This
place
looks
charming
and
we
were
excited
to
eat
there
based
on
the
reviews,
but
opted
out
after
a
terrible
encounter
with
this
restaurant's
rude
manager.
We
attempted
to
order
two
medium-sized
pizzas
to
share
among
4
guests,
as
we
wanted
a
light
snack
rather
than
a
large
meal.
The
manager
explained
he
made
the
rules
about
how
much
we
MUST
eat
and
we
had
to
order
large
pizzas
or
should
leave.
He
informed
us,
in
as
condesening
of
a
tone
as
possible,
that
this
is
how
all
restaurants
in
the
world
work
and
we
should
take
the
pizza
home
if
we
couldn't
eat
it
all.
Being
tourists
in
a
hotel,
how
would
we
return
to
our
hotel
with
outside
food
and
no
place
to
reheat
or
eat
it?
We
were
the
only
patrons
in
the
entire
restaurant.
On
principle,
we
left.
We
felt
truly
sorry
for
the
waiter
who
has
to
put
up
with
this
man
as
his
boss
on
a
daily
basis;
he
looked
scared
and
intimidated.
I've
tried
to
write
this
account
as
factually
and
accurately
as
possible
so
as
to
let
others
make
a
choice
to
eat
here
or
not.
It
is
the
manager
that
will
tell
you
how
much
you
MUST
order/eat
rather
than
you,
the
patron.
If
you
want
a
small
meal
to
share,
or
you
want
to
avoid
an
unpleasant
encounter,
look
elsewhere.
Our
group
was
more
than
happy
to
find
a
more
welcoming
spot
for
lunch.
I
hope
the
manager
understands
his
attitude
is
not
helping
his
business.
