This is the best sub shop in town. I can see why they won a national award. They always have fresh ingredients and a friendly staff. Their prices are incredibly fair for down town. Say hi to Pete when you go in. I eat here at least once per week. Keep it up Skis!

Been to Ski's several times and they really serve up the best subs in town. Owners Pete and Kelly are incredibly accommodating and attentive with their culinary creations. And the prices are reasonable and not out of line; especially when there are chains & franchises charging nearly double for less than fresh and tasty subs. Theirs are the best hero sandwiches I've ever eaten since moving from the East Coast and that's saying a great deal. It's all old school and made with love.

This sub shop is hidden away but is so petite and cute. The bread was so soft and the food was fresh; made right in front of you. The workers are so nice and caring. I’d highly recommend this joint to anyone reading this review :)

I work in an office building on Monroe Center and have eaten at many different places for lunch around town. Of all of them I can say with confidence that Ski's is my favorite. The owner Pete is one of the friendliest people I've met and is awesome to talk to when I'm in. The subs are also awesome. While most are fairly simple they somehow manage to pack some incredible flavor and taste. This place has been open for a long time and it's very clear that they know how to run a business well. If you work downtown or if you're a college student you've got to stop in and give this place a try. It will be the best decision of your day.

This place is great. The sub is nothing fancy...just a great...I will 110% be going back...real ingredients sub. Plan on going back real soon.

I just happened to stumble upon this shop when I was looking for a good sandwich/sub downtown. The atmosphere is small and cozy, the service is fast, employees are super friendly. Even while I was sitting down eating, some regulars came in and they chatted with the employees like they were old friends. The prices are hard to beat too, and the food was extremely good because of the fresh ingredients. I highly recommend them if you want a quick and affordable meal!

Great place for a sub made with the freshest ingredients you can find. The veggies always crunch, the bread is always soft and perfectly chewy! The owners are great people, too. My only complaint is they’re too humble to ask for a tip on my card, so bring cash if you want to tip!

As sub sandwiches go, Ski's is fast and delicious. They give you what you want, chat with you a bit and you leave you with a little more cash than the other sub places. And supporting a local business is important! I highly recommend Ski's!
