I'll
start
with
saying
that
the
rooms
at
this
hotel
are
wonderful
-
spacious,
lots
of
amenities,
and
overall
a
great
option.
Even
the
staff
(specifically
Daly)
were
very
helpful
and
friendly.
However,
the
housekeeping
policy
is
TRASH
-
"every
other
day"
is
a
lie.
I
checked
in
on
a
Monday
morning,
with
the
expectation
that
I
would
have
my
room
serviced
on
Wednesday.
I
came
back
from
work
to
find
my
room
un-serviced,
so
I
went
downstairs
on
Thursday
morning
to
request
service
that
same
day
while
I
was
away.
I
returned
from
work
on
Thursday
evening
to
find
my
room
STILL
un-serviced,
so
I
went
downstairs
that
same
night
to
complain
and
ask
for
service
AGAIN
on
Friday
morning.
Friday
midday
rolls
around
and
it
is
STILL
un-serviced,
and
when
I
messaged
the
front
desk
using
the
Marriott
Bonvoy
app,
they
didn't
respond
for
awhile
(until
I
re-messaged
with
"?")
and
their
response
"We
will
respond
as
soon
as
possible."
Terrible
service
on
this
and
a
lack
of
meeting
expectations
have
ruined
my
view
of
the
hotel....
