The donuts are lousy now and so is the service. I was over charged, according to the drive-thru menu prices. Noticed it after I paid & employee had closed the window. She was standing nearby, face in phone. Tried waving her to come back then laid on the horn after several toot toots. After still no response from her, I reversed over the bell then back to the window. I simply asked for a refund for the difference. The owner, I guess, yells at me "The prices changed. You can keep them or give them back for a refund." ...walked away, no apology, just basically his @$$ to kiss. I kindly gave them back except the Bavarian Cream (mistake). They'd prefer to throw away donut holes I'd started eating from (I guess they threw them away) & lose the sale rather than honoring the prices & updating them. Wished I'd given the Bavarian back too, it had no chocolate on it (should've checked) & the cream was literally pudding with a hint of #10 can. As a consumer, I'm just tired. We're paying more for less, way less. I understand that prices go up but at least give good service. No one escapes my opinion anymore. Spend your money where you're appreciated.

I won't be back to this place. Customer service and value has totally gone down hill since the big C. I was kicking off my lazy morning by treating my little one and I to some yummy badness and instead we got yucky badness. 😩 The cashier seemed very unhappy to be working there and or taking customer orders. Got my order wrong after I repeated it multiple times and proceeded to have attitude with me over it. When I asked for donut holes with sprinkles, I was told that I don't have many options so late in the day, mind you it was a little after 10am and this place is open till 3pm! I ordered one donut, dozen donut holes (mixed variety, all that was left so late in the day🙄) and a kolache. Kolache was a tasteless mound of dough surrounded around a really tiny sausage and mostly cheese. The donut holes were all just strawberry covered and no sprinkles like the picture showed that the cashier pointed out. Taste was bad and I threw them out. All that being the case, I would have kept my review to myself had the customer service at least been pleasant... Kountry donuts was closed, but that's my yummy recommendation if you're looking for something close to Main st. ✌🏽

The smallest Shipley kolaches in Texas!!! I assumed Shipley Do-Nuts everywhere would be identical as though they had some kind of standard, not so. The kolaches at this location are nearly 1/2 the size of what we were used to from Shipleys! Weird! We live in Houston, and just to be sure my mind wasn't playing tricks on me or that Shipleys suddenly followed everyone's lead by small-sizing their product due to inflation (like other manufacturers do), I stopped in at my local store this morning. Sure enough, and to my great relief, the kolaches at home are the same large size! Whew! Even the Grapevine sausages inside the kolaches were smaller! Bizarro!!

Shipley's is my favorite donut shop. Thanks to inflation for our entire country, we are all hit. Even at our beloved donut shop. The price for one glazed donut is going to run you $1.03. We are all seeing prices rise. I've seen customers get upset as a result, but keep on mind, their cost of goods have gone up drastically. In order to keep the business operating, they need to increase their prices.

Went in and the girl at the counter acted like we were such an inconvenience for coming. 11 in the morning, they close at 3 but couldn't make any more coffee. Poor! We walked out. Don't go here!

** hello owner** need to read your reviews and can the cashier girl at the window with repeated bad attitude duah*** and quit giving excuses as to why things aren’t good at your establishment… My experience today …. I Ordered 5 filled donuts and 6 kolaches and the donuts she packed in a small bag squished to a pancake and put the kolaches in a box.. no smile, no how are you, no THANK YOU!!!!!! Then I asked for mustard she gave me 3 packets… hunmmmm but didn’t I order 6 kolaches?

I used to like going to this place to eat but with recent hires they have made the overall customer experience has gone down hill. To be more specific I order a coke & the kid behind the counter did not put ice in it & proceeded to get an attitude when i kindly asked him to give me some ice. Then when they went to get the plain donuts that same person coughed all over it. It will not be back as I like eating at clean establishments with great customer satisfaction experiences.

I came for the kolaches, hoping my experience last time was a one time thing. The dough itsself is big, so I was hopeful. As soon as I bit into it, I was greeted by dough. Took another bite and realized it is full of air with a little bitty sausage inside. The dough is 3 times larger than the sausage. Heck, there's more sliced cheese than sausage. Disappointed. I also asked for half a dozen donut holes, got home and realised I was given half a dozen glazed donuts. It's just me.. What am I going to do with half a dozen glazed donuts, on top of my chocolate fall sprinkled (stale) donut and two kolaches? The cashier seemed confused and distracted the entire time. Overall, customer service is 3 out of 5. Product is 2 out of 5. I'm now on the hunt for my local mom and pop shop. I won't be coming back here.

Everything about this place needs work. Cold coffee and food. Trust me. I know very well how hot my local Shipley’s coffee is at home. It’s stays hot for several hours in my very own mug. The same one I brought in this morning to your sorry shop!!!

A bit pricey. The glazed donuts melt in your mouth when recently out. Kolaches were'nt so good.

Delicious. I don`t like getting donuts for breakfast anymore but I used to. Filled-in donuts are my favorite. Owner is a great guy. Make more apple filled in the morning please!

I love Shipley Do-Nuts.. I just wish they were cheaper. From full sized pigs in blankets all the way down to the freshest, light and airy donut holes...they've got it all plus this store has a drive thru window.

You know, I don't know if it was because it was after 12 pm and Labor day, but that good Shipley's flavor took the day off, too. The kolaches were good.

They aren't the best donuts I've had, but they are good. Kids all enjoyed them and the service was good. They have a pretty good variety of donuts and kolaches as well.

Kolaches here are great, and our family enjoys the donuts! Getting pretty pricy for donuts now, and customer service seems to have gone downhill. We still go every so often for a treat, but not nearly as often as we used to!

Nice, new Donut shop had all kinds of wonderful pastries and donuts you can imagine, and when they open they have stuff to sell where as most all others have just put out a sample of their morning work by 5am. This one is a pit pricy for that fact they are fully open @ 5am. This is my new favorite donuts shop!

Donuts were fine but the young lady at the front was rude rushed me and was cussing at her coworker. Slammed my stuff on the glass counter and didn't offer a larger bag to carry everything out.
