Bad food at high prices! spoiled salad! 10 years ago Casablanca was a great place to eat cheap and vegan. no longer. next time I'll go to tacobell. over the last few years my experience is consistently terrible! the burritos are ALWAYS the worst distribution of ingredients; salsa only on one end, beans on the other, the middle pure raw cabbage. the salad is always distressed. and now their prices are as high as other sit down dining available. the management needs to learn how to train and inspire their workers.

Would not let my 3 yr old daughter use the bathroom so she peed her pants. Ordered food which was messed up burrito was exploded out the side the pumpkin spice chi I ordered was not that at all it was a coffee. The people are very rude and is very over priced for bad food. Do not go here unless you like teenage girls being dumb

No atmosphere in a take out only setting. (UnionSt) Great tortilla soup, good food reasonably priced and quick.

Had the super burrito and rootbear drink, but as I ate the burrito at home I would bite into a portion of a wooden skewer, it was probably used in the cooking of the chicken, and a hasty cook or sloppy chicken prep was responsible. As it lodged between my gum and tooth I immediately became concerned about any future bites, and opted to discard the burrito, but imagine if I had swallowed the 1/2 inch piece and it caused some internal damage? Dangerous!!

I had the most amazing experience! I ordered about 5 items plus a coffee. They informed me that their card reader was down. I had no cash on me, so they gave me my entire order for free!!! It blew my mind! I couldn't believe they did that. The owner had made it possible & the staff was so friendly & considerate. I will absolutely be back!

I went to Cassblanca on Union after work. No one came to the window. I left and ran a quick errand, came back and it still took a while before anyone came to the window. Once I was able the order, the Applegate bowl I received had cold chicken and some really old and overcooked Turkey bacon on it. My guess is the cooks didn’t want to have to clean up again as this was 30-40 min before closing. Great waste of time and $20. I won’t be back.

We ordered a Super steak wrap with avocado on the side. There was microscopic amounts of steak and no avocado anywhere! No salsita either. Dry burrito, thanks a lot, not so "super." We also ordered arroz con pollo without salsita. Massive rice and some chicken, that's it. Wow. We will NEVER go back to that store on Union by Asante. They owe us two new wraps!!

The food here is nasty. But the staff are insanely incompetent. If your car starts on fire in line… the employees are likely to watch you and hide the extinguisher. Not sure why they were yelling at the guy who saved their business from burning down. Or why they refused to call 911… Typically you praise the guy saving you or your business. Should be offering him free food, not throwing it at him after he saves the place. Odd dynamics occurring here.

My wife and I love eating at the new downtown location. Including a full bar was a stroke of genius. Miles makes a great Long Island iced-tea.

Five stars plus! They have a menu with four different mochas. Their beef chorizo is possibly the best I’ve ever had. Aside from the expected chili and garlic, it had cinnamon and a hint of tongue-numbing Szechuan pepper! Outstanding.

Food was great we had the Philly. They were super fast for a quick in and out spot

Ordered chicken tortilla soup. The soup was luke luke warm at best and very oily. No avocado, no tortillas. The person that answered my call about it when I got home did not seem to care at all and told me to come get what I'm missing. I have the flu and really looked forward to this tonight. Disappointed and too sick to go back out into the cold again.

It was our first time there was another couple we didn't know we ordered up front. We waited at least 15 min. till I said something.bento box was dry and horrible .Will never go again!What's wrong with this place my food is much better.Also very expensive. Should close all locations.we

Jordan working at the Union stand is incompetent. He charged double for an order that he/the cook botched. The receipt was presented and food shown as proof. They took the food back (could’ve at least let us keep it to give it away to someone that was in need/hungry & isn’t that against some health code?) he then charged us again for the two boxes. I’ve worked in the food service industry and I have NEVER charged a customer twice for a mistake that I have made. Maybe he was having a bad day. But still… it’s called “customer service” for a reason. Do better, dude.

Delightful small resturant good food we tried the wraps. They were good.. good choice of vegetable beans and meat. The specialty coffees are also good for a small town. The only issue is that the Redturant is not clean. Bits and pieces of food on ground, sears etc.

Great coffee and food! I got the Casa Kicker latte and irish cream cold! My wife a regular latte this trip. This is a drive through or walkup window establishment only. They have several options for coffee lovers as well as tea, smoothies, and breakfast, lunch, dinner options as well. The barista's are friendly and the establishment is clean and the menu is easy to see and understand, it explains what each item is as well as the ingredients and price.

Lots of healthy options available, but imo the food isn't very flavorful. Was expecting a bit more for how hyped up this place was. The portions are big though! It will definitely feed you.

I have been in the new Casablanca downtown a handful of times now, The food & drinks are spectacular & so are all the workers. I have however heard some really negative words by the Owner, It’s not okay to talk to any employee like that nor in front of customers.

Food was great. Ordered 2 Fred'sPhilly. Noticed the torta bread was smaller than it used to be. but the price wasn't. Kinda awkward the staff begs for tips. Litteraly she asked for a tip and didn't even pay attention when I Ordered. This company should compensate them more so they don't have to ask for tips and maybe ask the staff at the location to pay attention to thier customer orders and worryless on the tips. I will not go to the location in gp near asante after this last trip of bad service. I'm not the only one who has had multiple bad experiences here. I hear he same type of complaints from few of my friends and patients that go to this location in grants pass. Too bad the food is actually pretty good even though the staff is sub par.

I was told by a couple of people that it was great, so maybe my expectations were too high. The left off the sauce and forgot the extra sauce on the Bento, and the other ones were ok, but not great or anything special. It was ready on time and a nice counter person.

Casablanca is the healthiest, best drive-through food in Grants Pass. If you need a quick bite, breakfast, lunch,or dinner, thus is your place Fare prices and healthy food!

I ordered a Chavez bowl with potatoes and received a Classic omelette with no potatoes :( I also ordered a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk (I've had one there before and it cane with caramel in the cup, cinnamon, and whip cream) the one I just received has none of the things and tastes so watered down.

Food was so delicious! I love that they offer options of box, burrito and one other one. I’m on a keto diet and this made it so easy to choose items within my diet limitations. The coffee was fantastic in my opinion even better than Dutch Bros and Rogue. To top it off the service was awesome! We were visiting for a couple of days and ate here multiple times. I appreciate how flexible their menu is with even vegan choices while doing it with a smile.
