CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I sat in the line for over 30 minutes, at 2a after a snow storm only to return home and open my bag to unsafe old food! I was finally able to reach some one around 3:30p the next day. I had been calling since the previous night with NO ANSWERS!! Like what's the purpose of having a phone if you don't answer it. The female worker who I spoke to sounded older, rude, nonchalant, and very unconcerned with my issue. My request for a refund for product I was unable to enjoy was greeted with zero concern and was advised I'd have to talk to a manager about it but no manager was there and they never answer the phone. You'd think it would have been a simple call but instead I was greeted with rudeness for something that was out of my control. I'm pretty sure we would have had food poisoning had the food been consumed. This was my first and LAST expirence with this location and if the manager sees this I'd love an explanation for the unsanitary products being served to paying customers.

Worst McDonald’s in GR everyone got a stank attitude and they somehow always mess up my order, can’t take orders correctly. And when you come back go get it right they argue. One hot Cheetos girl was giving me a stank face in the background too, sadly this is constantly happening sense I live around the corner this is my local McDonald’s it’s always terrible. It doesn’t matter if it’s day or night, the wait time before even getting your order taken is absurd. Then the staff doesn’t acknowledge you just sat at the speaker for 10+ minutes without being acknowledged. Fries are always soggy. I understand hard of staffing but McDonalds standards and just general work ethic is not being enforced.

Got cold fries and nuggets. Cold and soggy. Asked for replacements and they argued with us. Finally gave in and said they would replace. Only to replace with hot oily fries that tasted like they need to change their oil. And nuggets that were overcooked and STILL cold. Will not return.

First of all, let me say, I don't entirely blame the employees at this McDonald's location for this restaurant's shortcomings. Sure, it's their fault my cheeseburger was missing cheese, and my fries were cold; but that's something I've come to expect from McDonald's in general. The worst part was the new system, which requires you to order your food on a screen, instead of placing your order with a person. It took forever to place an order for three people. Then, I didn't get a receipt, and according to the employees, my order never appeared on their screen, even though my card was charged $27. The people I blame most for this broken ordering system are the liberals who keep giving away free money to anyone with their hand out, to the point places like McDonald's can't find people to work anymore. Why would they, when they can stay home, do nothing, and make more? It's a shame. McDonald's could also afford to pay a little more too. They clearly don't care about their customers. I hope this place burns down while the owner is inside. I do hope the employees get out in time; it's not their fault.

This location is... inconsistent, at best. The drive thru wait is often longer than expected, or you will pull up a wait to be greeted until you question whether or not they're open, but if you say something someone will respond and ask you to wait. I avoid to this location whenever I can, and regretted heeding my own advice last time because it made me late for work.

by far the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever gone to. got into the drive thru line at 10:05 with a mobile order, breakfast ends at 10:30 - didn’t get to the speaker until 10:29, no one took my order, and my order was cancelled because breakfast was over. waste of my time as always

This particular McDonald's continually has problems using the McDonald's Mobile App. The staff was polite and apologetic, but I just had to leave without placing an order. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. No fault of the workers - nice people, the restaurant just lacks tech skills to be adequate.

Went in during lunch rush to get lunch so I understood there would be a wait. I got to the speaker and waited almost ten minutes before someone even greeted me. Once someone did it was “we’ll be with you in a moment” ok cool…both myself and the other lane waited for about another 5-10 minutes before leaving. There was only one car at the pick up window at this point so not entirely sure what was happening.

This facility has gone fully automated in the front with kiosks. The only reason I went inside was the thought it would be faster than the double line of vehicles all the way out to the road for the drive through. Obviously understaffed and undertrained. Took 18 minutes to get 2 sausage and egg muffins that were microwaved enough that most of the cheese was in the wrapper. I had never been to this location nor do I plan to ever return.

When door dashing this McDonald’s has 30+ minute waits for food more often than not. Even when the drive thru is slow employees ignore customers and seem to deliberately go slowly. I normally don’t post reviews but this has happened over 5 times in the last couple months alone.

Absolutely no one would take my order. They directed me to a kiosk. The worker name Ronnie was very rude and the customer service was nil. I would give this place a zero (0) if it was possible.

You guys. I have not gotten the food I ordered a single time at this McDonald's. Once sat at the kiosk for 20 minutes before they closed at 12. Every trip costs an hour in the drive through to get the wrong food. Tonight I was only there for 10 and the ladies working were VERY nice, but still can't get my quarter pounder. This makes me so sad.

We visited this McDonald's at almost 2 am. This is the only fast food place open 24 hrs in the whole neighborhood. We expected it to be busy. And it definitely was. However we only waited 12 minutes from entering to exiting. So that wasn't bad considering the above circumstances

Medium fry was less than half full! Otherwise, ok service for curbside pickup. Ok speed for lunch time **Update: I have been back other times, once during a curbside I waited a long time (over 15+ mins, maybe 30 mins), I called several times with no answer, and ended up leaving without my order. I have stopped trying to get food at this location

I was 5th or so in line for the start of lunch. I had to wait for my burger. I'm glad because it was fresh and hot. The nuggets were little hard and tasted a little off like most McDonald's lately. Great people and good food. Thanks you guys.. enjoyed funding a lost form of communication.. lol (pay phone)

Line was long, but service was fast! Food was hot and Good 🍟 🍔! Only a 2.9 overall for this store, but I thought it was a 4 star experience👊🏾I’d recommend a stop for a solid McDonald’s experience 💯

Literally never open. I’ve been here multiple times over the last year, as I live nearby. They are almost never open after 9pm. Or they only allow the food delivery pickups. Edit: just spent 30 minutes from 9-9:30 and no one was served. I really hope they get better soon :/

Awful experience. The service was grumpy and downright rude. The food took forever but looked rushed. We came back again after a while and the person at the drive thru was on their phone and wouldn't talk to us. We called to them multiple times but they didn't respond so we left.

Why is it that every single time I order a sandwich with no cheese on it, It always has cheese on it? This has happened every single time I have gone to this location but I have definitely experienced this at other locations as well. It’s just really frustrating also they like never get my order right in general! Something always messed up!

I order a 10 piece nugget a large fry and small fry . Everything was hot and services was pretty good . The drive thru was fast and quick thank you

Late after a concert and we had the kids. The lady taking our order was polite, and she got everything right ✅️. That is the most important part of ordering for me. Then food was made fast and it was fresh. I had to wait so my chicken could be made fresh. Everything was in the bags. For me, this is a win at a McDonald's. Order correct, food correct, not a long wait. That is all I ask.

Leonard St location great friendly service Great affordable good tasting food. My favorite is the breakfast with pancakes because it has it all. Good tasting coffee and plenty of parking. Clean bathroom and clean spacious dining room

Hands down the cleanest, most organized, professional McDonald's I've been to. AND.... AND.... My burger looked just like the commercial. It was a 1st for me. Even my fries were perfectly golden and hot.

This is a great McDonald's. It still has all the trademarks of any other McDonald's, but the things that can make the difference is always the employees. This one had great service, and everything came out just as we ordered it, which can be rare in some areas' fast food chains.

We ordered doordash and we were missing 3 items and we had a 13 cookie tote and some of the cookies were still raw

Very nice employees and the service was excellent. The people really can make or break an experience and this crew was fantastic. I usually only get some kind of mcCafe drink when I go but after my husband's procedure at Butterworth he was starving and hangry. They were fast and friendly and delivered it to our table with a smile.
