First time ever trying a Vegan spot and when I say it was an absolutely amazing experience I truly mean this. I've been so reluctant to try vegan food because of misinformation and well I love meat but man! the food was the bomb! I wouldn't have known it was vegan food if I hadn't known. food was full of flavor and has definitely changed my mindset on vegan food. I plan on trying everything on the menu

The food was really good and would have been 5 stars if the customer service wasn't terrible. I placed an order and was given the option to wait in my car. I waited for almost 30 minutes and went back in to see what was taking so long. The young lady that took my order never sent it to the kitchen. She said sorry and I will expedite it. Nothing else, no offer of a discount or a free dessert. Anything would have been better than sorry. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. A total of 45 minutes just to get 2 plates. It doesn't matter how good the food if the customer service is not up to par.

Two stars for effort and having a vegan shop. Decor is lacking aside from the grass message board and a random couch. There is no theme, barren and bland decor. Had chkn and waffles; seiten/chkn was like 2 hockey pucks hard and rough, no pleasure fighting the texture, threw out. The waffles were okay. I would recommend a different dish all together. Nachos not worth $14 although tasty, seems like a waste when there might be better dishes to choose from. There is nothing healthy on the menu, nothing seems homemade. The seitan/chkn was frozen not homemade. If you want healthy this is NOT the place. It gives vegan food a bad name. It is vegan junk food. No dishes everything in to go boxes. One and done place for me. Not a place to go out of your way to come to.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. I've tried a couple of vegan restaurants before, so I figured this one wouldn't be so different. My chicken and waffles would have been much better if the patties wouldn't have been overcooked. The chicken seitan pattie was difficult to cut and chew, so I only finished one. The waffle was okay as far as flavor, but I would have preferred it a little crispy. Hubby had the fish, shrimp, kale greens, and mac n cheese. Unfortunately, he didn't care for it either. The breading on the fish and shrimp was tough to bite into. The greens were too salty and his mac and cheese was too runny. To top it off, it was hot in the building. I'm not sure if the a/c was out, but on that day it was not working. I'm also not a fan of the black painted walls, it just always comes off as too bland. The only waitress in the front was not very helpful or inviting. They charged me .50 for a 12 oz. cup, so we could get water from the soda machine. I was a little bothered by that, because we paid a lot for our meals and also left a good tip regardless of the bad service. The food is served in to-go containers. To place your food order you have to order at the counter or use the QR Code for curbside pickup. This restaurant had been saved in my want to go list for over a year and now I can say I tried it. It will not require a follow-up visit. It is a no from us 👎

Just keeping it real this place was initially exciting to check out. This space is cool and decor is decent. Was digging the hollween decorations. The food the for me was edible at best. Fish and shrimp is kinda touch and chewy. Had to drown it in hot sauce. Mac and cheese wasn’t that bad however the greens ARE REALLY GOOD. Unfortunately I probably wouldn’t return if back in town unless I’m just really craving greens…

All I can say is you are crazy if you do not eat here. The husband had the Salisbury steak with greens, macaroni and cheese and corn bread-simply amazing. The nachos are to die for. Great staff! So friendly! Great vegan food!

The food was really good. We got way more that we're used to for the money. Also we did the out of town vegan thing and ordered way too much, from an abundance of joy of being in an all vegan place. Our waist lines may not agree, but we enjoyed it all.

The food is really good. The service was subpar. I feel like they started as a food truck, and is still transitioning into a dining restaurant. When we were given our food, she just set all the boxes down and walked away, said nothing. They also were out of cocktail sauce for my fish n chips dish, but we didn't know until after the dish arrived, and the sauce never showed up. Just not good customer service. But all the food was delicious. Just terrible service.

I like supporting local vegan restaurants, there are not many around in GP, but I have to say I have not enjoyed the food from here. The patties are dried out, tough and overcooked. The gravy has an odd after taste and the greens and sweet potatoes/yams were over salted. The mash potatoes were so peppery I kept having to drink water to wash down the taste. I did not finish eating my meal even though I tried.

The restaurant is using a limited menu right now, but it still offered quite a few selections. The food arrived in Styrofoam take-out containers (trying to follow Covid safety precautions) which made it easy to take home our leftovers. The food looked appetizing and tasted scrumptious. My only complaint is the fact that this establishment was dirty. Tables needed to be cleaned and the floor swept. The evening we were there they had they had two signs up stating you could only use cards. I'm not sure if that is their standard business practice.

Set up is weird. You sit down then walk back up to cashier to order. The wonton Nachos are pretty good. The chi'ken fried patty was decent. Its seitan, flavored decently. Comes with Brown gravy though, not white. Mashed potatoes were dry. Yams were decent...not seasoned to what I'm used to. Mac n cheese was decent. Has a little spice to it. It's a solid meal for something different. Probably would prefer take out to dining in. Not bad, just not wowed either. Lemon Berry Acai drink is flavorful. Cream soda good.

The food is a 5 for price and taste. The cleanliness of the place is a 3. I dislike not being able to give them a 5, but attention to the dining area cleanliness needs to be addressed. The Philly was awesome! I'll be back to try other tasty looking menu options.

I was hungry-scrolling one day on MAPS & they suggested this place that was close by, I am so happy I took a chance that day because this food is SO GOOD. It is hard to find good food quickly but this place makes it a little bit easier. I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with mashed potatoes and it was awesome. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his philly cheesesteak & was wanting some more!! I can't get enough of this place. I have been twice now & this is a delicious addition to my diet. The sandwich in my picture is the first one I had which was the mac & cheese chicken sandwich, which is equally as delicious. This was great. Thank you guys for fighting the good fight <3

We used UberEATS to our hotel while in the area. The photos online looked so much better than what was delivered. Hopefully in person it is more satisfying. The Philly had barely anything in it so I paid like $18 for a sandwich that essentially all bread. It came with the wrong chips despite an upcharge. The tartar sauce was tangy and made the "seafood" plate nice. Get the greens!

Nachos were massive and delicious! My carnivore friends couldn't tell much difference between meat nachos and these nachos. They were also amazed at the chicken and waffles. I myself had a burger which was quite good but ended up wishing I had chosen the nachos. That was not the fault of the burger it was delicious. I'm just more of a nacho person. We would definitely go back when I am on their side of town

I frequently visit this establishment because the nachos are amazing. One thing I will highlight is that the establishment is always clean especially the bathrooms. Decided to stop here after doing some shopping in the grand prairie area. We waited about 30 minutes for our meals however, it was cold when we received them not even lukewarm. Not sure why? I also did not receive the cornbread that the menu stated came with the mac and cheese. Did not bother to say anything because my niece was very hungry. The monster mac and cheese that the gentleman suggested was good though. food was so good. Nachos were the star. Dont forget cheesecake to go.

Everything I've ordered is great! The fish sandwich portions have gotten smaller but still taste great! Sometimes, there's a millennial that seems to be new to customer service at the register. They're not real bad, but they aren't anywhere as good as they think they are. Too much of a "if you don't like what I'm telling you, then just leave" type of energy. No one has actually said that to me, but it would fit the short answers and smug looks we sometimes get. They could use some really good training. It doesn't change how good the food is! I'm still eating here in spite of the service. I just order and pick up now.

The food was okay and I mean one step from awful! I brought all sides. The yams the best, monster Mac n cheese okay taste like hamburger helper so if you like hamburger helper you would like it. It was enjoyable. Now the greens taste sweet and so did the cabbage not my favorite nor tasty at all and extremely small portions only one bite size. It’s for a toddler the portions they give for sides. The cornbread was not good. Yet everything is according to one’s taste buds🤗! The service okay. I would only go back for the yams the rest is not worth the drive or money.

The food here is tasty and delicious. The kale is unbelievably good and I don't like kale. The candied yams are awesome!! The portions are good sized too so if you have an appetite you won't be disappointed. They have really delicious strawberry cheesecake too. This is soul food vegan style!! I'm a meat eater I love their food.

I started coming here by recommendation. I have been impressed and satisfied everyone I've come since. The mac n cheese is super yummy! My favorite is the Vhilly and curly fries! 😍

We always enjoy going to this Black owned establishment. I love how their patties have been redone to a smaller size. So glad I visited again to see the updates to the food. The only down side it lls that the online prices and in person prices are different. I suggest ordering online for the best bang for your buck!

Definitely disappointed, I had higher hopes for this food. I ordered the Salisbury steak, when I opened box I thought they would be a little larger or thicker. The taste was of the steak and sides were just okay. Seems like the mashed potatoes were instant potatoes.

Ms. K did her thing on the the veggie 5 plate. The kale greens,cabbage,Mac &cheese, yams,cornbread. Yall don’t understand they food is amazing. Did not disappoint our first time here. Will definitely be back to try the Nachos. Everything was seasoned just right not overbearing. K you did yo thing girl

I've been here about four (4) times since I moved back home on last year. I tried the salisbury steak on yesterday and....it was delicious!! 😋 It was a bit too much food for me so I have leftovers for today. I also ordered the burger and a cheesecake earlier in the week and they both were delicious. I was getting my hair done right next door on yesterday when I ordered the salisbury steak. It just so happened that one of the individuals was related to the restaurant owner and she went and got my food for me, how kind. I've tried the nachos, burger, salisbury steak dinner, fish basket, chocolate cake & two of the cheesecake options since June of last year...I've never been disappointed. Thanks for good food and good service. I just don't like how dark it looks on the inside so I normally get my food to go....my only complaint...

Traveling through town and vegetarian. I got the chicken fried chicken with yams and mac n cheese. Lovedddd the gravy. loved the mashed potatoes. A TON of food. The chicken was okay, but honestly, vegan meats are really hard to nail (if you’ve ever tried making your own you know exactly what i mean). Mac and cheese was pretty good with a lil spicy kick. What blew me away: I have never in my life liked yams, but i didn’t know what to choose and asked the guy working the counter to pick for me. He said yams. And lo and behold, those yams were out of this world delicious lol. Probably my favorite part! Definitely a comforting and delicious meal. Speaking of the guy working the counter; an absolute angel. So polite and friendly, even less than a hour before close. Thank you for holding the door for me and helping me make some decisions at a new place! If i lived anywhere nearby I’d be back!

A family member invited me out for brunch here and I am glad she did. The food was surprisingly good! The service was really good. I’m seriously considering going vegan after my experience at ITSO VEGAN!👍🏽👍🏽

Fantastic food and incredibly sweet and helpful staff. My daughter has a lot of food allergies and they were so great helping us find things she could have. Yamari was our server and the manager Kay even came over a few times to check on us. Both were exceptional

This place is fantastic! The food was wonderful, and the service was great. We both had the chicken sandwiches with curly fries , and we would highly recommend. I wanted to try everything, so we will be back!

Was super excited to finally have a lunch here. We ordered the Villy Cheesesteak and the Chicken Sandwich! Both were really good and tasty. My only wish was the bun on the cheesesteak was a bit more crispy. The menu said it’s on a toasted bun, it just felt super soft, would have loved a little crunch to it, but it still wasn’t bad. Definitely would try again.

Been trying to get here forever but never in this area. I was VERY happy with my nachos and as a meat eater would 100% eat them again. The young lady at the counter was very sweet and informative. Only downfall music was a little too loud and was difficult to talk to employee, also they were ringing bell for her and because of music she wasn't catching it, not her fault.

Best vegan spot I’ve been to so far. The food is always so good it’s hard to believe that it’s not meat and the vhilly cheese stake is better than original philly cheese stakes to me.

Wow, newly vegan, and this place is great. Could maybe dial back the music selection. It is heavily R&B with some, more mature lyrical content, that I don't necessarily want to hear while eating out. Anyways, 5 out of 5, mucho bien. The cheesy chicken sandwich and nachos are super great.
