Been
going
to
this
location
for
years.....6
months
ago
I
started
getting
acrylic
nails.
In
the
past
I
would
ONLY
get
GEL
over
my
natural
name.
I
wanted
my
color/nails
to
last
longer....so
per
the
nail
tech
I
tried
acrylic
nails.
Today,
I
went
into
the
location
with
a
nail
bed
concern
today.
My
nail
bed
on
one
of
my
fingers
was
growing
increasingly
brown.
I
ask
the
tech
to
take
off.
I
wanted
to
visually
see
the
condition
of
my
nail
bed.
The
nail
tech
clipped
the
nail
and
started
lifting
the
with
a
fake
nail.
I
asked
not
to
do
as
I
DID
NOT
WANT
TO
DAMAGE
"MY"
nail
bed
more
by
using
the
fake
nail
to
lift
and
take
off
damaged
nail.
I
asked
to
be
soaked
to
soften
the
nail
bed.
She
takes
her
cart
and
walk
off.
The
next
thing
another
tech
comes
over
and
asked
me
my
color
etc.
I'm
confused
as
as
I
just
had
a
convo
with
the
previous
tech.
The
owner
comes
over,
we
going
back
and
forward
about
ME
want
my
nail
soak.
MY
NAIL,
MY
HEALTH
right!
I'm
a
concern
customer
about
my
nail
right!
I
overall
think
the
problem
is
communication,
lack
the
ability
to
explain
to
customers.
You
are
the
professional
and
I'm
the
concerned
customer
,
a
frequent
customer
at
that.
I
went
next
door
and
asked
if
they
can
tell
me
what's
wrong
with
my
nail
bed,
keep
in
mind
as
stated
I
just
started
getting
acrylic
nails
about
6
months
ago.
The
location
next
door
states
I
have
a
nail
mold
-
from
a
air
pocket.
🤬The
nail
shop
explain
to
me
my
concern
and
fixed
the
issue.
She
also
educated
me
on
a
few
things.
1.
As
with
a
Dr,
pick
your
nail
tech.
They
will
take
better
ownership
of
their
work.
2.
The
issue
that
I
had
was
going
to
take
time
to
fix
and
being
in
a
rush
wasn't
going
to
resolve.
3.
The
nail
tech
don't
really
get
paid
for
the
fix
and
take
away
front
money
they
can
earn.
4.
When
you
go
to
anyone
to
do
your
nail,
some
time
they
will
not
fix
the
issue
some
one
else
caused,
as
I
had
the
air
pocket
for
some
time.....it
wasn't
new....
Thanks
for
not
taking
care
of
a
concern
customer.
You
are
the
professional
and
could
have
easily
explained
to
me
as
your
repeat
customer
what
was
going
on
with
my
nail
bed.
The
owner
not
resolving
the
issue
only
made
matters
worst,
and
was
totally
okay
with
it.
So
I
just
told
her
I
would
make
a
review.
Something
obviously
occurred
at
your
location
(
see
the
attached
visit
coupon
card).
