Amazing. We had never even heard of the game "Warhammer" before. We went in thinking it was a video game or comic book store, and when we set foot inside, we were visibly surprised and almost turned around to leave since we didn't know what this game was. Then, an employee named "V" came up to us and casually asked if we knew anything about the game and we would be interested in learning about it, free of charge. We hesitantly said "sure." V gave us two miniatures to paint, despite me saying that I wasn't very good at painting, and she was quick to make me comfortable by explaining that she would teach me a basic painting procedure. 10 minutes later and we had two good looking miniatures and much more confidence. She then said she would love to show us a free demo, and we said "sure" again. V set the background of the game, explained just enough to excite us but definitely not enough to confuse us, and we had a great game. Then, at the end, she invited us to look around and ask her any questions without a sales pitch or guilt for the time she spent with us. Because of V's ability to sell a product and connect with us as people who didn't even seem interested at first, I will definitely be coming back. Easily the best salesperson and one of the best examples of customer service I have ever met, and the game itself is very fun! I echo other comments in inviting you to visit even if you have no idea what the game is. It was a fun experience for my wife and me, and I applaud the staff there, especially V!

Stopped by here while on our trip from out of town because the husband is obsessed with Warhammer. I really enjoyed the cafe area! I'm a vegan so I was interested to know if they had nondairy milks and they do! The nice lady at the counter showed me they have about four nondairy milks for coffees and teas! I got a delicious iced peach green tea. Will definitely look to come back when we visit again from San Antonio!

Beautiful store with friendly staff. I had a long layover at DFW, so I stopped in to pick up a model they had put on hold for me. Along with a great selection, they also have incredible paint and model showcases. I took a bunch of pics to use as inspiration.

As this is the only GW store in the US that keeps Forgeworld in stock, I knew I had to add it to my vacation road plan. I was not disappointed! They keep a legit amount of forgeworld in stock, offering imperial, chaos, and xenos options as well as having most of the popular regular GW models in stock as well. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and can help you find anything you are looking for, or help you order and ship it if needed. I highly recommend this store!

One of the best places to start a journey involving the games created by Games Workshop. A really friendly group of employees who have all sorts of helpful advice for getting into the hobby. The cafe has a very unique set of apparently amazing themed beverages and the treats aren't bad either. Being located in one of the best spots of Grapevine there are also tons of amazing bars, restaurants, and little shops around for parents or friends to enjoy while you get a paint lesson or match in!

Great selection and store layout, I just really hope they can turn their customer service quality around. It's disheartening to be treated as a nuisance when there are three employees in the store and only two customers. I would like to be able to use my backyard store as a jumping off resource to get into the hobby, but I never feel welcome here

Such a cool store! Just popped in and out but I have never seen such a large store dedicated to RPGs, but this store was at least 90% Warhammer. I am surprised that there are enough fans near GrapeVine to support this store, but apparently there are. It is an exceptional store with many details. Even if you don't play Warhammer, take the time to stop in. It is well worth it!

As a woman, and someone new to this hobby, going into these stores can be somewhat intimidating because you never know how you will be treated. Every time I have gone to the Citadel the employees have been incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful! I always have a good experience here, and it's also a great spot to play a game. I'd recommend grabbing a latte while you are here, too!

Cool store for all your Games Workshop needs. Good selection of 40k, Age of Sigmar, and all the boxed games. Definitely the largest of the Warhammer stores in the are. There's also the option to order stuff in-store and have it delivered. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's always clean and kept well organized. Lots of themed drinks in the cafe. Plenty of space for gaming too.

FUN! SUPER attentive and knowledgeable staff! I was greeted instantly upon entering and was offered an opportunity to build and paint a Warhammer model and even play a game! How cool is that?! There is a neat cafe in back with a few food items, but absolutely fantastic hand crafter beverages. They have quite a few tables where folks were playing games, even the people just hanging out and playing were friendly and happy to talk about this neat hobby the store caters to. If you find yourself in Grapevine, check it out!

Wonderful hangout spot. I started playing and painting pretty recently and haven't had a bad experience at the store, me and my roommate have been almost every weekendfor a few months! Staff is super friendly and will bounce around tables to chat, assist with rules, or just ask how everyone's doing. They're great when helping find kits, talking about new ways to play, and most importantly (for me) they never seem to get annoyed with all the painting help I've asked for. The drink bar is excellent with a wide range of beverages, bathrooms are always clean when I've gone, and the team works hard to keep the shelves stocked.

I was so excited to check this place out. Make the drive cause the website said open till 7pm. They even have a big "Open" sign out front. Door is locked and an employee does come check on me only to inform me they are remodeling. OK, but maybe post something and change your hours so fans dont waste their time, or at least remove the OPEN sign. I really wish GW would stop finding new ways to dissapoint me.

This place is amazing! It has almost everything you need for W40K, and if they don't have it, they can probably get it. If you have any questions everyone there is also super knowledgeable and actually happy to answer. No gatekeeping, no eye rolling, no awkwardness. They have tables in the back section to battle on and even hold painting classes! The cafe is the best as well. The Ceramite White Mocha is my favorite from the cafe. Can't visit here without getting one!

A great stopping off point if you're near Grapevine. The staff was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I got to teach some friends Kill Team, and they had a smattering of Forge World stuff. Check out out!

If you are new to Warhammer or are a veteran of the war this is the place to go. They have paints to try, painted and unpainted models to view if you need inspiration, and all kinds of events. Their staff has always been friendly and can answer questions about any army you play or are interested in. They also have forgeworld models available in store.

I could go on for days about how much I love this establishment. The moment that I showed up The staff was ridiculously helpful and needless to say the atmosphere drew me in. I've recently got into the hobby but the moment I got there I couldn't help but spend my money everything was amazing. I even got a figure I wanted for year!! I would Recommend people come to this place even if they don't play it's just an interesting and wonderful place to check out. 10 outta 10
