Dr. Chad Hogan is one of the best doctors that I've ever had! I am 63 years old and have been under his care for more than five (5) years. My health has improved 100%. His front desk receptionist could be better, but I can only imagine what they have to experience during the run of a day. You may have to wait once you arrive, but Dr. Hogan is well worth the wait. He goes over what you discussed on the prior visit, ask how you’re doing and if there are any new issues. Dr. Hogan is a very pleasant person and a great doctor.

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Hogan for many years, and left one year because of a health insurance change. That one year showed me what makes Hogan a great doctor - his office staff is professional and runs on time, his building is clean and modern, he’s a great listener to help determine next steps of treatment, and he’s up-to-date on medical knowledge and admits when it’s out of his scope and requires referral.

Since my earlier post, my most recent phone to schedule an appointment was easy. I am bumping them up from a 3 to a 4 star. Dr. Hogan deserves a 5-star, but waiting 30 minutes on the phone just to schedule an appointment drops their rating to a 3-star. A 2 minute call shouldn't take 32 minutes. If that improves, their rating will improve.

My first visit and the staff were professional and polite. I was there early but also seen early. Doctor Hogan is a very nice man who is thorough an makes you feel that he cares about his patients.

I moved to Texas last year and chose Dr Hogan's office for the convenient location. Every time I have had tests run in the last year, I have to call multiple times for results and they are never ready when they say they will be ready and when they are, there is no communication. Then when they are communicated, the results on Follow my health will be different than what they told you and the chart is never accurate for symptoms, etc. NOT IMPRESSED. If I can ever get my results today that I should have had last Thursday and my referral to the urologist, I will definitely be looking for a new PCP.

I have no idea how this office has any decent reviews. They have referred me to 3 allergists that weren’t in my plan’s network. I finally have an appointment tomorrow scheduled and I’m told they never sent to referral. They’re impossible to contact rather by me or other doctor offices. Edit: I suggest you spend more time training staff and less time begging for good reviews that others can see. Actions have consequences.

Been with Dr Chad Hogan’s office since we moved to Texas over 30 years ago. My husband has had so many difficult physical issues, every time Dr hogan came through with excellent referrals and close follow ups. After all these years we still can’t find a single reason to switch to a different family doctor.
