We had 2 plates off the senior menu. Perfect amount for us. Chow mein was awesome. Egg foo young and rice was great. Food came quickly. Staff friendly and personable.

Beautiful experience here. Loved the lady who took our order. Cute lounge in back. Great decor to enjoy and very people friendly. Your order will done quick and always extra yummy made with love. Thank you China hut. You made my night worth it. Made me remember when I was a little girl Going to Tao Tao in Downtown San Jose with my Family. Made my inner child smile. Thank you so much!!!!!

This place is a joke. Food was far under expectations, service was non existent, took over 25 minutes after I was done eating to get the bill paid and get my card back. Probably doing the best they can and I respect that, but was worth the cost.

I went for a lunch today, 2/13. The server was 100% not personable. I ordered the schezwan chicken, it came with steamed rice, egg flower soup and a cookie. The server bright a big bowl of Chinese mustard and pink sauce in a ketchup bottle. By the looks of the bottle, I thought it was ketchup. The chicken was not eatable. It had lemon or lime juice in the recipe and it was strong. The egg flower soup was way too thick, contained mushrooms, peas and green beans. That wasn't eatable either. The tea had very little flavor, more like colored water. The food wasn't hot, just warm. The server must have had a bad day. Her service was horrible. I paid for a meal I couldn't eat!! this was my 2nd attempt with this place, I won't be back.

Crab puffs were good but everything else was terrible. No flavor and grossly over cook fried items. The egg roll was blackish and mush on the inside and the chicken wings were like biting into a brick but harder. No flavor fried rice and unfortunately to top it off the service sucked. I always take my leftovers home but had to leave these ones behind. What a waste of $40.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. My parents traveled to Grants Pass and made a stop at China Hut to dine in. Mom ordered fried rice and on the first bite, she chewed a piece of metal which looks like it's from the srubber. When they showed that piece of metal to the owner, all they got was an apology, and then back to work, they went. Mom lost her appetite and didn't eat after the first bite and still had to pay for the food. I wouldn't even give 1 star if there's that option.

First of our waitress was super sweet and nice. But the Chinese lady was literally screaming at her it was awkward. I was really looking forward to hot tea but their glasses tasted like soap. My daughters burger was not cooked all the way. And lastly the morning after I have diarrhea from here. Hope it doesn’t progress.

My family orders out and eats in regularly. The food is always delicious. The employees have always been really nice and helpful to us , the restaurant itself is older and needs some deep cleaning in the restaurant area.Overall , a great experience.

The worst Chinese food I have ever had. I had a few bites and left the rest on my plate. My husband ordered the grilled cod and it was not grilled but fried in a pan. Very greasy and the vegetables were soggy. Not fresh but frozen. The Asian woman was so loud. Very unpleasant atmosphere. We do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Good won ton soup. We ordered 2 won ton soups and lemon chicken to go. My husband picked our order up and the bill was 45!! Won't be back. For 32 at the other place down the street we can get enough food for 2 people and still have enough leftovers for 2 days after.

love the chicken fried rice. love it love it love it. it tastes like this fried rice I used to get at this little deli in Mississippi. don't know how they get it to taste like that but the service is always beyond top tier.

The place seemed clean but smelled musty. Our server was very nice I asked her if she could tell me what she typically eats and she says she doesn't usually eat here. We got so much food it was incredible The only thing is it did not taste like Chinese food there was no flavoring whatsoever. The cook came out my husband greeted him and said "How are you doing?" and he said "welcome to my hell.".

This is the place I have been looking for my entire life! Everything we ordered was perfectly balanced with flavor. I ordered the szechuan chicken, with fried rice, egg rolls and order of crab rangoon. My brother got orange chicken which was impressive due to the fact I have always hated how much breading is on the chicken itself. Here that is not the case! I wish this restaurant was closer to where I live in California because they changed my feelings of breaded chicken for life!! Such a great way to treat yourself and family who love this type of food!! Please order what I did and I know you won’t be disappointed!!

Worst Chinese food I've ever had. My husband was looking for comfort food. The service was nonexistent, when it was existence she was very rude. They will not substitute anything on the lunch menu for something else, they don't have low sodium soy sauce. And the food was disgusting. We literally ordered it and three minutes later it comes out. My husband ordered the sweet and sour pork with a pork fried rice and an egg roll. Sweet and sour pork was cold inside, egg roll looked like it had been dropped on the floor several times and the pork fried rice had no taste at all. I asked for general tso's chicken, it was unappealing to the eye, unedible due to the saltiness of it. We were never asked once by the waitress if we needed anything else.. even the tea was cold. They should really be ashamed of themselves

Many visits here, never a bad meal. Varied menu means I can find something no matter the mood. Usually a lot of food, especially the Singapore noodle dish, enough for two.

Most authentic Chinese food I've ever had. The pork fried rice is unmatched in every way and delivers a wonderful dance of flavors on your palate... your taste Buds will love you for trying it. Their egg flower soup is also amazing and is sooo chunky with added ingredients, not just egg it has vegetables and little pieces of chicken in it too. 😋 yummy 😋 😍 .

Nice service. Food was v. American, not really Chinese at all. It's not that it tasted badly, it was just a really strange experience because it was clearly American fare muddled in Chinese sauces. We only ate a small portion of our food and left.

Wait staff seemed nice, but the owner was incredibly rude and belittling to employees. The food might be good, but I lost any appetite after 15 minutes of waiting and listening.

The food is very good but the furnishings need to be replaced. Our booth was literally rocking back and forth. I've been going there for over 30 years and everything is the original.

After a 2 1/2 break of not eating out, had a take out meal that was very good, and so went back to eat in, and staff was as friendly and upbeat as usual. Good food once again. One thing tho, I don't know what they was the tables with. They are clean but a sticky residue is left behind.

Highly Americanized Chinese.............I loved it. Got one of the combo plates and for 12 bucks had two entrees and rice. If you're looking for a Chinatown restaurant with bubbling fish tanks and an authentic experience look elsewhere. If you want Chinese food that will fill you up, not intimidate you or clean out your wallet this is the place! I just took a chance on this place driving back to California but definitely will stop there again if I pass by. PS: this place is nearly identical to the former Chin's restaurant in Antioch California.

First time here at this restaurant. The food was ok. In particular, the 'special' fried rice was grotesque. Pass on this dish. Lady at front desk who fetched my meal was a bit cold, but after she realized I tipped her(pick up order), I was addressed as a 'darling'. There is much better food available and much more pleasant people to deal with in a restaurant. I recommend go elsewhere.

They have the largest and best egg rolls I’ve had. Big portions, the spicy option is actually spicy 🌶 unlike many others. Food came out piping hot, we even had to let it cool down for a few minutes before we ate. Even if all the other food wasn’t awesome (it was) I’d still go back just for the egg rolls! The servers were super nice and the lady I assume was the owner was very sweet. Awesome place, unsure why it’s only got 3.9 stars ⭐️
