They
were
great
the
first
time
I
went
in
for
asthma
and
allergy
testing.
I
accidentally
had
a
no
show
due
to
a
family
member
passing
away
and
now
I
have
to
hear
about
it
EVERY
TIME
I
try
to
make
a
new
appointment.
Mind
you
the
no
show
was
in
2020
or
2021,
so
2-3
YEARS
AGO
and
I
still
hear
about
it.
I
get
this
is
a
business
and
it
is
inconvenient
when
someone
no
shows,
but
you
don’t
have
to
be
so
aggressive
and
mention
it
every
time
I
speak
to
someone
on
the
phone.
It’s
not
convenient
just
to
have
a
family
member
pass
away
either.
It
really
makes
it
feel
like
you’re
not
wanted
as
a
client
and
it’s
super
off
putting.
I
couldn’t
hear
her
on
the
phone
that
it
was
static
and
she
said
“no
one
else
has
that
complaint
all
day
today”.
Well
I
can’t
hear
you,
so
it’s
an
issue
right
now.
I
just
had
to
reschedule
my
appointment
due
to
a
last
minute
mandatory
work
meeting
and
I
tried
to
give
24
hours
in
advance
and
I
was
even
shamed
for
that.
I
was
told
if
I
have
to
do
it
again
they’ll
have
me
speak
to
their
office
manager
to
see
if
I’m
exiled
as
a
client.
I
totally
understand
the
message,
but
it’s
the
condescending
nature
the
receptionists
that
make
it
awful.
Maybe
she
was
having
a
bad
day?
But
every
receptionist
I’ve
talked
to
lately
has
been
like
this.
They
treat
you
as
if
you
were
a
child.
When
I
said
I
might
just
find
somewhere
more
welcoming
she
said
“we
are
the
only
allergist
in
the
valley,
so
there’s
that”.
Okay
so
you’re
the
only
allergist
that
means
you
can
treat
your
clients
like
children
with
very
little
respect??
Things
happen
in
life,
we
are
all
doing
the
best
we
can,
no
need
to
be
rude
about
it.
At
this
point,
I’ll
find
an
allergist
in
Montrose
or
surrounding
areas.
