    I just finished up the 2nd workout of week 3 in the 12 week Transformation program and I feel great. I am already noticing a difference in my strength and my weight. Starting weight was 150.4 Goal weight is 170 Current weight is 157.2 Once you start the workouts, you can tell Steve put a lot of knowledge and research into this program. I am hitting muscle failure at the end of the workout and recovering 30 minutes later. My cardio is getting a lot better along with my run times. 3 mile runs I am able to stay at a decent pace, keeping my mile times very close to each other. I've had 3 neck surgeries and so far I haven't had any problems with my neck for any of the workouts. Highly recommend this program.

    I have done weight training at a variety of places for almost 40 years. Nowhere have I gotten better results than with Fitness and More. Steve and his trainers are professional and knowledgeable. 15 minutes, 2 times per week yields amazing results!

    I have been coming here for close to 3 years. They have helped me lose 70 pounds, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Steve and his personal trainers are the best around! Very professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. They are very careful and cautious so that no injuries happen during workout sessions. If you do have an injury, the help you recover and strengthen in a safe, healthy way. The welcoming atmosphere, friendly attitudes, and Steve's tried-and-true system are all more than worth the money!

    This place is super friendly and really listened to my goals and created a personalized plan to help me get in shape in a fun way. If you hate working out you should give them a try and you'll see the difference.

    In 7 weeks I have lost weight and gained muscle in a fast amount of time. I love that they are willing to work with diet along with fitness. They care if you have pain in certain areas. They work around that pain. They check up on you and make you accountable. It is a fitness center that puts your needs first. I am so thankful that Iā€™m apart of it! Thank you, fitness and more!

    A year ago I made the choice to work on my strength and weight. I always felt too self- conscious about my weight to join a gym working out with a crowd of others. I am so happy to be working out at Fitness and More where I have one on one personalized workouts in a private setting with knowledgeable trainers. Workout sessions are fifteen minutes twice a week. Don't let the short sessions fool you into thinking won't be effective....you will feel the effects and also the results. I know as a female in my fifties that I am much stronger now as a result of this program. The owner Steve has been in this profession many years and is a good Christian man who cares about and wants to help clients be their best. I highly recommend this business

    Absolutely love the 15 minute workouts , I will be 70 years old in October and I have been working out for 3mo after dealing with an illness , I have lost 12 lbs and gained muscle, I feel very strong and confident. Worked with Steve before and couldn't wait to start up again. I walk and ride my bike on other days and sometimes on weight lifting days too !

    My goals were to increase strength and to commit to a program that would help me reach my goals. Steve and his trainers were patient with me and encouraged me every step of the journey. They helped me realize I could do this and that I actually enjoyed working out for the first time in my life. I recommend Fitness and More at every opportunity!
