I had forgotten how nice this park is. The stream is so peaceful and it has a nice play ground, and lots of shady and grassy areas to sit. I know it sometimes has an issue with lots of homeless people nearby but when we went this didn't seem to be a problem. Just a few families with kids.

Restroom for the women is clean but smells like fresh paint. Wish they left the door open to air it out. Oh well. The men's Restroom was locked. It's a nice little park. Has 2 bbq and a Pavillion. A creek. Just watch your kids around it. Plus Alot of shade from the trees. Also if you want to sit on the bench clean it for there is spider webs on them!

This is a charming park where you can see turtles, fish and birds. It has a picnic area and serves as a trail head. It is restful and peaceful, a great spot for an afternoon, picnic, walk, yoga or meditation.

It's a child hood place of mine where I've had great memories the park is pretty bland but it's still good enough and today when I went I saw ducks water snakes which are harmless and cute and of course dogs. Another good part about the park is that there are good sized hills where you can frolic and there's plugs for your phone which are pretty convenient and a bathroom and water fountain

I liked it better than the park we've been going to. I think my dog liked it too. Although I don't think I saw a duck pond. There is a play area for kids. It's not very big but if you're so inclined at one end the walking path joins the street and keeps going. I'm new to CO and Grand Junction looking forward to Spring and more visits to this park.

This is a very nice park, a good place to take your children. The park has very nice play area and lots of grass, and to top it off there is babbling creek.

The facilities were clean, as was the park. The lawn was well-maintained and the trash was cleaned up, went with a friend's 2 year old daughter who had a great time on the playground

Perhaps the cleanest restroom I've ever stepped foot in at a public park. The park was lovely and clean! My 20mo loved all the slides. There were no swings, but still a nice park suitable for all ages over 1.

Fun little park, shaded, green, and clean. Great for children to sled after a heavier snowfall. The stream is lovely, but caused us some anxiety making sure our littlest children didn't wander into it. Also, there's no playground equipment for very young children.

Nice park. Close to Hwy 6&50 so traffic noise a bit much on west side. Nice sidewalks for wheel chair or stair challenged folks. Bathrooms, awnings and picknick tables.

Great little green park with a gazebo with picnic tables, restrooms, playground equipment, walking path, and creek access. Really well maintained with grills. Great place to stretch your legs and walk the dogs.

The covered area by the water needs serious attention. Not sure if you set it up for the homeless, but it's nasty, dirty, and looks like a drug haven for such a nice park. Clean it up and light it up to keep it looking like the rest of the place.

No longer has a pond (used to ice skate there as a kid) but a fast moving stream runs thru the marsh foliage and it green well kept, restrooms, big gazebo for shade, playground and my dog liked it there.

👍👍 I'm not sure if I reviewed this dog park before or not? And how many nice dog parks can one state have? I have visited for very beautiful ones already in Colorado. This park is very nice because it has three parks, a large one with the lake for all the dogs, one for just the big dogs and one for jus...
