This is the first time we went and the staff was FABULOUS! I was really impressed at how courteous they were. And GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I gave it 4 stars because I wasn't too keen on the food. We tried the pizza and nachos with chili or beef. The food was okay and the prices, so, so; and i would've been fine with it but The Food was a No-Go! I took advantage of the lockers. They have different prices and sizes for your needs. We All Had Fun! We'll visit again😊.

First time visiting! We came on a Sunday in January an hour and a half before closing. We got a Groupon for $80 for 4 people with 4 drinks and one pizza, and $10 arcade cards. We had no issues parking, there were not many cars at all. The outside is clean and there was very nice police officer on duty. All employees were very nice and amazing. The only issue we had was with the food service the employee was unprofessional and didn’t place my order properly and proceeded acting like it was my fault for their mistake. I had to wait another 5-10min for my order to be prepared. We will definitely not be ordering food here. The pizza was not that great so that’s disappointing (I’m glad it was part of the Groupon). The slides are covered tunnels without any light source, so it’s definitely for people who are not afraid of dark. But there was no line so I think it’s definitely a great time to be here if you like the slides. There are lifeguards all around so I wouldn’t be worried about any type of situations. The bartender was very nice and the drink menu was reasonably priced. They have a pool and an area for kiddos so it’s definitely a kid friendly place. We played the arcade and most games are 4-6 points so I would say the cards last about 20 minutes which was perfect for us. At the end as we were walking out, the gentleman offered us free admission for our next visit. I’m not sure if it was related to our horrible experience with the food counter or it was just a nice gesture, but it was appreciated never the less and serves this place 5 stars.

Great experience! We took a small group of us for my son’s 3rd birthday as it was a cooler weekend for the end of April and we weren’t sure of what else to do. It was TOTALLY worth the drive from Waco! Clean, well-staffed, not too crowded for a Saturday and decent concession food! Overall, as a small business owner myself that does seasonal events— this business is well-run! We also liked the “special” events every hour. My daughter loved the “mermaid” visit. We drove up here because the price was much cheaper than Kalahari in Round Rock. I was concerned and not looking forward to a “gross” waterpark. It turned out that Epic Waters far exceeded my expectations and I left quite impressed actually. Looking forward to our next visit! Yes— as others mentioned— arrive first thing! It wasn’t crowded at all and we got great chairs for the four hours we stayed!

Epic like the name it bears. Good variety of options form slides, to pool, to lazy river, kid play pool to waves surfing! Well organized and space out. Plenty of chairs and tables for seating and dining. Paid tents are available too. Enough Lifeguards on duty. Air and water Temp is just right. Down side is pricey food and drinks. No outside food and drinks allowed. And bit loud and super stimulating. Other than that, we had fabulous time. Kids loved to the fullest. Especially after some cold winter. Thank you!

I live four hours away. This waterpark is 💯 worth the drive! You could easily spend all day here! There were a lot of people. It didn't feel overcrowded, though. No long wait to go down the slides. Adults are able to go to the bar. Prices are average. The kids can play at the arcade as well. We had such a fun time!

We had such an amazing time here at Epic Waters Indoor Water park recently. From the tower with 7 slides to the lazy river that turns to a crazy river with waves there was something for us all. The lines for the slides have never been more than 20 minutes for me. The kids section was compact with 3 slides and a decent sized aquatic fort. Our kids love playing with the sprinklers, geysers and love to marvel at the huge bucket that dumps every five or so minutes. The outdoor wave pool was fun and on certain nights they hosted a movie night held at the wave pool. The food was decent but the lines can get long at certain times. I applaud management for being able to maintain clean restrooms at the water park. Though the water park is indoors they have a retractable roof which is open sometimes and gives the place a new vibe. Overall, we had so much fun that we upgraded our day ticket to passes. Though I wish the place was larger with more slides it's still a great place to spend the day. Price 4/5 Food 3/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Parking 5/5

First time there with a school trip. Meal for the group was well organized; friendly staff. Has arcade area plus the water rides. Kids had tons of fun. Limited number of rides but controlled climate makes it ideal for cooler months. This trip Was end of may and was hot and very humid. Plenty of parking space.

Nice and family friendly place!! Is expensive, but if you want treat your family, please consider this Waterpark!!! Enjoy it!!! I must say... Food is expensive and not great(one of the picture it was from the table next to us, they found a way to bring food from home... I wished that we did it as well) If the entrance fee will be lower or we could bring our drinks and food, it might balance... I really like the indoor part of it. But some more ventilation/ fans or something would help with the heat that it can concentrate... We were there from around 11:00AM to 7:00 PM when the kids asked: Mom, when are we leaving?! And Mom said: Since you are asking, let's go now... Everyone had a good time but for real the food can and must be improved, and some more healthier options, would also be appreciate it. If you are charging for something, make it as good as if you are doing for yourself, your Mom or the loving side of your family.

My family and I loved it. We went in March and the temperature was perfect inside and the water was warm. The staff was so nice and helpful and it wasn't overcrowded. There was plenty of empty chairs and tables. Also, I was impressed by how clean it was even the bathrooms. The food prices were okay not too bad. We order pizza, fries, and a funnel cake and my kids loved it! We will definitely be coming back.

Awesome place!! Took the kids and they had a blast. Huge lazy river, tons of slides, several big swimming areas. Dj was playing music, food, drinks, arcade pretty much everything you could want. Seating is a bit of an issue as it was pretty packed and make sure to bring towels because they charge for them. Overall, very fun.

Wildly amazing family fun on a budget. $70 Groupon got us hours of indoor exercise, entertainment, and food. The environment is kid friendly, and also offers adult beverages. It's a beach atmosphere within this affordable yet exciting venue. The DJ Terrell and Live performer Karen actively engage people to participate in different activities. Karen is an amazing acrobat and dancer. Their arcade is actually generous as well, the tickets earned allow kids to get a meaningful toy for their efforts.

We went on Friday's Family Fun Day. Price $139. The pass covers four family members, a large pizza, four drinks, and 2 game passes. The place wasn't crowded. The kids has a lot of fun. There were plenty of places to sit. The pizza was good. They have a large toddler area. We will return.

The Waterpark being indoors is awesome for the colder months and we like making the trip to come visit. We came when they first opened up and this is our 2nd time coming back to revisit. The arcade and Waterpark are great and very family friendly. Why are there no chairs that lay down though? Also the cabanas in my opinion are not worth 300 a day. There is a TV in the cabanas but not sure how you would really hear it. There's a table for birthday parties but honestly there are usually enough free tables that even have a nice umbrella. The chairs in the cabana are cloth but I think the free ones are more comfortable so to me there just isn't a huge difference. Save your money. The food was not good. Very stale or old. More menu items than when I first remember coming. Stick to the pizza because it looked decent but our hot dog and fries were not good. This day they opened up at 1pm and we were there a quarter till 2pm and the bathrooms and locker rooms (at least on the women's side) were trashed beyond belief. Soggy wet toilet paper and used swimming diapers everywhere. Plates of food and napkins and clothing tags just all over the floor mixed in with the floors being soaked with water. We stayed there all day and it stayed dirty so that was surprising. My husband said the family bathroom was nice but I didn't see a family bathroom just the changing rooms so maybe he's talking about the men's side was nicer but the woman's side was GROSS. This was just my own experience and it's not to say we didn't have a great time. We will be back but this time it was just surprising a bit considering there were lots of staff around and the park wasn't that busy at all.

Great for all ages! Everything was fun! Bathrooms were a little dirty but not unbearable. It has a bar in the front. The prices of the drinks were a little pricey. Overall, it was a cool experience.

It has been three years since I have visited Epic, a lot has changed! For one, there’s no construction sheets/gates everywhere, it’s all finished! Also, the souvenir shop has a lot more colorful items to purchase as well as towels, water shoes, pool bags and toys, plus more. There is also a big blue beach chair in front of the entrance and an “epic” sign for photo ops. I did notice police presence too, which I’m grateful for him patrolling the parking lot. We used a Groupon deal which was super easy to redeem. I had checked in and signed our waivers online before we visited to make sure the time slot was open. Although I’m pretty sure you can just show up, and by the time we left at 4pm a lot of kids were showing up. There is a bag check when you first enter the waterpark then you proceed to the online checkin desk to get your wristbands and arcade card/food vouchers. There are lockers which start at $10 and the pizza is about $15 as well as other choices for food. Some tips: bring your own towels, water shoes (or purchase them in the gift shop, the restroom floors gets slippery!), soap to shower off when you leave (located in the restrooms) and drinking water- it gets humid! They have drinks for purchase if you want Pepsi products and there are also waters to purchase too, but you’re allowed to bring your own water inside. There are floats and life jackets to use for the various water areas. If you decided to go down one of the big slides, pay attention to the height restrictions for the kiddos, but definitely try one out! The slides are so fun! Today was special because as we were leaving there was a trapeze artist!! It was so cool to watch her. Oh btw, You can leave and re-enter until closing for the day you purchase tickets. In case you want to leave for lunch and come back, that’s an option. I recommend coming when they first open if you want to get a chance on the slides because the lines get kind of long once kids get out of school. Check their website for open days/times, they were closed last Monday when we were planning on visiting. But it’s still so much fun, GO TO EPIC!

This place is amazing! My kids loved it. It’s nice to be able to go to the pool year round. There’s water slides, a kids area, and arcade games! They provide life vest and the lazy river is a nice size. There’s also a boogy board wave pool and they all adult drinks! The season pass would definitely be worth it. We plan on going back

We went for Breakfast with Santa and it was my son's birthday. It was very nice. They made my kids feel so special and the breakfast was good too. They had a pretty nice spread. My kids enjoyed all the activities. Everything was so organized and the customer service was good too. The park itself was nice. It has something for everyone. My boys are 7 and 3 and they both had so much fun! The water could be a tad bit warmer but we had a great time. They gave my son a free admission gift card for his bday which I thought was super awesome. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Overall this place is fun and wait times for rides weren’t long at all and we went on July 4th so it was super crazy, busy and packed!!! I think it’s definitely worth the price to experience this place or go once a year. Pros: 1. The family rides were really fun, my husband and I took turns going with our big two kids, we enjoyed them so much. 2. The ride wait times weren’t long and moved quick 3. The outside pool is nice and it felt good to be able to go outside. Some downsides we noticed: 1. It’s not nearly as big as you might think, it feels congested. 2. The price of food and drinks is high and you can’t bring any inside. 3. The double tube rides height limit is 46” our 6 year old is 44” so she was confined to the kid area and it truly wasn’t fun for her (just something to consider) definitely no reason she couldn’t have done the family rides but it is what it is.

Great place to just hang with the kids… kinda pricy for on GP residents but we got tickets on GroupOn and saved big. Fun times!

Our first visit here with our four boys ages 10 to 15 and we had an absolute blast! I felt like a kid again. The wait times for the slides were incredibly short so we were able to enjoy them so many times. The kiddie area has lots of things to do for younger kids. We will definitely be back on a future visit to the area.

The place was great! We went during a cold front and they kept it nice and warm. The lines for the tube slides could definitely be more organized - there are two slides you can use a double seater tube for and they were really fun but the process for getting a tube and walking it back to the line took a while. The body only slides went pretty quickly, there were 3 of those - two from the highest platform. My kids enjoyed the racing slides the most - where you go down on your bellies on a mat! The food was decently priced and quality was not bad! The drinks were also decent and I felt the pricing was fair. We spent about an hour in the arcade too, which had a bunch of the usual staples. Overall, our family had a great time. It's definitely not comparable to a place like Kalahari but it was a great way to let our kids get in some swimming and running around during the colder months!

Best experience ever had everything needed in one ☝️ spot!! Arcade game room, wave outdoor pool ( fav 💙) food court - great selection ordered the bean burger ( not the best crumbled and fell everywhere ) the fish taco was the best tasting though huge portions ( TRY IT) Bar section for your cocktail and alcohol 🍷 drinking, lifeguard everywhere for safety. Great circus 🎪 like shows in the background, music dj, Rent out private cabana for parties comes with tv screen and other stuff, lots and lots of sitting area, lockers available, showers in the restroom to wash up, the slides 🛝 amazing! The price is worth every penny, $59 for non Residents and $34 for grand pairire Residents. All Day Pass as long as you have your orange like wrist band on you can go out and come back later with full access back.. there’s just too much awesomeness about this place.. will definitely be back with more friends and family

We had an amazing visit! Terrell helped my children with making sand art and putting on the glitter tattoos and he was so patient with them and very accommodating. Gabriel the funny guy from the circus performance was also so wonderful with my children. He had my son on stage to do a trick and after the show they were able to ask questions. Later that evening he went into the arcade and played games with them. The children loved it. Terrell was in the arcade and thanked us for visiting and was just so welcoming to us. The water park was very clean. The prices were average. All of the workers were friendly and the lifeguards really watched what was going on. I felt safe letting my kids play with no concerns for safety. The circus shows were really fun to watch. The games and activities were a great break from the water. I had originally booked online and chose the wrong date. I called and wishing 2 minutes was able to change dates no problem. We will be back!! We have a great time! Thank you

Nice water park! It was totally more than I expected! The kids enjoyed theirselves for hours on the slides! The food was alright and the adult beverages help pass time! We stayed soooooo long the kids fingers were wrinkled 🤣 from being in the water so long! Definitely will be back! Definitely a must go!

We had a blast celebrating birthdays today! The staff has all been incredibly friendly and accommodating. The park is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were centrally located, accessible to all and clean. The changing section was a bit backed up by people just sitting in the cooler air. The kids all had a lot of fun on the abundance of slides and there seemed to be a section for all skill levels and something that everyone enjoyed. It was a little over crowded during the daytime, but the crowd faded around dinner time. The heat was a bit oppressive for the adults who weren’t swimming. One thing we wished was better was the price for drinks. The small drink was more like a mini (literally the smallest cup I’ve ever seen) and the price was ridiculously high. A souvenir refillable bottle would be nice. The souvenir cups were too expensive especially since you had to pay a lot to refill them. The heat means you’re gonna want a lot to drink and they’re going to drain your wallet on the price even for water. Luckily, we had soda at our party, but we still spent an additional $35 on waters. The drinking fountains were turned off probably because Covid but I’m not certain. They have a great arcade with icy air conditioning which was a great place to escape into when you needed a breather. The gift shop is situated right at the entrance and well stocked with all the things you may need. We will definitely be back!

Epic Waters is a perfect adventure spot for families. Worried about the cost? Follow EWIW on social media for announcements or notifications about Twilight Specials. Epic Waters is active at many commUNITY events and brings their spin-to-win game... which allows a tiny tot to win swag ranging from a beach ball to “water slide money” which is toddler talk for free admission passes. Epic Waters also partners with GPISD each August for a Stuff the Bus event...and you guessed it. Donating school supplies = free admission vouchers. We’ve been during FlowaPalooza and other special events where there’s entertainment, interactive animal shows, or just special focus on different groups and organizations. As luck would have it - PTAs and schools can even book Epic Waters for a school function or field day! Sign me up to chaperone that!!! Please and thank you! The food, exists. There’s a wide range of beverage choices. My only advice is to plan ahead if you have food allergies. You’re able to leave & re-enter, from my understanding(might want to verify that on max capacity days). So, think about a picnic at the pond or something if that’s a better situation for your crew.

Had a great time with the kids and family. We had to postpone our original date but when we arrived the staff was very nice and helpful, enjoyed our Cabana it was in the middle of everything we had the perfect spot. I recommend this place to entertain your children they will love it. The only downside was the pizza was horrible, Epicwaters need a new vendor. Not sure about other food since the pizza was bad we didn't want to chance anything else, fear of wasting more money for more bad food. Outside of the food the park was so so fun. I rate it 4.6 Stars 🌟 Go its worth the trip.

Good place to cool down especially summer time in Dallas. A lot of water activities but kind of crowded even on a Friday . We got a birthday package for our grand daughter and the package includes a party room with pizza and drinks for 12 people. One of the drawback is that they don't allow you to bring foods or drinks and it's expensive if you buy it inside.

This place is a lot of fun for all ages. They have a water playground for toddlers and some medium sized slides that are fun but not too scary and they have some really fun slides for the brave ones. They also have a pretty good fast food restaurant with your typical fare and even a vegetarian option. It's a little expensive though so if you go, plan to be there all day to get the full experience.

I’ll recommend. This is great water park, no extra fees for parking, queue, etc My kid really enjoyed all water rides. We did during peak summer which is very nice with Indore facility Additionally they have other shows in the evening with Twilght fun evening which allow $20 per person.

Seems insane that the life guards in the wave pool practice "mock downing's" but don't bother to tell anyone. I legit thought a dude was drowning and even went to assist the lifeguard. He worked there and I felt like an idiot 🤦🏾‍♂️🤣🤷🏾‍♂️. We didn't eat there because $16 for dippin dots and a pickle seemed foolish enough. The lines were kinda long and lots of little kids cutting and making it longer. My kid had a blast so that's all that matters.👊🏾 Also PS the workers shouldn't have to wait in the concession line on their break. Just my 2 cents
