DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! My mother rented a car, and we were trying to return a new vehicle to this place, and they said we had to have it detailed on Sunday afternoon when we tried to return bc I had smoke on my clothing and human hair left in the vehicle. So they were going to charge us $450 to have it detailed if we can't get it back in 2 hours. The person was also completely rude to my mother, bc he told her that to Google it to find a place. He wouldn't give us any help. When my mother called customer service, they hung up on her 4 times. They refused to do anything or to even talk to her. DO NOT use this place as they r ripping customers off. Since when can u charge for Human Hair.

This location has several complaints from bad customer service, to them giving away reserved rentals, and more smh. I’ve had a bad previous experience years ago and just in this last week on Facebook I’ve seen 4 post about them ! People pls save yourself the trouble do your research, read the reviews, and listen most of the time the people be telling y’all. Especially me ima give the good, the bad, the ugly! Hate to do this but, any company has to stand on good principles to be great! Do better Avis car rental !

I have rented SEVERAL cars from Avis, this location by far is the best one I've been to! Abdi is ALWAYS helpful and accommodating. Every vehicle I've rented has been very reliable and safe. Highly recommended by me!

Rent from Avis a lot but this was interesting. Rented economy to try to save on gas but they only had a Toyota Forerunner or vans. Ended up getting 21mpg sono joy there, plus I'm used to a smaller vehicle. Wasn't discussed until we walked out the door, so poorly communicated. But did have a car which is what counts these days it seems.

Do not rent from Avis. I was charged on fees that did not even apply to me. I was charged a late fee, and I did not return the vehicle late. I was also charged a fuel fee when I returned the car on a full tank of gas. Also, my contract had the wrong car on it. This place does not know what they are doing. Now, I have all of these non related fees applied to my credit card. I will never rent from Avis ever again!!

Abdi has always been very kind to me and is always professional. This location is very reliable and the vehicles are always clean when I come in to rent. I recommend doing business with this location to my friends and colleagues.

We were almost without a vehicle because the other companies abandoned us; but then Abdi came in and saved the day! They were super helpful and even stayed a later to help accommodate us. 10 outta 10 stars!

Abdi was absolutely amazing. Stayed after hours to get my group of friends a car when other companies abandoned us. We are out of staters and it was truly a act of kindness
