I
have
been
leasing
cars
for
the
past
8
years,
and
have
been
visiting
dealerships
for
the
past
2
decades.
In
the
past
8
years,
I
have
leased
the
following
vehicles:
Jaguar
F-Type
S
Coupe,
Mercedes
C43
Cabriolet,
and
an
Audi
A6
(3.0).
Now,
I
decided
to
purchase
my
first
car:
a
BMW
M850i.
I
have
to
say
that
the
BMW
is
definitely
my
favorite
brand
so
far
in
terms
of
luxury,
design,
performance,
service,
and
the
"wow"
factor.
Yes,
I
do
understand
that
the
M850i
is
in
a
superior
car
class
than
the
others,
but
I
have
test
driven
and
compared
the
models
of
the
same
level,
i.e.,
Mercedes
AMG
GT,
etc.
Now,
we
are
here
to
discuss
the
actual
dealership
and
their
service.
To
put
it
simply,
it
cannot
be
beat:
the
friendliest
staff
you'll
meet,
the
most
knowledgeable
sales
team,
and
techs
that
will
explain
every
single
feature
of
the
car.
I
have
actually
started
the
process
while
I
was
out
of
town,
and
finished
it
when
I
got
back
to
Dallas.
Everything
from
the
trade-in
process
to
the
purchase
was
flawless.
Oh
yeah,
having
the
staff
take
a
picture
of
you
next
to
your
car
with
a
red
bow
on
top
is
a
pleasant
bonus.
In
the
future,
I
might
add
a
Porsche
911
to
my
collection
and
a
nice
American
truck,
but
that
will
be
in
ADDITION
to
BMW.
And
I
can
guarantee
that
BMW
and
Sewell
has
made
a
customer
for
life.
It
is
also
imperative
for
me
to
call
out
that
this
phenomenal
process
was
made
possible

in

and

after
being
a
customer
for
a
month:
A
few
callouts
on
the
staff:

provided
exceptional
service
and
make
me
feel
part
of
the

family.
McKenzie:
She
helped
me
taking
the
car
in
for
tinting
this
past
Friday.
I
would
like
to
call
out
that
I
have
stayed
in
hotels
including
the
Ritz
at
Doha,
Four
Seasons
in
Macau,
Kempinski
in
Shenzhen,
and
some
other
high
end
hotels
throughout
the
world;
I
have
also
experienced
the
Q
Suite
(business
class)
on
Qatar
airways
and
business
class
on
Emirates.
I
bring
this
up
because
knowing
what
kind
of
top
tier
customer
service
is
provided
at
these
hotels
and
airlines,
McKenzie
reminded
me
about
that
level
of
service,
at
Sewell.
She
is
professional,
has
a
positive
and
energetic
attitude,
followed
up
on
the
status
of
my
vehicle
multiple
times
throughout
the
day,
and
made
sure
that
I
got
a
loan
car
that
I
wanted
(740i).
If
everyone
in
the
customer
service
industry
provided
a
quarter
of
what
McKenzie
does,
the
industry
would
be
at
an
impeccable
level.
Again,
I
am
very
happy
with
my
purchase
and
the
service
I
receive.
I
have
been
bragging
about
Sewell
and
BMW
of
Grapevine
to
all
my
friends
and
colleagues
in
all
of
my
networks
(various
industries).
