We went on a Friday and they had a good crowd. Clean place but way overpriced for what you get anymore. They now have 5 attractions under one roof that will cost you extra to go through each of them. They did this at the expense of their bread and butter. They have cut the number of wax attractions by over half and the Ripleys is so small it may as well not exist. Too many little bratty kids being let run wild. The quality of the wax figures have diminished over the years. Case in point: John Wayne's horse. If John Wayne himself weren't bad enough, they put him on a stuffed animal that wasn't even close to looking real. The outlaw section was also just pitiful. Thank God they put name plates on the figures so you can tell who they are shooting for. This place may be great if you've never been here before but now it's just a shame and a shell of what it once was and still could be. I won't go back.

We had so much fun here! This place is HUGE! there is so much to see, and some of these wax figures really look alive. You would want to touch them to make sure you're not being pranked. I really enjoyed how the rooms had a theme. My daughter enjoyed the opportunity to pose with all of them. They provided sets for the late night show, Dr. Phil, Oprah, Ellen!! I don't know who did Ellen, but they did a horrible job. They have a part at the end that is walking thru the life of Jesus, from birth, to death, the tomb, and resurrection. And a haunted walk thru that you can choose to bypass if you're not wanting to partake. We were in the museum for 2 hours and time flew! Such a great place. We've been to other wax museums, but this one was my favorite!

We did the 5 attractions ticket and entered each area of the museum. The Ripleys believe it or not was my favorite room! It was so interesting and had lots to see and do. The 3 attraction ticket only saves you $5 per ticket. The mirror room and laser room didn't seem worth it to us. I know they sell ice cream and snacks but we didn't try any of those.

The exhibits are pretty good, but over priced in my opinion. We had 3 adults for the wax museum, one for the Lazer Race and 2 to the Mirror Maze. Our cost was cost $119. It took about 1 hour to do everything. We found a lot of activities where we felt our money was better spent.

Only did wax museum and Ripleys believe it or not. Good for the most part. Some of the wax figures were good some not..the 1 that stands out as not good is John F. Kennedy. Body sizes of the figures we felt were not actual life size. Went years ago before it burned, seemed it was way better then than now.

Wonderful! The visit was a great experience. The Waxmuseum I liked best. Secondly , the outdoor exhibit of the sculptures made of scrap metal& Auto parts &other machine arts were magnificent art works. Last time I visited Louis Tussaud's was in 1978 when it was called House of Wax, it's a magnificent change.

Just a horrible place! I came here on a Thursday a little after 2pm. I wanted to do all five events. The guy said I won't have time because they close at 3:30 pm today for a meeting instead of 5 pm. Wouldn't it be nice if customers knew this ahead? They offer military discount & I'm a veteran. Thinking I didn't have time like he said, I paid for two events which was the same price as all the events with military discount. I had PLENTY of time left so I wanted to do the other events since I already paid. He told me he had to charge me more which doesn't make any sense. Besides, this place was trash & ghetto. STAY AWAY!

They had a large collection of wax figures. Mostly realistic looking and a few bad ones. A hilariously bad Trump figure as well. Several contemporary figures as well as historical icons. It's a worthy stop on the family vacation.

When my family was on vacation this summer, we bought the packaged deal for tickets that included tickets for both the Ripley’s and the Wax Museum. Again, I didn’t think this would be all that great. But it was actually really fun! It was my kiddo’s favorite part of the whole trip, as it turns out. I figured we’d be in and out in under 30 minutes. In fact - it took almost an hour to go through it. I definitely recommend this! It was extremely fun, and there were tons of photo ops!♥️

My girlfriend, Revonna, and I came here, originally as just a short tour to kill some time but actually had the time of our lives! We completed the tour including the fear section and the part about claustrophobia. Most of the wax characters resembled the actual celebrities or politicians, but some did appear off!

Came about 4 years ago, things have been updated, but seems to have less figures. Horror section was a hit with the kids. Ripley's section was a little small, but in general we did enjoy the visit.

It was the first time I've ever been there Love the way it's set up and it's five different areas some of the wax figures were scary and some did not look nothing like them to me but still give them five stars

Excellent staff. We had such a magical experience. Everyone was attentive and the manager was amazing. We had a small hiccup that was fixed right away. We accidentally left our photo at a table. They literally found us to make sure we got to take them home. Thank you for being amazing.

It was a nice place to visit. I was a little disappointed in the limited representation of people of color.

We always enjoy coming here in Grand Prairie, love the accuracy of timelines in the wax area. Always enjoy the life and resurrection of Jesus Christ that it doesn't fail to make me emotional even though we come here every year.

This place has upgraded a lot. It’s been like 6 years since I visited. We loved getting lost in the maze and the scare section was amazingly.

This was the best wax museum I have ever been to. I loved the way it was sectioned for each theme. The horror section was my favorite! I wish we would've gone through twice.

I really enjoyed the Palace of wax, all the statues look so real the art work is amazing, I really enjoyed the Ripleys Belivie it or Not , it tells you all abt the pic and artwork, defenetly a place to take the kids, the only thing I didn't like was you had to pay for each different attraction

We had a blast! Did all 5 attractions. Well the kids did the laser one. It was small and good for young ones not good for older ones or people with bad backs. My favorite was the museum of the weird. Very interesting fun facts throughout. Good for inquiring minds of all ages. Don't miss the opportunity to go through the mind bending tunnel that you just cant walk through straight! I think we did that alone for like 10 minutes. It's hilarious to watch people try to walk straight.

Guy at the front was nice! When we walked halfway through it a lady that worked there a short Hispanic lady was very rude and asked to see our card regarding to prove that are dog was a service dog! It is against the law to ask for a disability card! The guy at the front just said that we could go in as I asked! She kept going on about dogs that have pooped on the floor in the wax museum very inappropriate to discuss this with a customer! I will not be returning here!!!
