Gross!!!! Do not come here! Human hair All over the room. On the towels, the counter, the bed, the floor and even on the door knob! 🤮 The Shower didn’t work at all!!! It was completely rusted over. It had clearly been that way for a while because it spat out orange tinted water when I attempted to turn it on. No garbage cans inside the room, and no lamps, and the bed was lop sided, and extremely uncomfortable. There was garbage all over the property too!!! Just disgusting!!! The Hotel staff also sucked!! They where of no assistance at all , Extremely rude, and unprofessional!! They didn’t care to make anything right. Don’t waste your money yall! Stay away!

My husband and I have come to love and respect Travelodge. The atmosphere is down to earth. The Manager and his Employees are pleasant to be around and do all they can to make you feel comfort. A definite home away from home. We have had the honor to experience the old and new. The renovating that is being done is amazing! Such transformation! We love the newness of the rooms😊 There is a sense of cleanliness, and a warm and cozy feel. A more than one way to Brightoning a room. A lot of T.L.C. is being put into Travelodge.❤🙂 It is truly becoming a better place to be. Loving and supporting this place is worth it. I have had a chance to read other reviews. Some were pleasant and others were very disturbing. A lot of negative talk that is not accurate 😟 It makes me sad 😪 and heartbroken 💔 Those who wrote those nasty reviews are narrow minded and need to catch an attitude adjustment! I encourage everyone to come and experience Travelodge. A positive experience can only happen when love and respect is involved. Put in a bit of understanding, and broaden your horizon 😁

The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Made sure we had a comfortable room. I was a little picky and there was no problem. Clean room and I slept well. Overall completely satisfied!

Needed a place to crash after flying into Oregon then driving for half the day ahead of a backpacking trip I’m doing in the area. The new owners/management here were very kind and accommodating. They had advised me that the building is being renovated and walked with me to my room to make sure everything was good working order. I can tell that they genuinely care about their guests and about wanting to improve this motel. Room was clean with no issues and had all the basic amenities I needed for the night. (All I needed was Outlets, a shower, and most importantly a bed 😂)

To begin, the fact that we woke up alive was a feat in itself. Upon checking in after a long drive, Cleatus at the front desk tried to explain how online payments work which left us confused and worried about credit card fraud. His lack of understanding of online payments was only the start of our journey to the room. Half of the motel is under renovations yet there was no indication of this, which I hope they rectify as it smells like the bottom of a Vegas ashtray. The room is tiny, greasy and I’m sure was the site of a number of unspeakable acts over the years. The prison shower which looked like it was built in 1968 accommodates only small children. The added joy was it clearly has only been cleaned twice in the last while, along with the thin vinyl curtain clinging for dear life purchased from the nearest dollar store. Another fun feature was the glaring electrical code violation above the TV, which didn’t work anyways. After climbing into separate twin beds, fully clothed in fear of bed bugs, we sweated through the remainder of the evening due to a malfunctioning heater which had two settings, arctic and sahara. In the morning, after encountering a cast of Ted Kazinky-looking characters, we left as quickly as possible in fear of a Klan meeting. While we can appreciate a cheap room in most places, Motel 6 is the way to go.

This hotel has to go. Needs new ownership. The front office wreaks of such a strong piss smell I can't believe these folks just sit in that all day. When you see people behind the counter walking around without shoes OR socks on, it all starts to make sense. The TV didn't work, the sink lever was broken, full of water, and drain needed to be opened with pocket knife, the AC condenser literally stopped 20min after checkin in, table to eat but not a single chair. . .When moved to another room the remote for tv had dead batteries, the microwave AND table we're completely missing, AND the room stunk half as bad as the lobby. . . Pretty meth'd up. .

Total dump, very dirty, poorly maintained. This should not belong to Wyndham network. Parking lot had not been cleaned in a while, had decomposing garbage and dry dog poop. Lobby had rotten smell from who knows what. Room floors were filthy. Bedding was in terrible shape. This dump belongs to the roach motel network. Very expensive to boot.

Well you get what you pay for. We were passing by, decided to stay at a cheap hotel since we are just crashing. Guys I have to warn everyone. It’s the smell. I have no idea how front desk people even work there it smells just horrible, like a super old house with cat piss all over, same with rooms. We just opened a window to air it out and get some fresh air. So we were fine. And it looks like they tried renovating it. But oh god that smell is horrific

I booked this room for $38 (Priceline) and said how bad can it be, might be pleasantly surprised? NOT Everything about this place screams skecthy. Crazy part is that the motel is home for a lot of people either on drugs or down on their luck. Staying for the night really bothered me, people calling this place home. Made me realize how much I really have in my life. Check-in was easy and quick, they wanted a credit card for damages. The clerk that ckecked me in looked like he just climbed out from under a car, hoodie covered in grease and dirt. Everything in other reviews is true, this place is rough. We got back from a Christmas Party only to find the room next door invloved in a domestic dispute, the screaming went on for most of the night. Called the front desk, they told me to call the poice. The room did have a microwave and a fridge, no TV and only one working outlet in the room, that had a six plug extender, so you did have a plug-in if needed. There was no closet, no hangers, no chairs, no clock and no phone, they wanted a deposit? They shower would not get hot and there was water on the floor of the bathroom that we could not find the source of.

Literally the worst I've stayed at the room is terribly small the beds were pretty much touching each other the toilet moved and wiggled around the shower was gross looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and it didn't matter you couldn't use it the handle was missing. Garbage all over the place outside.

Where to start... The guy at the front desk wasn't at the front desk he was at a vehicle in the parking lot talking to someone for a few minutes. Once he came to the office he didn't seem happy I made the reservation online and didn't say much other to ask for my id and card, and didn't tell me the WiFi tell later when I realized the password wasn't in the room on a card or something. The rooms looks nice for how cheap they are. The bedding looks decent but the bed are super springy but comfortable enough to get 7 hours sleep. My real problem is with the bathroom the toilet won't flush completely due to being "low flow" and the shower is the same way instead of a decent stream to rinse off with its just a trickle like hardly enough pressure to fully come out of the head. All in all it wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in, my truck and trailer didn't get broken into so that was nice and it was quite for the most part so I got some sleep and was able to have my animals without worrying but I will have to shower at another hotel when I get back on the road.

The service was nice. The girl in the front was very helpful & friendly. However, the rooms were bare & rundown. Lots of touch-ups. Our room received a new paint job & flooring, but unfortunately they didn't air out the paint smell completely. It was nice that it had 2 rooms attached. There was no smoke detector in 1 room. The TV cable connection kept skipping in the 2nd room & the air conditioning didn't run as cold as it should. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker & a table to use, but no chairs. The bathroom was small with no shelves/ towel racks. No extra amenities like toilet paper either [had to ask for some extra] There was also no hairblower. The shower was NOT redone. The shower's head was barely spitting out water & the door of the shower would not close. There was no handle. The room walls were also really thin. Could hear the neighbors.

The hotel is dirty and run down, the rooms are not worth the money, the outside of the hotel looks like it's never been taken care of for the past 5 years. The staff tries to make you happy, but they have no tools to do so. There is no breakfast in spite of what is advertised. You can find much better rooms at other inns the area for the very same price. I would not go back there again until the renovations that are going on are finished, but from the looks of the hotel that will be years in the process.

Stinky room, dirty looking, lumpy mattress. Toilet and shower did work. This was a decent room fo $28 in east Nevada. (Battle Mountain motel was worse) no breakfast or even fruit in lobby in morning, that being said, overpriced.

what a joke. this should be a 25$ a night room. the beds are a 5" thick mattress where you can feel the springs. in the morning i got approximately 3 minutes of hot shower before it went freezing so my wife and son didn't get to shower. the road next to the hotel is super loud all night long. i am beyond displeased

Have to have a bank card. No cash, no internet accounts (such as PayPal), no prepaid cards, and can't (for people like me with no bank or credit union accounts) even use the card that my monthly disability payment is loaded on. Not to mention that they charge more than other hotels around the area (even though they say that they are remolding and that some of the rooms have flaws) After being turned away by the attendant (in hindsight that was a blessing) It was confirmed that this particular one has a REALLY long drug history on top of bedbugs! This is an update to my original review. I originally did my review last month while picking up my daughter and stayed there. The clerk had hinted about the drug history and the room might not have everything, but let him know if I needed anything. I was going to take a shower, but there was no shower curtain. I informed him, but he didn't do anything. But on the bright side of things it is in a good location for access to restaurants, gas stations, and much better places to stay! Again I think it's a shame that I have to give any stars to be able to submit a review!! Honestly I'm glad I was turned away! I went around the block and checked in to the Super 8. Nothing but praise for them!

The front office was very professional and kind! Helpful too! So excited to see it being renewed with construction in rooms! Congratulations on your upgrades! Room is complete with no problems being an original room! I feel safe as a single woman here also! Five star! Awesome room rates too

Arrived Friday night through Sunday morning. I was not impressed at all with the room. The a/c unit was right by the door, it hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was a corner shower in the bathroom it looked like it came out of the 60's. It had mold on the ceiling of the shower with enough caulking around the handle it looked like that was the only thing holding it up. I could go on and on. I will try to attach pictures.

Here is what I didn't like: 1. Rooms were comparatively small. 2. TV remote was not working. 3. No WiFi. 4. Behavior of the guy in the front desk was very unpleasant. I asked for two keys for the room and he gave it to me expressing his unwillingness in unnecessary unpleasant words. The second key didn't work anyway. 5. I asked for ground floor room (which was mentioned as a special request also during the booking) but was denied even though the hotel seemed not that crowded. I have no proof that they had ground floor rooms but didn't feel like trusting the guy based on his bad behavior. 6. No lock in the bathroom door. Here is what I liked: 1. Plenty of parking space. 2. Many food options in walkable distance. 3. Seemed like a safe and quiet place.

The new management has brought this place from a hell hole to an actual nice place to enjoy time and relax with loved ones. It's quiet, affordable, and located in a prime spot for all type of activities. I would recommend giving them a chance. Rooms were clean

My husband and I booked a room here through Expedia. While the customer service was good but the room was bad. You get a really tiny room. And for some reason the ac turns on and off automatically which we hated. The shower was also broken in our room. The technician said it was a deep plumbing issue so we could take shower that day. The hotel didn’t have any other room for us to transfer. In return we only got 15% discount from our total. Overall just a really bad experience

It is what it is! There's a reason why this motel is cheaper than most motels in the area. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra dollars and stay somewhere else. You won't regret it! One other thing, the young lady with dark hair who helped check me into my room was professional, courteous, and quite lovely. Other than that, there's nothing else to go on about.

It is what it is. When I arrived the man at the front counter was very unpleasant. I don't know why. I gave zero reasons for him to be rude. Thankfully the attractive young lady with dark hair who took over was professional, courteous, and should be working that position, not the owner. She's probably a single mom who resides there and works her butt off. She gets an A+++. The room I stayed in was abysmal, smelled like urine, and definitely wasn't cleaned properly. Many upgrades are needed. Again, you get what you paid for. Go say hello to young lady at the front counter, she'll brighten your day:)
