Updated review 5/2022 Year after year Tom and Cody are the best! They offer the best advice and always steer me in the right direction, they don’t oversell anything ever, I get just what I need. I opened my pool this am after being covered since October and year after year this is what it looks like, amazing!!!!

I went there to get help to clear my pool and they sold me a $38.00 bottle that didn't get my pool clear. I brought it back and got yelled at with every other word starting with F!!! Threw money at me and told me to never F come back. Wow really, horrible customer service! Beware totally rude.

Amazing store. Tom the owner is very helpful with questions about your pool. I have been to him numerous times with questions and he always has the patience to guide me in the right direction. Tom is extremely knowledgeable on pool maintenance. Bring him a sample water from your pool and he will tell you what needs to be down and how to do it! A terrific find and service here in Grants Pass.

I'm not a customer but was shocked when I was at a red light on powers rd in Bend on Friday when a paradise pool truck and trailer came flying by in the turning lane to hwy 97. That intersection is a busy one and there was a lot of cars at that time it was ridiculous he got into that turning lane way before the lane started. If anyone had pulled into that lane at the start of it being the turning lane he would have wiped them out. It was so unnecessary and ridiculous on the paradise pool drivers account. Your a business act and drive accordingly.

I have known Tom for a long time and I just love him. He gives the best service and is very knowledgeable about what algae is popular and how to get rid of it, he is magic when it comes to this. I cringe to think that someday he will want to retire, I just may fill my pool in at that point. I highly recommend him and his company.

Brought my old, broken down, in-ground pool cleaner to Tom. He had it fixed up in one day..... at a very reasonable cost. It was a 2006 model and would have cost $700 to $800 to replace with a new unit. Thanks, Tom....you are the best.

Best pool place in Grants Pass. Best prices and BY FAR BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to another pool supply store in GP because paradise was closed and regretted it. I'll always use paradise.
