Miguel and his staff did a fantastic job. I felt comfortable during the appointment and appreciated the 3 options for treatment. I was well informed of the side effects for each treatment and that helped me decide what option to pick. Bonus points I received a first time visit goodie bag with a cool sticker. Miguel and Jeff were absolutely amazing! We were greeted with smiles, and instantly felt comfortable. Broken bones & broken spirits are never fun for kids or teens; and these guys not only got us in and out quickly, but we all left with smiles and laughs. We had nothing but positive things to say about each of them the whole way home. Thank you for being so wonderful! It was the refreshing break we needed from rough times. I had an exceptional experience at Valley Immediate Care, all thanks to the fantastic team, Rueben, and Rose and Miguel. From the moment I arrived, Rueben's friendly and professional demeanor put me at ease as he efficiently got me settled into the examination room. Rose was awesome during the X-ray of my wrist. Her warmth and attentiveness made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Miguel was thorough and incredibly knowledgeable about my wrist injury and offered appropriate treatment with a fabulous bedside manner. I couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of me. I work in healthcare and Valley Immediate care is always my recommendation when Urgent Care is needed. I unfortunately found myself as the patient this time. I was seen in their Urgent Care clinic on Sunday and was referred to their orthopedic clinic for severe pain in my arm and shoulder. They got me an appointment within a couple of days and I saw Miguel. I arrived in hysterics but him and his team were caring and empathetic and that goes a LONG way! I am grateful for Valley Immediate Care!

My boyfriend Robert and I were both dreading this appointment. Both because we didn't know what kinda doctor we'd be getting and the news we were afraid of getting. Well the news while it was bad and requires surgery. The doctor (Miguel)made the visit feel like we were visiting an old friend we'd known for years. Very straight and to the point. Bed side manor was perfect and even just had enough humor to make it feel comfortable and the news bearable. He went out of his way to show us in detail, what we were up against and the procedure that would take place in surgery. Thinking already he was the best doctor we've seen in a year. We were once again surprised when he extended personal care to my boyfriend. Any discomforts or concerns is to go to him directly, we absolutely 💯% love this doctor and will highly recommend him to our loved ones. Valley Immediate Care is a Lifesaver! My knee flared up suddenly and I needed a cortisone shot. I knew the ortho specialist was there on Wednesdays from a year ago. Miguel worked me in that same day and remembered me an my situation. He made the shot painless, and I am good-to-go for at least another year. I like going there for quick service better than waiting for an appointment with my Doctor who is further away. Awesome Day! Thank You!

I've had to come here a few times and some times you do have to wait but Valley Immediate Care is clean and the staff is respectful. Dr. Miguel was very helpful today. He took his time with my exam and actually explained to me the process in which things would need to happen. He didn't brush me off and I appreciate that in a doctor, that quality is hard to find these days.

As I said before regarding my last interaction with the office staff and providers at Valley, they are the best. I saw an orthopedic specialist today, Miguel. Miguel was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He developed a plan of care for me during my visit to optimize my overall care. First off I wanna say my family and I have been in the valley for a few years now and moved from Hawaii. Finding the right doctors for my parents was a hassle until I got to meet Miguel at Spartan boxing. Miguel is the best in the valley! He has done multiple fight physicals for athletes at Spartan boxing as well as helped my mma fighters with injuries. He was also able to personally help me get my mother to a specialist for her specific injury. I put my full trust in them!

Miguel was very kind and professional. He instantly knew half of my problem just by looking at my ankle. He was concerned about and issue on the previous exray so did some more and made sure of what was going on. Ruben was also very helpful and quick during the painful exrays. I went to Valley Immediate Care for an injury to my index finger on my left hand; turned out to be something called “trigger finger,” my finger was locking up in a bent position. VIC saw me immediately and recommended I see their orthopedic specialist, Miguel Barker. The wait for the appointment was short and Miguel Barker was friendly, professional and the procedure (an injection into the knuckle on my finger) was over quickly and Miguel made it as painless as possible. He will also answer any questions you have there or through texting him personally. I recommend Valley Immediate Care and Miguel Barker if you have orthopedic needs.

My rambunctious 5 year old recently fractured his arm and was referred to Miguel. He handled our chaotic crew with ease, which is no small feat! We were greeted by Rose for a quick, friendly check-in process, and Ruben was a pro w/ the x-ray, even with a very wiggly patient. I'm very happy with our experience.

I have been looking for a specialist for my hands for a few years in the Rogue Valley. Miguel is awesome!! Immediately I felt like I found someone that was going to take care of me. He took the time to explain and show me what was happening in detail. Made a plan with options to relieve my pain and get me on track to feeling better! While making me laugh with dad jokes, and even recommended some dope music!! I found my orthopedic doctor and he’s rad!! Highly recommend!!

Miguel was professional and very informative. He gave us our injections with a minimum of pain. Rose got us checked in and helped to administer the injections very nicely. Ruben took our x-rays professionally and accurately. All three were friendly and made our visit as good as any trip to a doctor can be.
