Do not stay at this hotel! The rooms are not kept well and are in terrible shape. You are directly next to the convention center that likes to hold events playing loud music well into the night. You will be kept up by the noise there is no escaping it in the hotel. The breakfast is old and stale and not even worth trying. The fruit was slimy and the yogurts were past their expiration date. If you have a choice stay at one of the neighboring hotels for half the price. I paid over $300 for the night and was not offered any kind of compensation when all of the details were brought to the attention of the front desk. I was simply told “I’m sorry that sucks”.

I came in late at night after a very bad experience in flight. The front desk lady was so nice that made me feel more at ease with a bad situation. She was there in the morning when I was checking out and made sure I was ok. Kindness… what we all need

Great location and ideal for the center of Grand Junction. However it was let down by a couple of things, its too close to the buildings either side and its an additional $11 for parking. Otherwise a pretty standard Hampton Inn.

Stayed here three nights for a work conference. Closest hotel to the convention center. My room was clean, and in good order. The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety! Thanks Annie! I'm not a big fan of their $11/night parking fee.

Great location, rooms and service! Breakfast was fresh and delicious, staff was beyond friendly, and the room was very large, clean and modern. Great hotel!

I reached out by phone for some information. The desk clerk Lida was very professional and so kind and helpful, she needed to communicate with her manager and give me a call back. Lida returned my call in a very timely manor and her manager also was very helpful and kind. I wish I had gotten his name. I just wanted to complement them both and say Thank You!

First of all I want to say Thank You to Kevin. His customer service skills are by far the best I have encountered in any hotel. I called to ask about a souvenir that had gotten left behind in the room my husband and kids were staying in. Kevin took the time to search and rescue the missing items. Then called back and offered to ship the items. I gave him my debit card numbers and I two days we had the items. Thank you again for understanding the importance of the items to my children. You truly went about and beyond. Heather A.

This Hampton Inn is in a great location downtown and is adjacent to the Main Street. We enjoyed the Farmers Market that they have on Main Street on Thursday nights. The Hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was the typical items but was well stocked and clean. The room was updated and good size. We were on the 2nd floor and the room was quiet. Only complaint was the shower door (no bath) kept sliding open during showering. A bit frustrating. Also, there is an additional fee for parking. But on the whole this is a great place to stay.

We were looking for a hotel downtown and this fit the bill. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff members were helpful. The gentleman who checked us in provided a list of dining options in walking distance and a map of downtown. The complimentary breakfast was good. Biscuits, gravy, cereal, waffles, yogurt, as well as other options.

Beds were so comfy. My daughter and I agreed, this was some of the best sleep we've got while on our mini trip. The lady who checked us in was awesome as well. Coffee in the lobby is great as well.

Very comfortable and quiet. Has breakfast which saves time. Only drawback is parking is not free and unaware of that at time of booking or after. Only found out after I was sent the bill.

Very clean and well equipped rooms. Cozy beds. Nice breakfast spread. Very caring staff, especially Anne, who prepared special breakfast items for us.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay during the Christmas season. This hotel was reasonably priced compared to other options in Grand Junction, and it was much more affordable than the other hotels right next-door. The fact that facilities are shared between this hotel and the others neighboring it means there are lots of things to do on site. Our bed was a little firm for our taste, but the room was really clean and the staff was nice. We will stay here again.

I think $200 is outrageous for their rooms. With that being said the rooms are comfortable and the hot breakfast was adequate but could be improved with some quality items. Traveling is ungodly expensive right now. Gas is higher than ever. Thanks to “I did that!” Joe (I’m a lifelong D so this is not political-he’s messed up our economy)

SUPER service! Went for baseball games and the hotel team was uber helpful and understanding to each families individual needs. Clean and comfortable rooms, decent breakfast, Covid protocols in place and great location.

Beautiful clean and warm. Checking in was a little tricky: you pull into the parking garage and the door to the lobby is through there. We have a beautiful corner room with a chaise lounge which was the perfect location to watch the Raiders head to the playoffs!! #RaiderNation Breakfast this am is biscuits and gravy, waffles and many other selections. The desk lady this am was happy and welcoming. I have had cause to travel alot lately and believe me this is rare. I was greeted by a lady from housekeeping as well with the same jovial upbeat vigor. They are doing something right here. I am from Vegas, the home of hospitality so I know it when I see it. Most are not this joy filled at 6am in the cold. Shift change at 7am and the gentleman behind the counter is just as happy and kind.

My husband and I had to stay overnight due to my father being hospitalized at the VA in Grand Junction. They are pet friendly and were more than accommodating to us!!! Dillon was the desk clerk that checked us in at night and was wonderful to help us get in a room that was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Laurie was the morning clerk and was so kind knowing we didn't have any luggage with us gave us tooth brushes, deodorant and asked if we needed anything else!! They treated us like family and we won't stay anywhere else in Grand Junction from now on!! Laurie also set us up for Hilton award program so we received points. We can't say enough good about this hotel!!!

The hotel is very nice but it’s too expensive. It was over $300 to stay. The town was like a ghost town so I have no idea why it cost so much.

Room was clean, breakfast was fine but you have to pay for parking and NEITHER time I have stayed at this hotel was I told that at check-in. I would have stayed at a different Hilton property in the area where I didnt have to pay for parking and it would have cost me less. Did not feel valued as a diamond member at this property.

Top notch service from Leslie!!! Temperature is currently=burning with fire and brimstone. Heat advisory’s and triple digits for days is what prompted us to stay here. They have a pool and I figured that I could tolerate the pee from 3 potential children vs all of district 51 kids that would be swimming at Lincoln Park or Fruita. So… I made a reservation at the Home2suites which is much closer to my house. The day of check in, I received a call from the manager at 8am. I thought they were calling to let us know about early check in which I requested the day prior when I made the reservation. Nope. They called to say we don’t rent to locals and they did not deliver the news pleasantly. After being hung up on and having my reservation canceled against my wishes, I called Hilton reservations and they checked the policy at this location and called to verify. Leslie was so kind and let the reservation agent know that she had a room available for us to check in immediately. Service was night and day. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and Leslie was just amazing. Although the phone was ringing and other people were waiting in line, she focused solely on checking us in. She took the lemons and made me a vodka lemonade! I highly recommend this property. Thank you Leslie for saving the day and preventing me from dying of heat stroke and possible hot flash overload. And… we basically had the pool to ourselves for hours.
