I must say this hotel is very well taken care of. The first thing I did was go down to the pool before they closed and it was very clean. It wasn't really busy so I got to do some laps as well. The beds were comfy enough and the place wasn't noisy. You really can't beat it for the price and you can tell they take care of their property. For the service I didn't have a ton of interaction but they were fine anytime I did communicate with them. . I really can't complain about the breakfast in the morning as it was free. I would stay again.

This location had clean rooms, and a good location for our needs as we were simply passing through. We stayed in a room with a king sized bed, the bed and bathroom were just fine, not fancy but clean. The breakfast was great! Better than most with a variety of freshly cooked choices. The pricing on line did not match the pricing we were charged. I brought that up when we checked out, the girl behind the desk was "confused" when I mentioned "bait and switch." I asked her to let her manager know about my complaint. We never heard from the manager and we were charged the higher price because of some kind of convention in town that drove prices up. Not cool! Pricing should be upfront and honored as to what is shown on line.

For a 2-star hotel, this place is on point. The building itself looks older and dated but the furniture and fixtures are newer and well-maintained. Really appreciated the super clean sheets and towels. Even the curtains and carpets were surprisingly clean and in good shape. You can tell they take pride in their business. The hot breakfast is top-notch and the nice lady working the breakfast deserves extra kudos for making us feel at home. Be sure to drop a few extra dollars in the tip jar. The stellar crew taking care of this humble gem deserves it. We plan to always stay here when passing through.

Checked in after a long drive with the family hoping to lounge and relax in our room when we saw a big crawling across my son’s sheet. After inspecting it and doing some research online, it was a bed bug! Went down to the front desk and they moved our room and said they would inspect the room. The next room we were in wasn’t much better as it had about 15 flying black bugs on the walls and ceiling. The front desk assured us these bugs are “common in grand junction and they just can’t get rid of them”. Checked out and found the Holiday Inn Grand Junction Airport location to be wonderfully clean and comfortable. Don’t think you’ll save money @ the quality inn on their free hot breakfast, your losing cleanliness.

Outstanding staff, outstanding breakfast and very clean room. Nothing fancy regarding the room, but I think this 2-Star hotel is underrated for sure. My only complaint would be that, at least in my room, the TV was not HD and did not have much to offer. The whole staff is to be complimented.

The rooms were nice and quiet. Swimming pool was refreshing, but cold for the little ones. There is a breakfast buffet which is convenient. It was descent. Pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Nice spread. Plus super convenient to get on and off the 70.

This hotel, while dated, is clean, quiet, and helpful, and the breakfast was above what is usually offered at this price range. It was a little difficult to work around each other in the room, the sink is outside the bathroom, and while that's usually a plus, having to squeeze past the bed was a little complicated. The internet was good enough, although the number of separate connections caused a bit of re-connecting while moving from one area of the hotel to another. The tv, though, definitely had some connection issues, and I'm not sure if it was due to splitting or reception to the hotel itself. One person on the night shift didn't know where we could throw away our pizza boxes. Really? I realize you're not a housekeeper, but we can be the first to need a trash can. Most, if not all, of the interior cans were too small for them. The outside ones worked well enough. The rest of the staff were good, and honestly, all seemed to like their jobs. That means a lot, too.

We stayed here recently and had a great experience. Dog friendly - pool - breakfast - exactly what we were looking for. Comfy bed & quiet AC in the room made it even better. We would stay here again.

By far our favorite of the hotels we stayed at on our trip around Colorado. Our room had a bummer of an inner facing view of a wall in the pool area but more importantly was quiet and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast at this hotel was a full breakfast served buffet style and very tasty.

The room was MORE than I expected…size was plenty big. I used to clean hotels so am usually disappointed BUT not here! Clean room, we stayed a week and during that time they cleaned one time which was just fine. Here’s the BIG DEAL about that cleaning; I’d forget my jewelry box, which was full of items, on top of the dresser. Not a thing was touched! Sadly we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but our last day. We were blown away by the fabulous breakfast served!!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️

The customer service was absolutely terrible. The night staff checking in profiled us from the moment we walked in. I booked an extra night because we had settled and needed the rest. The morning staff immediately was on me to bring down cc info for the new check in. I had planned on doing that before we checked out. I went down for their convenience to be told they could not use the cc they used the night before and that I needed to put down an extra 100 for deposit because I was local! None of that was required the night before! After leaving they charged my cc they were not able to accept for cleaning fees. A requested pictures and never received them. Very very disappointed in how we were treated and how they acted towards us. If I could give a 0 star I absolutely would.

Friendly and courteous staff! The rooms may not be modern but they are CLEAN. The breakfast is a true breakfast. Enjoy your affordable stay as my family and I sure did! Visit Cattlemans ranch restaurant about 15 minutes away near Fruita for a great steak dinner.

Everything was great, clean rooms, comfortable beds, we had two queens but one seemed to be broken or just very uncomfortable so we just shared 1 bed. My only complaint is, you can hear everything around you. Hard to sleep early.

Don't be fooled by the apparent age: the hotel is meticulously cared for. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds and pillows quite comfortable. For the price, I expected much less but it was the perfect choice for our short stay. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. No complaints. Would absolutely stay there again.

Nice motel. Breakfast ok. Coffee pot/coffee in my room was unacceptable—I brought in my own pot and coffee fixings. I didn’t like that the bathroom fan ran when the light was turned on—annoying/loud. Quiet room. Refrigerator included a freezer compartment.

It is an older building, but the staff is outstanding! All of the staff from the front desk to the maids, maintenance, etc. were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. A special shout out to the one woman dynamo who is in charge of the free breakfast! She kept everything filled and made sure everyone had what they needed and greeted everyone with a smile. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area!
