The new owners are paid outlandish amounts based on registered patients but don't provide a service!!Disgraceful and now actually endangers the health of the Grangemouth community.

Should be a zero rating but not an option. They refuse to issue scripts until the day they are due, well the next day actually. So if you are very dependent on your meds, expect to go days without as they do not allow for the time for them to deliver them to the pharmacy and then for the pharmacy to supply. Dangerous and Malpractice for those who should NOT go without as is the case with myself due to serious mental health issues. Had to go without for days last and this month. Disgraceful Duty of Care to Patients and FYI, the reception staff will try to blame you even if they are at fault. Even if you can show they are at fault, they refuse to apologise or rectify.

Genuinely shocking, the worst GP practice Iā€™ve ever used. From them losing prescriptions, claiming they canā€™t give out prescriptions because ā€œthey havenā€™t sanctioned them beforeā€ even though that same prescription was picked up from them a month prior, to the constant excuse of ā€œthereā€™s a backlogā€ given when the timeframes they give are missed. If thereā€™s a backlog, surely youā€™d have known about it and not made up a time frame? Iā€™ve been told that my request will be put through by the end of the week, I phone up two weeks later to be given that excuse? I doubt that all of a sudden this backlog has just appeared and it seems very plausible that they just use this excuse to cover their own backs after forgetting what was asked. Horrible practice and I hope it improves significantly as this is just useless.

Kersey Bank is one of worse GP. I have been told many times that doctor will call back but never happens and then receptionist denies to acknowledge that if there was any booking. They only want you to book appointments on emergency basis and never let you have normal appointments. Other than this there public dealing staff is rude, mean and not caring at all.

The full place needs a shake up with competent staff, doctors included. 4 weeks I have been back and forth asking for help with a rash/spots. Eventually got in to see a doctor (can't pronounce his name) ...asked me what was wrong, while in the middle of talking cut me off and interrupted several times, told him I have been in pain with this for a month, asked if I have hay-fever which I do and then he put it down to that. Prescribed me a moisturiser to cover my body in, thought that was weird as the spots/rash wasn't dry but took his advice as he is the 'professional' ...done it for 4 days and only got worse, the rash started spreading to my neck and face. This morning waited for 30 minutes in que to be told to send pictures to a email, done that, phoned again and waited another 30 minute got through and was told the pictures would be passed to the doctor and they will get back to me when they can. Wasn't given a time or day so decided to go to local pharmacy to ask for advice and explain situation and show my condition. After 20 min with the pharmacist they gave me the correct creams, antibiotics and other tablets without question and told me what's wrong 100% after inspecting me and actually taking the time to help and care instead of pawning me off. Kersiebank has fell from grace for years and the reviews show I'm not the only one who knows that. Reception staff more interested in scranning there stuarts doughnut than helping anyone. Be changing doctors as of today.

I have been with Kersiebank for the past 4 and a half years. When I was registered with them things were okay, but they slowly went down hill with covid making matters even worse. The reception staff can be very rude. They donā€™t have qualifications in medicine so do not understand the importance for some people in seeing a doctor regularly and will tell you to call back in the morning and wont put through to a doctor that you need to speak to someone urgently. They donā€™t have enough doctors to deal with the amount of patients they have on board. Other surgeries in Grangemouth and surrounding areas donā€™t half a fraction of the problems that kersibank have. My health has dramatically worsened over the past year and the surgery have not been any help. If they call back and I miss the call, they can be really quite un-empathetic about it, telling me itā€™s not their problem. Iā€™ve not actually seen a doctor from the surgery for a very long time and always end up with a triage nurse calling me and telling me ā€˜I donā€™t need to see a doctorā€™ and then within 24 hours Iā€™ll end up in forth valley! Theyā€™re suitable for an average person who would only see their doctor once a year, but for someone like me who needs to see a doctor and have blood tests done every 12 weeks, are absolutely useless. I love what the NHS does. Just not what this surgery does. They give the NHS a bad name Avoid at ALL costs if you can. I had to give them 1 star because giving them no stars isnā€™t an option.

1 hour on hold to be told fully booked. Called in from 8.30 at queue position 33. This place needs a total reform.
