Wonderful variety of super fresh donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Grandview has been needing a place like this for a very long time. Their cinnamon twists and fritters taste like their homemade, and the glazed are classicly amazing, especially while still warm. Only downside is that they close considerably early, so unfortunately, you can't get your after work boba tea.

Excellent donuts as possible. We wanted some and we're glad they still had some. Also a tasty sausage croissant for breakfast. Really good. We got an apple fritter and blueberry donut late today.

This is the best place for apple fritters. They are perfect every time. The lady in the front is always so nice even when I come in looking crazy in my PJs. Happy I found this place.

"Blooming onion apple fritter" donut - pretty good. I'd give this donut a 4/5. Maple long john filled with "cream" - disgusting. I'd give this a 1/5. Quick edit - glazed donut holes I'd give a 4/5 as well, increasing my review to a 3/5. This could continue to change if I visit again.

The cashier was nice. The Munchins was the tastiest & least expensive 12 for$ 1.99. The cinnamon twist was soft and ok. But the hard chocolate crossaint tasted bad. I gave it to my kid. He rejected it. I gave it my dog. Hey, I don't waste food.

The donuts was so soft and fresh!friendly and cleaned environment.sugar milk tea is so good and I love there boba.

I'm not a tea with strange things floating around in it BUT IT IS PRETTY GOOD I will.have another but let's be real the pinecone with cinnamon IS FANTASTIC so light airy with extra sweet glaze so good as I write this IM GETTING ANOTHER will add photos soon added photos and I had breakfast burrito it was ok and coffee too well I had two shots of espresso added to a caramel macchiato and the strange tea which I got another of and another of those pinecone things THEY ARE FANTASTIC with that strange tea with the things floating around

I come from texas and I try to get gravy. Everything since I always add gravy to my Bacon egg and cheese croissant. I fell in love. Y'all have to try it, it will change your life.
