Stayed here for two weeks for work. Overall a good hotel choice. Very friendly staff, and I loved chatting with the Spanish speaking cleaning lady in the hallway. She was very friendly and always had the few things I needed for my room. Her smile made my stay better. I can’t understand how a hotel this big had washing machines from the 1950’s that actually leave your clothes more dirty when they come out. It was both infuriating and disgusting (see pictures). Get some modern machines that clean clothes.

As a person that has to travel for work, hotels become our home. How the staff treats us can really make the difference and although the staff have been great there’s one member that stands out. Yana goes above and beyond, making my stay feel more like home. I never feel like a bother when asking for anything and her kindness really makes the difference. Quality Inn, good job on that hire. 👌

THE GOOD - It was SO nice going to a hotel and not having to spend our time in a shoebox room with the kids (2 adults, 3 kids under 5) We had a 2 queen room with sofa bed and expected it to be standard size but it was so large. This was much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable! (Minus the sofa bed. But that’s really to be expected) We were on the main level which was nice, and having the patio out back was convenient as well. In hindsight, it was so convenient not having to trudge the kids up and down elevators. For the most part, the place was quiet. The pool was amazing. The water was warm and the slide provided lots of fun for our littles. They went 3 times over the course of our 2 days and had a great time! There were even a few life jackets there which we ended up using for our son (forgot his) THE “BAD” - The bathroom layout in the room was weird. The toilet and shower were in the “bathroom” and it was a VERY tight space. Hard to bathe the kids in there. Then the vanity was just in the main room. So that was a bit annoying. Breakfast definitely left something to be desired and items they claimed to be available some mornings, weren’t (sign at the front desk said what would be available for hot breakfast) Which was a disappointment as one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had breakfast included. But we managed! I didn’t meet her, but my husband said the lady serving was always so nice and helpful. Asking if she could help with the kids, asking if she could fix a plate for me one day (I was in the room with our infant) etc. People like this make all the difference. Anyways. All in all we had a really good stay. Large room, staff were friendly, comfortable beds, great pool, and it was in a good location. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips to GP!

We have stayed here 3 times now. We get the same amazing room each time. 2 single beds in a room with a door and a king bed for the parents. It’s awesome. I wish every hotel had a set up like this. Bunk beds would be even better. A separate living room and a kitchen. Pool is clean. Kids loved the slide. Breakfast was good but ingredients of food listed where everyone can see them would be helpful for those with allergies. Coffee cups are extremely small. Super annoying. Location is in a so so area. Amenities not real far. Sadly, we were there on a Monday and found out that everything fun to do in Grande prairie is closed on Monday. Pretty disappointing!

The room is great, has a full size kitchen and bedroom, two TV's and a fireplace. The place is clean. The hotel located conveniently in the city, close to groceries and eateries. There's a gym and a pool. Packed breakfasts are a bit poor, and there is always a spoon there but nothing to eat with it. But I leave before breakfast hours so can't complain. The parking is also comfortable to use.

Seamless check-in, clean comfortable rooms, free breakfast, and moderate prices come together to make it a nice place to stay. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. The water slide appeared to be dry, unfortunately. As for downsides? Everything is dated and in need of renovation, the insuite appliances are pretty loud, and the provided toiletries are terrible. That said, those are minor issues for me so I would stay here again.

The front desk isn't very helpful. Anytime I've gone to ask for something I've been told they don't have any even though I know for a fact they do. I asked for somewhere to fill my water bottle-for work and was denied as well as I asked for ketchup and apperantly that was even too difficult to provide even though it was in the next room over. It just feels like every time I come here they aren't prepared for anything. I've had to wait for my room to be prepared even though I've come five hours after check out time. The hot tub is usually out of service when I come as well and the pool is the bare minimum. Im not a fan of staying here when I have to for work. The only reason I gave this hotel two stars is because they're exercise equipment actually works in the workout room and the lady who does breakfast is just great!

On the evening of March 31st, we were back in our room and wanted a coffee. About 10pm. We had the machine, pods, etc but no glasses. No cups. My friend went to the front desk and asked if we could have a couple mugs. It appeared to be a difficult request. She gave her clear disposable drinking glasses and gave her the impression housekeeping would bring some mugs. That never happened. The next morning at breakfast , the lady in charge of the kitchen, Rosa, saved the day. She was so lovely. Gave us a couple of mugs and some paper cups. Had it not been for her, we'd have been left with a poor impression of the place. Tks Rosa! We'll be back because of you!

Ive never stayed at a Quality inn till this one. I think Quailty is a very fair name. I like using hotel Facilities as much as possible so when a place has a pool or gym im all over it first chance I get. This place has an insane pool area! The ceiling is 4 sorties tall that room feels Monolithic. The pool itself is good. You can lap swim easily. Just ensure you have goggles cause the water is treated and will burn your eyes. They host pool parties here too, this is a great pool for that too. Its very clean lots of deck space. The rooms are everything you often see at a hotel of this caliber. I found the staff a little wierd. When I was waiting in line to fix an issue with my room card. I was flipping through a book sitting in the lobby about the group that owns and operates this hotel chain. I came across an interesting construction photo that was kinda surprising. So I used that as a means to engage in small talk with the front desk. But she got confused and felt like she did something wrong and kept Apologize you profusely. English is not her first language. Soo be understanding ig. But all in all great hotel.

I've been staying here for about 5years now in winter months for work. Not my choice but the company gets my room. We are a 24hr crew so dayshift night shift in room 2 beds. They don't seem to cater to the workers . Only give 4 towels but only clean room every 3rd day. The price of the room includes a hot breakfast. We leave about 45mints before there breakfast starts so no hot breakfast for us. They suppy a bag lunch with consists of nothing but sweets. Miswell be a bag of sugar. Some of us are diebetic this does not work. Bag lunch should be eatible. Why can't they start breakfast at 5am instead or put something healthy in the bag lunch a sandwich hard boiled eggs some real fruit. Talking to front desk is useless. They have washer and dryer with takes loonies only. But never have loonies at front desk. Don't get it. The manager of this hotel needs to read these reviews and take action. If you can't supply proper food for 24hr rooms. Give a discount off room price. Since room price includes breakfast. Hopefully someone with some power see my post and gets things going around this hotel.

10000% recommend! Beautiful hotel nice area. And the staff are beyond amazing! We stayed in grande prairie for a few nights. We were celebrating my daughters 5th birthday! And I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. When we arrived they upgraded our room to a room that had a kitchenette because it was our daughters birthday! The rooms were very clean and kept up to date. The hotel well very clean it was kept nice even the outside. The breakfast buffet were always full of different options never empty, and the food was always hot. The day of my daughters birthday we went out and before leaving the staff asked permission to enter our room we thought just to clean it but to our suprise when we arrived back they set up happy birthday balloons and little candies all over my daughters bed. It was so sweet of them and my daughter was over the moon! And the pool was awesome we spent a few hours there. The staff was so wonderful and welcoming they truly made our stay that much better! I recommend this hotel 100%! We will definitely be back. So so professional

I stay here quite a bit for work. Every time I come here the breakfast gets worse and worse. The breakfast lady is nice but that's kinda it. Breakfast was one of the main reasons I stayed here along with the room size. I also called to upgrade my room to a king kitchenette unit. And they gave me a two Queen room. The front desk ladies didnt say anything about the change when checking in. The blonde lady who worked at the front desk was also rude and short with me and didn't even say hello just got girl from the back office to check me in. I get it if your busy but not even a smile or nothing just gave me a look and walked away. The second lady was nice. Sadly I will no longer recommend this hotel to anyone anymore.

An interesting hotel. Among the advantages: most rooms are large with a kitchen. There is also entertainment: pool table, swimming pool.
