If I could give more stars I would! The food and the customer service is great. Very friendly and delicious, so much so that during our stays to the great wolf lodge we have set in stone that we are going. Might I suggest the hearty breakfast with their perfectly crispy bacon and ham paired with probably one of the best waffles I have ever had! (Wife and son love their hash browns as well. Every single person in our large party including the kiddos all loved their food! Definitely an amazing gem here. Been coming for about 3 years now with our trips (we are out of towners) and i love how consistent it stays. Will keep coming back for sure.

I just got out of eye surgery and was ready for a good breakfast and read this place was all that and a bag of chips! We walked in and it kind of reminded me of Waffle House because of the shape of the booths. I like Waffle House. 🙂 We thought it would be a 'fun' place because there's a dressed skeleton in one of their booths. Not knowing how this place worked, we walked in and waited to be seated. We weren't in a hurry or impatient but we waited a bit while the server was visiting with a couple. She was the only server so it was understandable. Finally, a gentleman in the kitchen area (like Waffle House!) told us we could seat ourselves. We chose a booth and visited while we waited for the server. She was continuing to visit with the same couple but we were still okay with it because we were told this was a 'mom & pop' shop and that kind of atmosphere is hard to find these days. Well, another set of customers came in and the server noticed them and decided she needed to get menus for them and that's when she finely noticed us. And from that point on - it was like we were pariah. We never did anything to offend her. We weren't put out, we weren't rude, we ordered straight off the menu with coffee and water. We asked to put in a 'to go' order and it was like we were asking for a brick of gold. We never got refills. My friend had to go to the register (like Waffle House!) to pay and ask about the 'to go' order' because the server never came back to check on us. By that time, we decided it was time to go. It didn't seem we were welcome there. We weren't local. But Grapevine is a hotspot for tourists. I can't see how any Grapevine business can afford to alienate customers. It made me sad because I own a business that thrives on making the customer feel valued. Oh well - we went, we conquered, we'll conquer another establishment next time. This one is off the list. 😉

Really good breakfast food. Ate the waffles (how can you not) eggs, bacon, hash browns and cinnamon roll. Definitely a breakfast place we will come back to in order to sample other goodies. Check out the skeleton at one of the tables (wonder if it rotates around the restaurant...)

If you like food with great flavor and excellent customer service, this is your place. It is a little hole in the wall that does not get enough recognition for how DELICIOUS the food is! My hubby ordered the chicken and Belgian waffles and the kids had the silver dollar pancakes kids meal. The chicken was crispy yet moist. The waffles and pancakes were fluffy and had great flavor. Even the Turkey bacon was yummy! John was our server and he was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Food was served hot. No delay. Kitchen staff was awesome! If you're ever in the Grapevine area, you have to check out Waffle Way. They are only open for breakfast and lunch.

The waffle is a good way! In fact, it's the only way. I always order two (2) eggs over medium, hash brown, bacon, wheat toast with double eXtra butter, a diet coke, pecan waffle. My old lady gets pretty much the same. She's really so fat. So she really likes to eat a whole lot of food! She's warm in winter, shady in summer.

Was in Grapevine shopping. Stopped at Waffle Way, spur of the moment for late breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised at how much we liked the place. Busy Restaurant at 10:30am, but quick, courteous and friendly service. We love eggs and they were very tasty. Appears to be a locally owned family restaurant. Highly Recommended. Phil

Absolutely one of the best breakfast places in Grapevine. I cannot wait to go again. They are not open for supper. The Pecan Waffle had pecans sprinkled on it, not in the batter. Ok, I have returned, twice. Burgers are juicy, fries are fresh cut and hot. Chicken fried steak is real. Not some hamburger patty. Cream gravy is nice and thick and rich. Hash browns are homemade. Changing 4 star to 5 star.

After soccer game in Grapevine decided we would give this a try. One thing that bothered me was it is seat yourself. When your full and people waiting prefer someone assisting instead of feeling like its a free for all. The service to get our drinks was pretty quick and food order is fast. The place is kind if small seats maybe 75-80 people. The staff are super sweet and this is one of those places that brings in allot of regulars. It was pretty cool watching staff talk to several folks getting latest scoop on family or just checking on them to make sure all ok. My daughter had grilled cheese BLTminus "T" with chips needless to say GONE! Wife ordered the chicken & waffles while she was not real impressed with chicken (breast was dry) waffle light & fluffy which was nice. I ordered the club sandwich it was piled high with roasted turkey, ham and multiple slices less i say mound of applewood bacon cooked perfectly and topped with lettuce & fresh slice of tomato with side of onion rings can't go wrong. We will stop in again when in Grapevine.

This place didn't have a welcoming feeling at all. I felt like an alien the way people just stared at me upon entering this place. I paid $21 for burnt hash browns, a spoon of eggs, semi decent chicken strips( chicken and waffles.) The waffles were fair. But i wouldn't eat at this place again. Just a very weird experience. I gave it one star because i had to.

Waffle Way is a must-visit for waffle enthusiasts. Their waffles are fantastic - fluffy and golden. The selection of unique syrups, especially the butter pecan, adds a delightful twist. They also offer a range of breakfast favorites like eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a delightful breakfast spot. Don't miss out on Waffle Way's delicious waffles and more!

Really enjoyed the food. Glad to help out a locally owned restaurant, especially one recovering from the tornado.

A superb little diner. It has a very family, small business feel and the food was great! Ordered the pancakes, they werent the over bulky heavy ones you expect from the giant chains, they were just right. Our waitress Deborah was friendly and accommodating to a picky toddler. Great overall

Excellent team. Great food. Great prices. Lot of options. I appreciate their half size portion options. They had the best crispy hash browns and thick waffles!

I came in around noon, peak brunch hour for this place! I was greeted promptly and all my food came out great! My server was awesome and kept coming around to refill my coffee, and I am super excited for leftovers. Only thing was there was a girl by the cash register who kept huffing and puffing about my coupon and rolling her eyes. That was a bit off putting considering she wasn’t even the one checking me out and the other was very patient and kind. The manager came to sort the coupon out and was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to try more items!

The waffles were delicious. Get the fruit as a side. It was the best fruit salad I've had in a long time. It was very fresh.

The waffles are delicious but I’m not a big waffle person so I usually order other options. The omelets are tasty and pretty good size. The bbq and cheese smothered chicken is also good. Husband loves the waffles!

This is the type of place I enjoy seeking out on travels because it's fun to get away from the typical chain restaurants. Nice little local cafe with a welcoming ambiance. My daughters and I were here for breakfast recently and were happy with our orders of French toast and silver dollar pancakes.

This is a relatively small restaurant that seems to be just the right size to keep the customers rotated. The exterior is clean and well maintained with just enough parking space. The interior is laid out in a manner that allows freedom of movement for the wait staff. Seating yourself, drink orders are quickly taken and filled. Those glasses stay filled, which is important to us. The menu options are plentiful as is the food that arrives on your plate. Tasty and hunger curing. The restrooms are clean and the staff are good at what they do.
