We stopped off on a rainy day primarily for beer tasting. We ended up each ended up getting lunch. Everything was good. Some items were really excellent, however. I would particularly recommend the Stromboli. The Barbecued Chicken Pizza was also great. The beer was good but not great. None of them are really worth mentioning.

Came here on a Sunday evening with a party of 7, we requested to sit outside and were told there would be a small wait. No problem. After waiting about 10 minutes and seeing another group be seated outside who came in after us (all tables are the same size) we went back in to check in. The server brought us over to a corner table and sat us down. The menu was really large and many of us had a hard time deciding what to eat. The prices were a little higher than expected but seemed to be worth it for the quality of food. The service was VERY slow and non attentive. We had to request for the patio lights to be turned on as it was pretty dark out at this point. All our food came out a separate times which was not that big of a deal but was noticeable. My friend and I split a pizza and were surprised it was cut up into little bit sizes pieces. I have never seen a pizza cut like that before but it was actually pretty cool to be able to just grab little bits at a time. The flavor was good and it wasn't overly greasy. Everyone seemed to be pretty happy with their meals. The server took a bit longer to come offer us boxes and our checks but was very nice. I think I would for sure come back again, hopefully the staff will be a little more attentive.

These might look good on camera, but the large order of fries was soggy and brown. We also ordered two cherry smoked chicken salads. The lettuce was frothy when chewing, it was so water logged. The chicken tasted like they put liquid smoke on boiled chicken and stuck it in a warmer. Used to get six pieces of baguette per salad, there were three each tonight. Just not worth the price for a small salad. Each time we have ordered there lately, it gets worse. Miss the old days!

Came for a late dinner, got 2 mini pizzas and tried the parmesan garlic fries. We both enjoyed the thin crust pizza, super crispy. The pepperoni was also delicious! We also enjoyed both pints we got, I highly recommend the Jerry, crisp and clean.

I want to leave a 4-star review as this used to be a Grants Pass staple, but the last 2 times I've visited have been let down... Pub Fries, and Onion rings are still great, with some good pizzas on the menu. But we visited a couple weeks ago and should have received more bang for our buck when spending over $120 on dinner. The pasta alfredo was weak for the price, very small portion and the amount of upcharge for a couple bites of chicken or shrimp was on par for the price of everything else. I used to go here strictly for the calzones and remember atleast 4 options now they just have the Quarry and I believe it's north of $20 with average fillings and portions. We had a couple family members order pizza and they arrived cold, in my opinion if you're amongst the highest priced pubs in Grants Pass then patrons should receive the highest quality...

Shocked to learn that the woman who was caught on video dropping a slice of pizza on the floor then putting it back on tray to serve is now GM of the restaurant. If you like your pizza served off the floor go to wild river

First time here, walk in the door and the distinctive smell of a Woodfired pizza fills the air. The atmosphere is inviting. We get seated right away on a Sat afternoon. The menu was filled with choices other than pizza. I chose to get a Rueben. My wife got chicken pesto pasta. My daughter and grand daughter shared a pizza. The service was good, but I did get my Rueben when everyone was just about finished eating. The flavor I got was not what I expected, not even close. The flavor was mediocre at best. My wife said the same for the pesto pasta. They forgot the chicken part. My daughter was happy with her pizza. Overall, the food was not bad. The prices were steep for the taste of the food. It was a pleasant experience, but I won't go out of my way to come here again. Try and see for yourself

It was my first time at Wild River Brewing, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised from the start. The atmosphere was family-friendly and relaxed. Good seating and clean. The menu had a nice variety, too. Everyone in our group of 10 adults ordered different items: pizza, burgers, pasta, and I ordered their Barbecue Brisket Plate for $19.99. It came with a green salad and Creamy Gouda Macaroni and Cheese. What an excellent meal this was! The brisket was smoked and then grilled to the perfect melt in your mouth degree. I took one picture of the meal... but it’s in my take-home leftovers box because I was well into the meal by the time I realized this meal and this place are gleaming review worthy. Yes, I do recommend Wild River Brewing in Grants Pass, Oregon, as a great place to get a great meal!

Pizza was good and beer was only $3 a pint. Just be ready for the weirdest cut pizza you've probably had in awhile. 4 stars because it's the only place we've eaten in this town & it's good for a small town but not exactly a must try destination.

I have been going here for a very long time and have always loved it. After going last night, I give 3 stars for one reason only… the ranch!! The ranch here has always been amazing, and one of my favorites. They changed it, now it tastes like basic hidden valley ranch. I asked one of the employees and she confirmed it has changed and that she wished they’d change it back too. Don’t fix it if it ain’t broke. Please change the ranch back!!!

It’s been a long time since we found the combination of both pizza and microbrewery this good in the same location. Even the house salad was a unique combination of ingredients not usually seen elsewhere. If I didn’t live 2,500 miles away in Florida I’d be back regularly. 😄 It took me 52 years to finally make it to Oregon (my 50th state) and I couldn’t have picked a better place to have my first meal.

We were a large party of tired hungry goofy people and whoops showed up right as they were getting ready to close :( …. As we were standing in the lobby trying to figure out plan B the staff circled around us and offered to stay late and make us yummy pizza and pub fries!! The late night Wednesday evening crew is the best! Thank goodness we got our late night pizza fix!

Had high hopes for the brews but 3 out of 5 choices we saw on their website was not being served. Waitress stayed the Barleywine hadn’t been on tap since she’s been there, over a year ago. Yet being advertised on the website. The stout was a 7/10. Food was portioned way too much and not a lot of flavor on the chicken salad. Wings were supposed to be naked extra crispy but they didn’t come out that way. Thin crust pizza was good. The bacon jam burger was good. Overall a disappointment.

I have to say this was one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant. I brought my wife in for her birthday with 19 guests today (6/24) and it was wonderful! I scheduled it 3 weeks ago and the process was easy and smooth. When we arrived everything was set up perfectly. The staff was awesome! The manager (I didn't get his name) was super helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Our waitress (Sarah) did an outstanding job! She was fast, efficient, friendly and was right in top of our orders and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. Our pizzas were delicious and done quickly. I could not have asked for a better experience! To top it off, when she (Sarah)realized they were all out of chocolate chip cookies, she purchased out of her own pocket, a wonderful cream puff as a gift!! How about THAT for going above and beyond! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Grants Pass Wild River Pizza for your next birthday party or just a great dinner experience! Thank you so much!

Great place to get food! Came in with 13 people and 2 of them were baby's, we were stoked that they had the carseat sling & a high chair. Good vegan & glution free options as well as great wings, burgers,& pizza's. everyone was happy with their meals.

I always stop by Wild River when in Grant's Pass. Food is consistent and good. I am in love with their jalapeno poppers! Tried the thin crust pizza the last time. The crust was good just could have used more sauce. I like that they cut it into little bite sized pieces. Perfect for snacking while traveling.

I understand the restaurant industry is struggling, but for a bowl of pasta $20. Had hardly any chicken in it and did not taste anything like it did before. Their menu prices start at $15. I saw one measly entree priced at $25. Service was great, but they've become too bendy for regular people like myself.

Great food and friendly staff. Exactly what we needed after a long day in the car. A child friendly place with amazing pizza. We ordered a margarita pizza and a custom chicken veggie pizza. Some of the best pizza we've had. The in house root beer was also a big hit. 👌

I have never been more disappointed by a “family owned and locally sourced” restaurant. This place is clearly lacking in many areas from the organization to the food to the poorly trained staff and the worst of it all the general manager. If this place is going to serve mediocre food at a fine dining price they should at least take some pride in the taste and presentation of their entrees. I don’t know how they can get away with charging $45 for a pizza that comes out severely over cooked and sloppy. The noise in this place is unreal I know it’s a big restaurant but it wasn’t even the volume of the guests that was disturbing it was the food runner squealing like a hyena every time she laughed. I think the worst part of our whole experience here was trying to talk with the general manager. She lacked personality and tact. Talking to her about our issues was utterly pointless and she is the main reason we will never return. I thought you had to have some respect and care for customers to run a restaurant but it’s apparent here that you do not. From reading other reviews I saw that she previously served pizza off the floor and I was appalled to hear that someone who would do such a atrocious thing would be in charge of running the restaurant. Whoever her boss is should be ashamed I would be embarrassed to have an employee let alone a general manager like her. It’s obvious that money comes first and good customer service and quality food comes last.

My family and friends have been coming here since they opened, so Wild River is as much nostalgia as it is a place we continue to go because of the atmosphere and friendly service. Things I enjoy about Wild River: - Family friendly environment - Accessible - Tasty Food & Treats - Some outdoor seating options It can get busy, so their can be a wait if their are large tables present. I say this only for those who may be on a time schedule for something and you visit during a super busy time. If there's ever been an issue with an order it has always been quickly remedied with our server.

I reserved an area for a group. There was 16 of us, part of my motorcycle club. We all ordered off of the menu. A Christmas get together. It was real good. We had our own area and all sat it one table. The food was good, the service was good and they brew their own beer and rootbeer. The Stout I ordered was real good and the Root beer my friend setting next to me ordered was fantastic.

Has the pizzeria feel, not so much brewery vibes. We went for dinner- lot of kids and lots of noise in this large ceiling space. Beer is …ok. -Staff was friendly and responsive for how packed they were!

The service was great and the beer good but our pizza was made incorrectly and our appetizer was not a full serving cause some had fallen off the plate and they made us wait for 2 pieces of bread 15 min. Why not just bring out a whole other order. We had 8 people in our group 4 kids so the 2 pieces were a big deal. No pineapple on our Hawaiian pizza was a big deal too

Last minute decision as they have food later than the other brewery options in town. The restaurant was well lit with good beer options. We loved how they chopped the pizza in bite size pieces. The pizza pictured is a medium size, which we thought was pretty big. We also Ordered the lasagna. They make all their own breads and pasta noodles in house. They also get the sausage locally. The smoked salmon ravioli looked tasty! We would definitely return to try the breads and in house desserts. The service was great...lots of indoor seating. When back for a second time to try the homemade bread. This was disappointing. They were out of rye and the wheat was like a wheat bun from a pack of 8...nothing special. I expected more from how it’s marketed as a perk of their restaurant
