventually used the digital kiosk at the table and walked out without either of our servers showing up. I thought maybe they would offer us a free dessert for our long wait on everything, but nope…

DO NOT get dinner salads to go by themselves. This is what you get for $7.79 - are you kidding me? The food here is good, but if you get TO GO, beware.

The wait was 30 minutes which is normal for a Saturday night. The check in and text when ready works really well. Daniel is a great server and I hope that I remember to ask for him next time. I would highly recommend and we will go again.

Dinner in Grand Junction with Gina and Raz was fantastic. Great trip to Colorado without the hustle and bustle of the everyday routine. Service was fantastic! Food was wonderful!

Our waiter was very nice and made great suggestions when asked about his favorite appetizer.

Enjoyed a veal cutlet. Cooked just right, nice meal. Our party left happy and satisfied. No noticeable issues or gaps in service. I like the Olive Garden approach to Italian food, as well as the rebrand of the logo and signage.
