First impressions are lasting impressions. I read reviews first but wanted to experience for myself and Dr. James Bond and his staff were amazing. Dr explained everything in detail what he was thinking and going to do. Removed a spot on my chin and didn’t feel a thing. Perfect first time visit and will keep him as my Derm Doc for sure.

Getting my appointment scheduled was easy. There was only a short wait before being seen. Dr. Bond is intelligent, listens and addressed all of my various concerns. He is abreast of the up to date research and protocols on treating skin conditions. He spent the time necessary to understand and respond to my concerns. I am happy I found him!

Dr Bond has been taking care of me for several years and I find him to be a very thorough, caring, and extremely knowledgeable Doctor. He is all business. He listens to you and answers your questions. I couldn't imagine a better and I appreciate & feel lucky to have him. One other note: I have never, ever, waited for more than a few minutes after checking in which is highly unusual. He doesn't seem to overbook and this is a big deal as my time is valuable too. So, I give Dr. Bond 5 Gold Stars.

Since the last time we were there was 2019, we were considered new patients and had to fill out numerous forms. Also, Dr. Bond no longer accepts our Wellmed/United Healthcare insurance but since we were not aware of this when we booked our appointment he, thankfully, did not charge us. The drive from Ft. Worth to Grapevine and back is extremely long and difficult. We always get lost. Although we like Dr. Bond very much, we will seek an in-network referral from our GP, Dr. Daria Greer.

Each time I visit Dr.Bond, I am very pleased with the treatment from the receptionist, to the nurses to Dr. Bond. Dr. Bond is very compassionate and caring and I always feel that he has my best interest in mind, never do I feel rushed.

Dr Bond suggested that I do topical chemotherapy on my face and arms using flororacil cream. Though the process was painful, the results are terrific. My forearms and particularly the sides of my face which were sun-damaged are looking better than they have in many years. He also addressed several spots on my hands, back and ears.
