A beautiful venue in Grand Rapids! You never need to leave once your here for ceremony, receptions, and all the photos! I enjoy working with the people and in this charming location, you can’t go wrong at Clearwater!

Fantastic venue for a wedding! The staff was so accommodating and kind, and the building/outdoors was the perfect backdrop for photos. I enjoyed photographing there!

Went there for a company Christmas Party. The area for the party was awesome! Had casino night, which was fun! Great night!

I had the opportunity to shoot a wedding at Clearwater this past summer.(Emma Varley Photography) This venue is so stunning it gives limitless opportunities for photos! Not only that but they have a well lit indoor area for the ceremony. They also have spacious rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in that a lot of venues don’t offer. I would highly recommend this venue to couples!

We recently had a family reunion there and were so impressed. The inviting environment was the perfect place to reconnect with relatives that arrived from all over the country. Great location, unique historic building with plenty of parking and room for entertaining groups of all sizes. The staircases are great for taking photos. The Manager of the property is professional, flexible and engaging. The terms of the agreement were straight-forward. It is fantastic in every way. Such a great place in Grand Rapids!

What a beautiful venue. It's kept very nicely. Clean bathrooms are so important and they definitely were. Nice to see everything so we'll maintained. I was there for the Vegfest, but this would be a fabulous place for a wedding reception! Intimate, but plenty of room.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. We held our wedding and reception here. It is gorgeous inside and out. The bridal suite is beautiful and was the perfect place for us to get ready in the morning and freshen back up in between. I really liked that they can have the ceremony space and reception set up at the same time, so we didn't have to force our guests to leave in between for a reset. Gilmore Catering did a wonderful job on the food - we got lots of compliments on it! Charlie worked closely with us to help get everything set up ahead of time, answered all of our questions, and really helped everything run smoothly all day long. We are so glad we chose this venue for our day!

Clearwater Place is a wonderful wedding venue downtown GR! Our day turned out perfect. We loved how we could have both a wedding ceremony & reception. The twinkle lights, high ceilings, bridal suite, & groom room were some of our favorites.

We had a great time here. Food was good and catered but I can't recall by whom. DJ did a good job of keeping people on the dance floor. The set up was a bit odd as the guest tables were all on one side of the room/ dance floor and there was a pretty empty second half. They had a separate room for the bridal party to relax and change shoes etc., which was nice.

I recently went to a wedding and reception at this venue and it was absolutely perfect!!! I helped to decorate the evening prior and everything went smoothly! Lovely tall white curtains to block the wedding area from the reception area. Just perfect. I would highly recommend it. I don't know the rates, but in my opinion it was perfect!

Attended a wedding here, it was pretty nice. The skylights and tall ceilings made for a bright atmosphere, so it looked like it was still the afternoon when it was 9pm. Facility is clean, easy layout. Not the best for sound, as voices didn't carry well in the large space. It was hard to hear people talking even when using a microphone, but that could have been equipment-related. Overall, decent place. Lots of parking, well-lit outside at night.
