Amazing.
We
had
never
even
heard
of
the
game
"Warhammer"
before.
We
went
in
thinking
it
was
a
video
game
or
comic
book
store,
and
when
we
set
foot
inside,
we
were
visibly
surprised
and
almost
turned
around
to
leave
since
we
didn't
know
what
this
game
was.
Then,
an
employee
named
"V"
came
up
to
us
and
casually
asked
if
we
knew
anything
about
the
game
and
we
would
be
interested
in
learning
about
it,
free
of
charge.
We
hesitantly
said
"sure."
V
gave
us
two
miniatures
to
paint,
despite
me
saying
that
I
wasn't
very
good
at
painting,
and
she
was
quick
to
make
me
comfortable
by
explaining
that
she
would
teach
me
a
basic
painting
procedure.
10
minutes
later
and
we
had
two
good
looking
miniatures
and
much
more
confidence.
She
then
said
she
would
love
to
show
us
a
free
demo,
and
we
said
"sure"
again.
V
set
the
background
of
the
game,
explained
just
enough
to
excite
us
but
definitely
not
enough
to
confuse
us,
and
we
had
a
great
game.
Then,
at
the
end,
she
invited
us
to
look
around
and
ask
her
any
questions
without
a
sales
pitch
or
guilt
for
the
time
she
spent
with
us.
Because
of
V's
ability
to
sell
a
product
and
connect
with
us
as
people
who
didn't
even
seem
interested
at
first,
I
will
definitely
be
coming
back.
Easily
the
best
salesperson
and
one
of
the
best
examples
of
customer
service
I
have
ever
met,
and
the
game
itself
is
very
fun!
I
echo
other
comments
in
inviting
you
to
visit
even
if
you
have
no
idea
what
the
game
is.
It
was
a
fun
experience
for
my
wife
and
me,
and
I
applaud
the
staff
there,
especially
V!
