    I ordered the 12 piece. Either the grease had not been changed or the chicken was OLD. Not sure how their chicken is cooked.. Either way the Manager gave excuse after excuse. She said oil had just been changed, she tried to blame the delivery service, she tried to blame the time.. Even though it was 30 minutes later.. She Refused me a refund and blamed the delivery service. The issue wasn't cold food it was the old grease, dried up old chicken..I don't have $25 to GIVE Popeyes..

    Managers yelling in from parking lot? You can call this place as much as you want; nobody will ever answer. Drove there after not being able to get a hold of anyone, NOBODY WAS IN LINE OR IN STORE besides the workers. All on their phones. Food had been spoiled for at least 2 days, it was THAT bad and smelled so foul it was extremely noticeable.

    Hate coming here, food takes forever and seems like there’s always someone fighting or screaming, clapping their hands all over the place trying to make a point. Last time I was there two separate fights broke out and some lady screaming, and I mean absolutely screaming at the poor TEENAGERS behind the counter. Be better.

    The wait for the food was my favorite!! They had a massive selection of carbonated drinks to pick from, i got 5 mild chicken pieces in my spicy box, my cajun fries were so northern i almost bought more. The green beans came with extra pieces of meat in it and the mac n cheese was super easy to drink!! The coleslaw made a wonderful lawn deck for my chicken pirate ship!! 5 star resturaunt for sure!! Obviously that is sarcasm and the only 5 star deserved is the one i wanna give the managers forehead. First and last time eating here

    Whole order was incorrect despite repeating the order a few times, three times to be exact. Chicken sandwich was inedible and severely uncooked, pickles so raw they were practically still cucumbers. Barely a teaspoon of red beans and rice. Was given mild wings even though I asked for spicy. Fries were a soggy mess. Asked for frozen mango lemonade and was just given regular lemonade. What an absolute waste of my money.

    15 minute wait time for 3 sandwiches, burnt buns that they tried to cover up with mayo. They didn't need double mayo either. No pickles on the sandwiches. They have THREE ingredients:Chicken, mayo, pickles. Thats it. How do you mess that up? The guy handed me a food bag and tried sending me off without giving me my drink. They didn't give me a receipt so when I called and asked about replacement sandwiches, they said I couldn't do that without a receipt. The buns are BLACK... Worst fast food visit I've had in a long time. Do not go here.

    We ordered a 12 PC meal with 3 sides and biscuits. Had side order of 1/2 gallon Lemonade and 1/2 gallon of Unsweet Iced Tea. We got the foid, but they were out of the 1/2 gallon packages. I said that's fine and asked for a large instead. Thus woman refused to replace our drinks with a smaller size, so I asked for the refund for the drinks. She refused to give us the money back for the drinks as well. She was very rude and disrespectful. I couldn't understand why they wouldn't at least give us a smaller size, but we got nothing. Terrible service.

    It's not the best chicken in town..over cooked, over rated dry overpriced and hard. Customer service is lax. Not friendly at all. It's mostly breading then chicken..won't come back. Better options like Cousins Chicken on Fuller and Leonard. Customer service is crazy..cashier on her phone while taking our order. Unnecessarily overpriced and not good. The bathrooms were so disgusting 🤢 I almost threw up.

    Ordered family feast with two large sides of fries and mac cheese, they gave us mashed potato with mac cheese instead, no big deal willing to return wrong item but was told THEY CAN’T TAKE ANYTHING BACK AND IF I WANT FRIES I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA What kind of service is this?? Have to pay more for their fault. I wish there is a zero star for this place

    Ordered a 5-pc tenders meal online at 6:46, per emailed receipt, arrived 7-8 minutes later and went inside. Waited in line and gave them my name for the mobile order at 7:00 exactly, per printed receipt. The three people behind me in line ordered, paid, got their food, and left. Received my food at 7:19 after calling the manager at the customer service number. What is the point of ordering online? It made my wait longer! Food was excellent, just 25 minutes later than expected.

    The biscuits were very old, I wasn’t given my pop, and I paid extra for a large macaroni but didn’t receive it. The chicken tenders were good -but overall I was ripped off. I do not recommend using Uber Eats here.

    Had two wing dinners and found multiple pieces of hair in the batter with the chicken. I immediately threw it out. Not happy I spent $25 on it, plus waited for 22 mins when told it would only be 10 minutes. I would had called but I was just so upset and hangry that I just ate at home. Plus shopped all day.

    The person who took my order was nice, he explained there was a wait and please pull up for fresh food.. the person who brought my food out was rude an got even ruder an extremely frustrated as the visit went on because he kept bringing out the wrong drink.. after the 3rd wrong drink, I tried showing him my receipt so he could see I wasn't playing games or lying an he rudely told me that he didn't care and to hold it while holding out my finally correct drink.. yall have to do better

    Place has changed ownership. They are cheap Look out. Can’t get extra sauce for chicken, they don’t tell you they charge extra. Not good costumer service.

    Slow getting your order,Alwys seems to miss items so check your bag before you leave always missing items NOT there drinks NEVER taste good do not buy drinks from this location.Just being Honest

    Popeye's chicken is great! We get the mild. Coleslaw is the best anywhere! The service is pretty bad at this location. Can't understand them at the drive-through. They ALWAYS forget something, butter, dipping sauce, knapkins!! We go here because there are not many Popeye's around our area, so we go for the chicken, not the service.

    The employees are VERY RUDE!!!. Looks like I had been double charge. Went in to question the transaction. DEFINITELY NOT people friendly. Had coupons for $6.99 meal came to $17.50 for 2 meals. Should have been $15.00. Don't plan on visiting this location again.

    when you go to Popeye's.... you keep one eye because Brutus might be around. Seoul chicken was good service was quick and it's truly chicken from Popeye's a little bit too much spice . it was perfect in all.

    Great place. But busy. It's worth the wait. I used to work my Grandma's Restaurant when I was 12 years old. And I learned a long time ago not everything goes right in a kitchen. Be patient and the crew will work with you.

    The manager was so mad and angry about her job. She was the only one on the register. But not taking orders... yelling all the orders out. Even yelling she doesn't speak Spanish and was getting one of her employees that spoke Spanish to take his order. and yelling at her employees. All of the employees where great. I felt awful for them that they were in that inviroment.. All of the food was ready to be packed for food. But still took 20 minutes for 12 biscuits.

    I love their food but the customer service is horrible. The one in the drive thru is so rude and disrespectful. Charged me almost 30$ and didn’t get my whole order and then when I tried calling they wouldn’t answer the phone.

    The amount of extra breading on the chicken and bread was terrible. After taking a couple bites of just bun and excess breading, I ripped off the outer layer of bun and breading. I was left with the smallest piece of chicken in the middle. I think they breaded a nugget 10x. Gross. On top of that, I ordered the spicy bacon and cheese sandwich an no bacon or cheese

    Everytime I visit this location,they forget a item I ordered (Red Beans) Drive Thru customer service is a D.They are very rude and don't listen To busy trying to get the customers through ...Is that it,is that it,is that it to forget items that I ordered. I think they need training again. Not friendly. To spend my hard earned Money to not get what I ordered and to get bad customer service is not tolerated. I have received free meal cards before,for this same matter Gas prices are to high to go back to receive the item(s) that they forgot.

    Pretty good. I went through the drive-thru, the chicken(breast and thigh) were piping hot, as was the mashed potatoes and gravy. I really enjoyed it. Also, I was served quickly.

    Food was never delivered but the app gave me a driver name and time it would be here. Then I received a confirmation of delivery but no food. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the store takes no accountability. They won't answer the phone and it takes weeks to get money back.
