This Great clips location is pretty good. I was driving through Grants Pass, and needed a quick haircut. And the ladies here took care of my walk-in appointment, and did a decent job on my hair. Would recommend. 👍

I’ve been searching for a great hair stylist because of my special needs. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and messing with my hair just wears me out. Honestly, I’ve felt very lost and treated like a job to get done as soon as possible. I’ve tried so many places and I was very discouraged. All that changed yesterday when I went to Great Clips in Grants Pass on Terry Lane. I met the BEST kind and compassionate hair stylist there. Her name is Donna and I cannot say enough positive things about her. She understands my needs and really listens to what I’m saying. I am so happy to have found her.

My son went to get a haircut and Donna was his hairdresser...what a delight she was. Very friendly and listened to what he wanted and he was very happy with the outcome. P.s. all the ladies in this great clips were very friendly. We will be back!

Took my daughter in for a hair trim. She is 32 and has a formal event to go to this weekend in Salem. She wanted her hair trimmed and lightly layered. I took her here because I have been taking my grandson for a year to see "Grandma Cheryl" and she is wonderful! Well, my daughter did not get Cheryl, she got a different younger girl that ruined her hair. My daughter ended up with a haircut that is one step away from a bob. She went in with almost waist length hair, and it is just below her ears. She was ready to cry. No apology from the girl either or an offer of extensions to fix her mistake. If you do go here, only see Cheryl, otherwise, stay away!!

New to the area and looking for a new stylist. Was greeted upon entering and the lady who greeted me was very nice and polite. Donna, the stylist did a great job. Showed her a picture of how my old stylist use to cut my hair and she nailed it! She was personable and also very accommodating. The younger stylist next to us was also very friendly and personable. Donna will be my go to stylist now. Thanks again!
