We have stayed here many times over the years. The hotel looks great. The room and bath were perfect. The mattress very comfortable. The next morning I enjoyed the breakfast Buffett. The chef made me perfect over medium eggs. They cook the large link sausage for the buffet. Excellent. They now have a $12 self parking fee we have never encountered here before. That is out of place in this setting. After my request they took the charge off. I hope they drop it soon.

Great location and hotel accomodations. However, the rooms and hotel could use a good cleaning, beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. The coffee wasn't replaced so I couldn't make coffee ( need my coffee). Breakfast buffet food was pretty much gone by 9 am so we had to go out and eat. However, it is worth staying but I expected more for the price of the room.

Clean rooms, wonderful customer service, and THE BEST omelet in Colorado! I stayed here for business in late August, and everything was great! I ordered the build your own omelet with bacon, bell pepper, onion, cheddar and tomato, and it was cooked to perfection! They even had salsa! Which me, being from Texas, is a necessary breakfast staple. You will enjoy staying here!

Had to stay here because of a mishap with another hotel, but so glad we did end up here! The customer service is impeccable. From the warm cookie to the nice little gesture of welcoming you in the room with your name. Went to eat at the restaurant at the hotel and the food was great.

It's an old hotel. The rooms are spacious but there are a few safety issues. The tap in the shower/tub was marked incorrectly. Turning it towards the blue color resulted in hot water flow which injured my toddler. Not to forget that the water was really really hot. The coffee makers vent out steam once one cup of water runs out, which again is something that can result in a burn. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. I wouldn't wanna stay again because for the same money, I can get better hospitality and amenities. I've been to other Hilton hotels that were much nicer.

The staff was nice and polite and did what they could to fix things. Very outdated. Parking isn’t free yet not valet. I booked a king with soaker tub n they placed me in a different room. They moved me into the room I booked n it wasn’t pleasing. The bed was lovely after 10 hours on the road. The view was lovely as well. However the mirror was cracked n I mean a very large crack. The couch had stains on it which looked liked they attempted to clean. They told us they had room service and they do not. The food was tasty. The kitchen seemed like the only straight forward honest people.

I had a great stay from check in to checkout. The staff was always available to answer my questions and provide recommendations. The meeting rooms were great and had what we needed for our meeting. The guest rooms were clean and well maintained. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Service at the restaurant was good. The meal was good. The room was comfortable. Except for our neighbors who decided to have a loud get together around 11:30 at night. We were there for a bike race and sadly nothing was open when we had to leave by 6:15. Suggestion, on the weekends that there are things like bike races and other events that they might want to offer coffee and breakfast a little bit earlier than normal.

Hotel was nice. Hotel staff was very cordial. Wait staff at bar pretty much ignored my table. Table which sat 5 minutes after mine received drinks and had order taken before the same waitress came to take ours. Breakfast at main buffet was very good. Cook there did awesome job on omlets.

This hotel had a pretty well stocked gym which is nice. My room was clean and overall pretty quiet and my supper at their restaurant was pretty good. So I was happy with my stay. *Be aware though, Grand Junction doesn’t allow dispensaries, so you gotta go a few towns over. Nothing to do with the hotel, but still something to keep in mind.

I wanted to give a shout out to Tanya the server at Bistro 743 who was our server two mornings at breakfast. She’s amazing and didn’t rush us even though we were told by another server that they were closing in 10 minutes. And the next morning when I found out a beloved dog had passed she was kind and caring. Please give her a hug and reward her for her service. She made my stay much better.

Rooms haven’t been updated since forever. Seemed like 1970’s or 80’s. Just insanely outdated. Stay at a different Hilton property in the area. Lobby is updated and nicer. Rooms are archaic. Staff is outstanding, very nice and accommodating! Pool is average which worked for us. Breakfast pricier so we went in town to eat.

Nice enough place but they charge extra for parking which is surprising since the Holiday Inn across the street does not and is comparable in quality and price. Otherwise it was a good stay. Staff friendly and everything clean as you would expect with Hilton. Would have left 5 stars but docking one due to the hidden parking fee.

I had a great experience during my first overnight stay here n the middle of Oct. 2023. The hotel employees were pleasant, especially the hotel dining area. My stay here was somewhat comfortable. I'm not a fan of the small squared pillows. Personally, they are not ideal for a good night's rest. Unfortunately, there was no microwave, and for a flight attendant, that's something we definitely appreciate. With that said, there was at least a mini fridge and beautiful views of the Colorado mountains.

The service is fantastic. Great staff. The pillows went flat no matter how many I stacked I would just sink and had a terrible neck ache the whole stay. No microwave in the room, I was told there was one in the lobby but when I was done work, I was on a business trip, the last thing I wanna do is go down in front of people to heat up food, I just wanna be in sweats and have privacy in my room. The breakfast was the most flavorless food I’ve ever eaten. If you would have blindfolded me I couldn’t tell you what anything on the plate was, mind you this was near $20 for breakfast. $7 for pancakes that were clearly pulled from a freezer box, they tasted like freezer burn, and the edges were stale. The bistro was no good either and I paid almost $30 to eat there every night. And forget leftovers with no personal microwave, not that I’d want them anyway. Just hire a couple of good cooks. IHOP makes great pancakes and Outback makes a good steak, maybe you should try and steal cooks from there? I look forward to the good food when I go out of town and I didn’t enjoy one bite of anything.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Really thankful for the tall person approved mirrors and shower head. My husband is 6' 8" and not many hotels think about tall guests.

The lobby rugs and furniture are disgusting and the rooms are not very clean. The views are AMAZING and the staff are VERY nice and accommodating. This place could be a a 5 star if some much deep cleaning was done and replace ragged furniture pieces. Shampooing the carpet in lobby is WAY more important than watching them do it behind the check in counter. Would post pics if I could.

This hotel is lovely. The desk personnel communicate promptly by text with any wishes you may have. Our room was large, clean, and quiet. The extra large windows gave a beautiful view of the mountains and airport just past the highway. The pool was COOL, and the hot tub was HOT, and both were clean. Sunning on the deck overlooks a golf course. The restaurant food and service were very good. We stayed 2 days in October on the 7th floor.

Overall, this hotel is decent. Comfortable beds, smart-TVs, decent gym (with Peloton bike!) and pool, good location and friendly helpful staff. Access to local businesses, airport and freeway make this hotel ideal. The hotel has an airport and local shuttle. The facility is in dire need of a clean up and remodel, however. My room reeked of dog urine (pet-friendly hotel), and I found a dog tennis ball under my bed. Perhaps there should be pet rooms and non-pet rooms? Others that were staying there said their rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The strong odor made it hard to relax. The entire facility is like taking a step back into 1996- an update would make this heavily-used hotel more inviting and comfortable. There is a restaurant and inside the hotel which are open for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet is $18, but was mildly disappointing. The “hot food” was lukewarm, and seemed reheated from the day prior. It was a very average buffet/ below average buffet. Lastly, while I didn’t have a vehicle the hotel charges $12/day for parking- even for guests, which is a little shocking.
