Fantastic stay; super clean and comfortable. I understand that this Hilton is more geared towards the younger generations, by my husband and I really liked the minimalistic simplicity. I love that the rooms did not have carpet or ugly wall hangings. We appreciated the smart TV and charging stations everywhere. Great Job, Hilton. We will look for Tru by Hilton whenever we travel.

The mattress was comfortable but the sheets and comforter are too hot to use. The pancakes at breakfast were the best for a hotel! The no carpet in rooms were also nice. wish the bathroom had a window instead of the vent, the bathroom got to cold quickly and made for a cold feeling in the shower. The shower could use a gel shower mat for safety. For food use diners drive ins and dives episodes for grand junction because the restaurants they had listed in the hotel were mediocre at best.

I was not told that I must request housekeeping when I checked in so I didn’t receive it until the third day. There was no cream/creamer for the coffee for the entire 3 days of my stay. The shower head was mail functioning in my room and was never repaired and I was told that there was no other room available. The bed did not fit the bed frame so it was easy to run into the corner of the frame. At $200+ per night my expectations were a bit higher. The staff was friendly but not able to do anything about the shower (a must for a pleasant hotel stay) or the coffee situation. I’m not recommending this particular Tru.

We’re going to stay here every time we visit GJ. The service was outstanding. Front desk employees were so friendly and inviting every time we came in. The beer and snack selection is pretty impressive. We brought our cats and they really enjoyed it. It’s comfy, clean, cute, and well-priced! Thank you Tru GJ!! We really enjoyed our stay!

Tru by Hilton, LETA should get employee of the month. She’s so friendly, accommodating and she let us know what was going on in town. Our room was great, included breakfast, and parking, you need your key to get out of the parking lot. Location was perfect . Thank you Racquel and Wesley. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Rooms are made up only on request; otherwise staff is very courteous. - Hotel is very modern and everything is in good order. PTACs are used for guest room air conditioning. On those I keep the fan constantly on for keeping the sound somewhat uniform. - Free breakfast with nice and quality selections, yet much plastic waste. - Parking costs 11$ p.n.

Very clean! Tiny rooms for the 225.00 the charged for a Friday night, I called for extra pillows at 10pm, it's 11 now and still no pillows, I have called 2 times and asked nicely.. only 1 person at the desk, he can't leave the station to get pillows.. not happy, very strange bathroom soap dispensers. And if you want to use the hot tub spa you will need to walk across the parking lot to the other hotel.. and it closes at 10 on a Friday night

Really nice place to stay for the night, a little on the pricy side, but the room was very nice and clean and had no carpet, which I loved the wood vinylfloor felt cleaner to walk on. called the person at the front desk, which was hard to understand over the phone kinda aggravating when I arrived in person, I was able to book my room with ease. Plus, they have a really cool automatic pancake machine that ran out of batter, though

Great hotel in the Hilton family. Clean, open, no fuss, modern hotel. Our room was clean, the towels were soft, the showers were hot, and the bed was very comfortable. I wanted to sleep all day in it. Close to Main Street, where you'll find great restaurants, breweries, bars, bakeries, coffee shops and ice cream. The locals in this area are very friendly and genuine, including the staff at this hotel.

This hotel was very nice! The room was quiet and we were able to sleep in. Everything was new and clean. The lobby was welcoming and felt like a little community rather than just a place to stay for the night.

Hotel in general is nice. You can tell the hotel is new and very clean. This is a great spot for single or couples, appeasing to the 20s-40s crowd, the vibes are really nice and welcoming. It’s a super short walk to down town which is filled with restaurants and other entertainment. Staying here with multiple children may be a little strenuous but they seemingly have rooms to accommodate. Incredible staff and always helpful. Price was somewhat fair, however i want to add that we were staying in a not heavily demanded time. If we return to the area we would definitely pick this again.

Decent accommodations with some nice touches, like a personalized welcome on the Smart TV. Really uncomfortable bed, however. I sleep on an ultra firm foam at home and this felt like a rock by comparison. Location is great, very close to excellent restaurants and shops.

Generally I do not like to stay in hotels. With that in mind I have to say I had a great experience at this hotel from the minute I called with questions. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. When I arrived, the receptionist Aleta found out it was my birthday and gifted me a candy bar. Nice gesture! The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the essentials my family needed. The lounge area is spacious, comfortable and even had entertaining such as a pool table. My daughter forgot her pillow, they saved it for her. On our way out they offered us water bottles and snacks! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

Hotels by Hilton are usually my first choice and this location in Grand Junction is no different. Check out times are noon making it comfortable and enjoyable morning before checking out without being rushed. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms have a sustainable simplicity but yet classy and casual design. The blackout curtains offer exceptional coverage to keep the light out of the room on those early mornings as well. The hot breakfast was just what I needed for the morning after a New Year's Eve night. Definitely the best location and hotel available for a night on the town in Grand Junction.

Very clean and modern accommodations. Staff was helpful when needed. The breakfast was pretty standard; eggs, oatmeal, sausage, cereal etc. It is within walking distance of really good restaurants and coffee shops. The Hilton app and digital key card made check in/out and coming and going very streamlined and easy. Good choice if you need to be down town Grand Junction.

King room was very small, the bed was also very hard and seemed to be nothing more than a cheap box spring with a sheet over the top. Breakfast provided had very limited selections and resembles a very basic continental style breakfast. Self Parking fee of $11 per day seemed a little excessive. For less money there are much better accommodations in Grand Junction

We had to make a last minute stop during our roadtrip during a bad snow storm, so we wanted to get somewhere safe and comfortable for New Year's Eve and we made the best choice! I'd say this is a 4 star hotel! Beds and pillows were super comfortable, bathroom is large and super clean. The hotel had a modern feeling to it and it offers a great breakfast and lobby area. They are taking good precautions against COVID and the staff was incredible. Just wish they had room service and larger luggage carts.

I'm a Hilton diamond member and have been to many many locations over the years and can say that this must have been the best customer service. Leslie was such a delight, from the "good morning" to making it easy to extend check-out to 1pm and the continuous random conversation while I worked in their beautiful lobby. Stephanie was so kind as well!

On brand, but extra good service. I love when I'm greeted and bid farewell. The desk folks go out of their way to make you feel welcome, which is a rare thing these days. Very clean and hip joint. Room are smart, but beds are a bit on the firm side for me.

The Hotel is vibrant, modern and people are friendly We checked in this hotel in Grand Junction, after driving 7 hours from Page AZ and had stayed at Home2Suite in Page which was an exceptional HUGE hotel. Therefore, checking in back to a 'normal' size room, it did feel small :) However, this Hotel is so modern, so colorful and all people worked there we countered were nothing but very nice!! The room is compact but you will have everything you need! We especially love the design of the bath room. They give you a very special soap and shampoo dispenser, not the tiny little one that you have to keep asking for more. These dispensers are so large, so convenient and so nicely design. For people travel a lot, they will understand why this feature is important :) If I am traveling with a family, I will still pick Home2 Suite because of the size of the room. if for just one night for solo or two, I don't mind to stay at Tru by Hilton again. I worked for some of the nicest Hyatt International Hotels in Asia before, never expect Hilton really stepped up for some small chain hotels like these. Home2Suite and Tru by Hilton, now are my favorite !

I have never felt inclined to leave a hotel a review until I stayed here. It is now the only hotel in GJ I will stay at because the customer service is unmatched! Amanda at the front desk is always smiling and happy to help and her as well as the other staff I have met are all very happy to accommodate you. This hotel is located a behind main street which does usually mean better rates too! I love the little details like the custom greetings on the TV when you arrive, and love how green they are when it comes to toiletries. Clean, modern, spacious hotel rooms with some pretty nice views as well! Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay at when in Grand Junction, Colorado. There is a 4Ă—8 foot table and a concession counter in the spacious lobby area. Outside next to the front entrance there is a gas powered fire which is a nice bonus if you want to get some fresh air under the currently frigid cold nights.

Very clean hotel and room. Wonderful, warm, cheerful staff. Breakfast was OK. 24 hour lobby coffee was very appreciated. Location was good - easy walk to restaurants/bars. Nice exercise walking distance to the Colorado River to start the day. Will definitely stay there again when I return to Grand Junction. (Minor drawback - thought the daily parking fee was a bit steep.)

Fantastic service , and a very cozy room. The bed was super comfy! I used the gym in the morning and it was definitely the nicest hotel gym I’ve been too. The only downside was we didn’t have a microwave in our room🤷🏻‍♀️

Amazing experience at Tru Grand Junction. Arrived very late and was greeted with kindness and the largest smile. Very clean room. Fantastic beds and pillows. Decor is perfect and the lobby/ breakfast area are very well furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Breakfast was great, pancakes were the highlight!! Luken at the front desk was very helpful. If we come back to GJ we will definitely stay there again!

We adore the Tru hotels - so many great offerings! 24 hour gym, coffee, tea and hot chocolate offered around the clock, con sessions and local offerings in the lobby, pool table and fun games, lovely fireplaces for chatting and hanging out... The zoom nooks are especially helpful! Modern design, friendly staff, and digital nomad-friendly amenities keep us coming back whenever we stop in a place with Tru!

Well placed off Main Street in Grand Junction. Lots of cafes, pubs and stores within a walkable distance. Overall hotel was clean and welcoming with a nice modern touch of funky color patterns, fire pits out front and the likes. Room was tidy and clean. Staff was so incredibly friendly top to bottom. Can't think of a single gripe if I had one.

First time @ a Tru. We stay in Junction a good bit and it was our best stay so far. Staff were friendly, check-in fast, rooms clean. Two pillows for each person on the bed. One soft, one more solid. Loved it. Rooms are small but nice and well decorated. Mattress was right in the middle for firmness. Bathrooms are big and bright. The only thing I didn't dig was the shower head. Pins of water or a massage of force from the center. But this little item didn't lower the comfort enough to worry me. Coffee was hot at 4:30am and also when we arrived at 6pm. There is wine and beer in cans in the lobby. A happy hour (½ price beer and wine) and a pool table. Gym area was large and had dumbbells and kettlebells. For the cost it's a good deal and a cozy stay.
