I write this review with a broken heart but I must commend these guys. We had a situation where our puppy had Parvo and the difficult decision had to be made. The amount of kindness expressed from the Vet and the rest of the staff was so kind and overwhelming. They made an extremely difficult situation even the slightest bit better and the way everything was handled was above and beyond the call of their job. I recommend this office in the highest regards and I thank them immensely for their kindness and understanding during our time of heartbreak. Their love for your animals is felt the minute you walk in.

We have been using Northwest Plaza Animal Hospital for a few years, and my husband really appreciates their knowledge and experience. He has found a few other vets we tried first to be expensive and not very helpful, but this vet has been great fit for us. Last year, we had to put a fur baby to rest and the compassion they showed for us was so so much appreciated. We continue to use this team and trust they are looking out for our critters' as well as our needs.

We love Dr. Tomlinson! He's so kind and patient, and you can tell he really cares about animals. He's also no nonsense, and doesn't try to sell you on anything you don't need. The prices are also very reasonable. We moved away from Grapevine but we still take our pets here!

Dr. T has been our vet since I was a kid, and now he sees my own dogs!

My dogs mean more to me than anything and I trust this team to take care of them. So kind and attentive. The new process was different but still felt like I received top service. Amy is the best too!!

Dr. Tomlinson and staff were great taking care of my 15 yr old doggie and getting her teeth cleaned. It went well. First, all my questions were patiently answered by Courtney and the pre cleaning consult with Dr. Tomlinson about her blood tests was very helpful. Thank you much to all involved! Great team of friendly caring professionals!

We have used NW Plaza Animal Hospital since we first brought our dog home at 7.5 weeks. I think they are a great vet clinic. It reminds me of a small town vet. It's not fancy, but they get job done well, quickly and kindly for us and our dog. Our dog loves going there. I didn't realize how much I like them until we moved and used a different vet. It took more than twice as long to do our dog's annual check-up as it does at NW Animal Plaza. They performed all the same tests and checks. It was also twice the cost. It is very easy to communicate with both Dr. Drexler and Dr. Tomlinson. They have been spot-on with the couple of diagnoses our dog has needed in our 13 years there. And, they provided very reasonable cost solutions. I definitely recommend them for very good care and reasonable costs.

THE BEST VETS AND TEAM DFW! Dr. Steinle and the entire team at NWAH are amazing. We have entrusted them with caring for all four of our dogs since we moved to Texas 10 years ago. They are attentive, caring and keep up with the best care protocols for our dogs. I can't image letting anyone else care for our pets. This is an amazing group that works together to make sure our pets are given the best care available. I know that if it wasn't for Dr. Steinle, our dog Zoe would have never lived to be 15. He was nothing short of amazing with his thorough care, diagnosis and treatment plans for her.

We have been going to NW Plaza Animal Hospital for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience. They have always provided the best care. From the front desk staff to the docs, they are always patient and very caring. Dr. Tomlinson helped care for one of our dogs from puppyhood to his final days. He suffered from Cushing's Disease, which was very difficult for the family and our dog. They were extremely helpful in providing all available options to me. They treated him with the utmost care. They take care of my two younger pups now -- you know it's a good sign when your dogs like going to the vet.

Dr Crocker is the absolute best vet! You can clearly tell she cares about each and every patient she has. We’ve been coming to this animal hospital for years and we will continue coming as long as we can!
