Wish I could give this a minus. Front desk workers were RUDE. Room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Was gonna complain but was tired after driving 800 miles. Next day, was charged a $250 smoking fee. And we don't even smoke. Be aware. Best thing to do is find another hotel.

stayed in June 2022 with king bed. One of the better La Quinta we have stayed in. Has 5 floors, a large lobby/breakfast area with good food selection with plenty of seating. Work out room, and its it pet friendly. Our room was nice and well furnished. Parking was limited somewhat. Bathroom had 2 saloon type doors that was different, show head &/or pressure was low and the commode must have been industrial type as it was Noisy & we could hear our neighbors flush as well . We would stay there again.

Well, we found that La Quinta considers us "lower class". We reserved a handicap room because my wife is facing severe medical issues. When we checked in they put us in a suite, which was nice. We didn't ask for it, it was La Quinta's choice. 3 hours later they evicted us from the suite because someone else had requested it. We were given a standard room, which was fine but being evicted was, if anything, demeaning. They didn't even offer to move our belongings until my wife explained her medical issues. We've stayed at this hotel for over 15 years when we have business in Grand Junction, but no more. There is plenty of competition nearby. UPDATE: The day manager was much more attentive to our situation. We checked out feeling human again. Thanks! Then, later in the day the general manager left a message on my cell phone asking to discuss the situation with me. I called back the next day and was told he wasn't in "yet". I left him a message but he has never returned my call. Odd customer service. Makes me uncomfortable about this place once again.

Air conditioner in the bedroom and the proximity of I-70 made for a noisy night. Bedroom curtains didn't cover the window completely enough to block out the outside high intensity parking lot lights. The furniture was stained/dirty. On the positive side, the breakfast was fine, and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Still, all in all not a place that I would likely choose to return to.

Very good example of the chain. We stayed 3 nights in one of the suites and were pleased with the amenities offered, the fitness center, and the gracious hospitality of the staff. Even though I70 was close by, the noise in the room was minimal. Recommended!

Loved it! Big bed, great WFH set up and the AC was freezing in the best way. The women who checked us in was great and the other staff. Bed was cozy and snuggly. Only downside, breakfast only goes until 9 and who really wants get up by 9 (we were awake, but didn’t wanna go out there yet). Would recommend!

Great location. They had a nice hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could have more options. Everyone we encountered was nice. It was convenient to Colorado National Monument and a fabulous coffee shop called Octopus Cafe!

The room was okay, but there were areas that needed a good dusting. Also, the toilet lid was not on straight and moved when sat on. The front desk personnel were very nice, the breakfast was good, and the parking was okay. The lobby was pretty and there was coffee and other hot drinks available most of the time. I would definitely stay here again.

Lisa is amazing đź‘Ź! She helped us get a warm room after staying in the mountains for a week in 10 degrees. She even helped us find a place for us to park our truck and trailer on the lot. We felt safe and warm. Thanks to Lisa we were able to get rest before our 11 hr drive home. We will definitely be back after our next hunting season. Thank you Lisa!!

We had an excellent stay here, and would stay again in a heartbeat! The hotel looked like it had been recently renovated. It was clean and beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable and I slept like a baby on the bed. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a good array of the usual offerings. 10/10!

Stayed at this hotel for a night while traveling through. I choose this hotel based on the many good reviews it had received. However, I personally don't understand how this hotel has received such good reviews. The cleanliness was subpar. The first room I went into had stained sheets on the bed and hairs on it. It looked as though the bed was made without changing the sheets after the previous guest. Additionally, the trash can in the bathroom was still full from the previous guest. The second room seemed much better at first glance, until I found many various stains throughout. Last but not least, I also found the beds to be very uncomfortable. The only reason I am able to give this hotel a two star rating, is due to the two ladies that worked the front desk. Both ladies were very nice and helpful when mentioning my concerns.

Passing through Grand Junction to fly back home I decided to book a room to stay and enjoy the area of Grand Junction. The hotel was right off the highway, easy to find and down the street from the airport. This is not your average big city with noisy cars and planes. Oh no! It is a beautiful quiet town with the accessibility to so many sights, mountains, views, wines, skiing all within a short drive. The hotel was just enough to stay the night and wake up to a warm fresh FREE breakfast served in the lobby. With warm waffles you get to make, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, cereals and all the drinks you want. The room was clean and had a nice desk and TV counter/Dresser. It was larger than a normal hotel room with 2 queen beds, the bathroom was separated with a wall and a foyer area that had a small vanity counter with a mirror. You even had a door that opened into a closet without taking up any of the room space. Great value at a great rate and pleasant stay. Thank you LaQunita Inn

Accommodations were perfect for an overnight stay before a medical procedure. We chose a pet-friendly room as it was too cold in December to leave our dog at home or in the truck! Room was very clean and well cared-for, wifi worked well on phones and tablets and it was exactly what we expected.

Excellent place to stay if you're in the area. The front desk staff were really great and took care of me. The rooms were clean and they had most of all the amenities I need. As a single woman traveler safety is very important to me and i felt very cared for and protected while I was here. The breakfast was very good and they had a nice selection, which was great because I'm on a diet! (Lol)

This is a very good hotel and you should enjoy your stay there especially if going to the airport. It is clean and well run. Lisa checked me in and she was very kind and helpful. I would stay again for sure.

I pulled in at 11pm after a rough 11 hour drive. The lady at the desk made sure to check me in as quickly as possible so I could get to my room asap, which I appreciated. I wasn't charged a pet fee either. The mattress was way too firm for my liking, but that's just how it is with hotels. Otherwise, the room was clean and spacious. Would stay here again. The place is right next to a busy freeway, which I didn't mind at all (I grew up in a house next to a freeway) but I know it bothers some people. Just be aware before booking.

We stayed on a Sunday night, and for the price, it was likely the best value we’ll have on this road trip. It was worth it for the free Wyndham breakfast alone (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc). Plus, they provided us with a quiet room with a view, just like we requested, along with an outlet to charge our car. They really exceeded expectations.

We arrived to a convenient drive through around 730 PM. I don’t believe they have people waiting for customers to arrive to help them with their luggage. I went to fetch a caddie and check in and had a bad start. I was greeted by a kind gentleman and he attempted to check me in but somehow could not find me within their system. After 20 minutes of searching finally the gentleman was able to locate my room. Apparently the lady at the front didn’t verify the identity of the individuals she checked in to our room. Because we had the last name was good enough. What annoyed me the most was that she had the audacity to claim that she had checked me in earlier, somehow trying to justify to herself the error she had committed. The gentleman was very helpful after he realized what had happened and gave us a room. We settled in for the night. It was unfortunate to find out that they use all their rooms for pets and don’t have any blocked off. We would get a smell of dog urine as we tried to sleep. My family suffers from asthma as they are allergic to dog and cat hair. We ended up finding a good amount of pet hair along the beds. Breakfast was not bad, the best part is the waffles. Unfortunately the people don’t know how to operate the batter release lever so it ended up getting broken. As the day was a beautiful 80 degrees we attempted to use the pool but couldn’t due to the fact that it was locked as it was not heated, I could swim in a pool that’s not heated. I ended letting the front know about our situation about how our asthma was acting up the night before, we were moved to another room. I will say that room felt a little better but it’s unfortunate that there is no exhaust in the bathrooms. The dampness says in the room after a hot shower. Overall I will not stay here again in the future.

Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. I can't speak for all rooms but ours had a ton of outlets in the main room and bathroom, soft toilet paper, variety of softness for pillows, and was very spacious. Breakfast was a pretty decent spread of options and the coffee was fresh. Also there was a well lit/clean smoking area for the smokers, and plenty of well kept space in the vicinity to walk/exercise dogs, etc. There is a coffee shop and some restaurants in close proximity.

Clean and safe, good breakfast, nice pool and courtyard equipped with guest use grill even! Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Great place to stay with the family, and pet friendly!

Very nice hotel! And the price was considerably less than I expected. They allowed our pets while passing thru the state whoch made it convenient.... although the pizza place advertised on their room keys got us all sick. But that's not the hotels fault.

Amazing little gem! Kelly left our room immaculately clean. Giselle was so helpful getting us in early after my procedure so I could rest. All the staff was so friendly.

Kudos to the staff! Thank you to the lady working the front desk overnight on 9 July for helping me start my laundry! The breakfast was pretty good. Extra points for having a carafe of milk/cream for my coffee :) The suites are awesome btw! I was in the suite originally but extended for an extra night and needed to switch rooms due to availability. Attached at photos of the regular king room, which is also very nice.
