    A few years ago, my dad and I were in town for a make-a-wish trip and I’ve always loved BMW. Our hotel was right down the road so naturally we had to stop in. Hunter Fowlkes came out and greeted us and we were very clear we weren’t buying anything and didn’t want to waste his time. He asked what brought us to town and we explained. He then took an hour out of his day to walk us around and show us through the dealership, started up a couple cars on the show floor and just hang out with us knowing we were just looking around and wasting away time. Fast forward a few years and I got to come back and buy this 650i from him. We stayed in touch over the years and I found the right vehicle for me. He knows I was driving in from Omaha and made the process super simple and fast in the interest of getting back on the road home. Hunter is the best of the best and went so far above and beyond when there wasn’t anything in it for him - just out of the love for a younger enthusiast of the brand. Glad I was able to come back and bring my business to someone so deserving. There was even a bow on the car when we made it to town!

    100 stars. Molly Moses, was extremely kind and super knowledgeable on the product. My son was super excited to see the car and my youngest asked a million questions. Molly, answered every single question and took the time to educate them as well. I am truly, appreciative. We went to Mercedes before we went to Sewell. Night and day difference. BMW and Sewell for the win.

    Amazing dealership! Excellent customer service! We drove 3 hours from Austin to buy 1 car, but because of their selection and customer service, we walked away with 2 cars! Shoutout to our sales associate Brian McLaurin. Brian was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and so easy to work with! We will definitely be recommending this dealership and especially Brian as a sales associate to all our friends and family.

    Awful experience with their service department! Had my car serviced there for the first time as the other Sewell location I normally use was booked. The only positive was my loaner car was dropped off on time as promised. My car was picked up at 8:30am and by 6pm no one bothered to called and tell me who my service advisor was, nor give me an update on my car. After calling and getting multiple people, I was given contact information for the advisor who told me he was leaving for the day and that his partner would reach out to me with an update the next day. The next day came and again I was the one calling for an update. Didn't receive an ETA on when my car would be ready so I just drove to the dealership and waited. Once my car was ready, no one bothered to explain anything to me about the services performed; I was given my keys and that was it. I completed a comment card detailing my experience as a first time customer in hopes that someone would reach out. Weeks later and crickets. I will never bring my car to this location again due to such a horrible first experience. Definitely not what I expect from Sewell.

    The purchase of my first BMW was a breeze working with James Cardenas! I called on April 27th & inquired about a vehicle & May 4th I had my BMW in my driveway. The management team (Josh) & everyone else behind the scenes made sure everything was taken care of and made this process so simple! The communication, no pressure, straightforward approach & attention to detail experience made it easy for me to join the Sewell family! After dealing with another local BMW dealership, doing business with Sewell was a breath of fresh air! Thank you for all of the help. I will definitely recommend others to Sewell BMW of Grapevine!

    Getting my first car here was the best experience I could have asked for! Chad was fantastic and helped me with every step of the process. He helped me find the right car for me and was there to answer all my questions. I would recommend this dealership and especially to ask for Chad if you can!

    Our experience with Sewell BMW of Grapevine was 1st class. Vivian, our sales associate was so great to work with. She answered all of our questions, and was very helpful in the purchase of our new vehicle, and even came in on her day off work, just to make sure the vehicle she sold us was delivered to us perfectly. What a pleasure to do business with! We will definitely recommend Sewell BMW of Grapevine to all of our family and friends, and will come back to them for our next vehicle purchase!

    All I can say is WOW!! Sewell really goes above and beyond! This was such a breath of fresh air compared to other dealership experiences I’ve dealt with in the past. Kyle was so amazing and took care of me from start to finish; he answered all of my questions and honestly made me feel like he was taking care of a family member. Thank you so much! 10/10 stars for customer service, and honestly the best price out there! It’s my first time buying from Sewell BMW and I say they have my business for life!

    Go see Gab Chavez!! What a fantastic salesperson!!!! Very helpful! Let’s face it- too pushy or overselling does not work! Gab made us feel very comfortable! He showed us and spoke to us about our needs! Used cars are tricky. I understand why! We left feeling confident that we had the right car for our needs. He explained the features and benefits ( better then the you tubers!) You would be making a mistake if you did not find Gab to help you with your purchase! Very helpful!! Gab is the best!

    I had a great experience with getting my car serviced at Sewell BMW of Grapevine. What a difference a dealership can make. After having used the BMW dealership in Arlington, I was doubting if I would buy another car from this brand. The Arlington dealer would never answer their phones or return calls leaving it up to the customer to pursue them just for basic maintenance. And if you asked to speak with a manager, they were rude and condensing. Sewell is completely different. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I set an appointment, showed up a little early and they took it from there. My service advisor, McKenzie, was friendly and knowledgeable about the service needs on my car and had me out of there in 20 minutes with a loaner. A few hours later and sooner than promised, my car was ready. Returning the loaner and getting my car back was just as easy as when I dropped it off. Thank you McKenzie and everyone at Sewell for making vehicle maintenance a first class experience. I'm definitely using them for service going forward and will shop them first when it's time for a new car.

    We had a five-star experience working with Alec Laird on the lease of our new BMW I4. We walked in for a test drive without an appointment and he showed us the only one on the lot thst a customer backed out on. He was very patient during the test drive and answered any questions. We had a complex lease turn-in and he handled it for us with ease. I was especially impressed with his dealer tour, highlighting the various reasons to chose Sewell over other options. The tour of the mechanic's garage was a nice touch. Alec was calm during negotiation and transparent about the only dealer add on, which we kept. Alec even held the car for us for almost a week. He's a great salesperson to work with. We love the drive so far. Manton was also phenomenal in his product tour upon pickup of the vehicle. Great training at this dealership.

    Another homerun for Sewell. I brought in my 2007 328CI convertible for a recall. It needed additional repairs and the services team diagnosed the problems and did the work at a reasonable price. The luxury side of me loves the service center waiting area. It's super comfortable, well-designed, and spacious. The practical side of me appreciates the efficiency in servicing hundreds of cars each day and the team work that goes into keeping hundreds of clients happy. The service center is high-energy, the team work is amazing and everyone on staff is professional. I'm on my 4th BMW and plan to buy another one in the next two years (although not replacing my beloved CI convertible) I will definitely purchase my next BMW from Sewell Grapevine.

    I honestly can't say enough good things about Sewell BMW in Grapevine. Right when I think I've reached the pinnacle of their amazing customer service, they just come up with another way to impress me. I've bought 10+ cars in the last 8 years, and expect a lot from a dealer. Buying at Sewell the first time has set the bar so high, that I will likely never buy from another dealer. Beatriz has been a true professional since the first call, and Joe (one of the managers) really worked an amazing car deal for me. As a former car sales person, I tend to be very critical of dealerships, but I can't think of one time Sewell BMW of Grapevine has not far-exceeded my expectations.

    Every experience here, from sales to service, has been the best we’ve had from a car dealership. The sales process was easy and efficient. But the service level after the sale has been beyond compare. I don’t think it could be done better than these guys do it. This is my second BMW, but first from this dealership. The “ownership experience” with this one is certainly worthy of some brand and dealership loyalty with my next purchase. Highly recommend.

    Overall an Excellent experience dealing with the Sewell Team. Great inventory of Certified BMW's.. My 3rd time buying a car from a dealer 1,500 miles from my home. Sewell Team was great but my Sales Assistant, Beatriz Rovira was outstanding bridging the distance gap.. We used Face Time to look at each car and Beatriz shared her input on how clean each car was.. Every question I had, Beatriz was super quick to respond. She was able to quickly grow my trust level with the Sewell Tea. Our Certified loaded X3 was just like a new car when it arrived back east.. Excellent Experience in every way... Big Thanks to the Team!!!

    Chadwick Fedderson is awesome. He’s sold us our last 3 cars. He just helped me buy my wife her push present. He’s extremely knowledgeable about what they have in inventory, the vehicle features, and upgrades and options for warranty and protecting our purchase. We've used him for our last 3 vehicle purchases here and really appreciate his professionalism and outstanding service. I know that when I come to Sewell BMW of Grapevine that he'll put me in a great car, and I'll feel good about the purchase when I drive off.

    Sewell is the Best place to buy a car in Texas. I’ve purchase many cars at many different dealerships in 30 years. I had no idea it could be like this great.     I had my front windshield replaced for my BMW I8 and paid almost $5k…the window/door jam trim/weather strip started lifting less than couple months…they did replace it however the way the body shop did it 2nd time looked horrible it was actually getting suck, as I opened the door to leave the dealership…I called management show them the ugly job and voice my concerns and he told me he would replace it and this time do it right! Well here we are months later still no call back from the body shop manager and it did exactly as I pointed that day I picked it up…lifted and will probably start leaking again. Haven’t had much issues in the service department but this issue seems to be a reoccurring that just can’t seem to be done professionally…disappointed.

    It was my first BMW and I shopped around. My last stop was Sewell BMW of Grapevine and my experience has been amazing, from start to finish. Car is absolutely the most well designed luxury sport experience I could have imagined and service, care and timing at Sewell definitely matches the product. It was a seamless experience made possible by Keith Mills and Trevor and I will be looking forward to get my next car from them again.

    I purchased a CPO BMW X5 from this dealer with the help of Jay Andres and Deborah Young. Being from out of state, I didn’t get a chance to see in person but relied on the photos and videos sent by Jay. Aside from a few blemishes, the car was as promised and in excellent condition. Deborah even paid for a new windshield that incurred a chip during shipment as well as compensating me for an alignment that though should’ve been done as part of conditioning, still was a class act on this dealership and Deborah’s part.

    These service guys were absolutely awesome. They kept in communication with me and delivered my car when promised. They provided a loaner car and that process was streamlined. The ONLY challenge was pulling out from service. There were 8 to 10 cars in line to come in and one lane to exit. I managed to SQUEEZE thru but orange cones would have kept the incoming cars out of the outgoing service lane. This dealership service charges were higher than Dallas and Arlington, but I'm ok with the extra cost in exchange for the stellar service.

    I have been leasing cars for the past 8 years, and have been visiting dealerships for the past 2 decades. In the past 8 years, I have leased the following vehicles: Jaguar F-Type S Coupe, Mercedes C43 Cabriolet, and an Audi A6 (3.0). Now, I decided to purchase my first car: a BMW M850i. I have to say that the BMW is definitely my favorite brand so far in terms of luxury, design, performance, service, and the "wow" factor. Yes, I do understand that the M850i is in a superior car class than the others, but I have test driven and compared the models of the same level, i.e., Mercedes AMG GT, etc. Now, we are here to discuss the actual dealership and their service. To put it simply, it cannot be beat: the friendliest staff you'll meet, the most knowledgeable sales team, and techs that will explain every single feature of the car. I have actually started the process while I was out of town, and finished it when I got back to Dallas. Everything from the trade-in process to the purchase was flawless. Oh yeah, having the staff take a picture of you next to your car with a red bow on top is a pleasant bonus. In the future, I might add a Porsche 911 to my collection and a nice American truck, but that will be in ADDITION to BMW. And I can guarantee that BMW and Sewell has made a customer for life. It is also imperative for me to call out that this phenomenal process was made possible by: Cindy Schunk in sales, Cris Estrada in technology, and GM Jared Richardson. Thank you for making a kid's (well, 38-year old kid) dreams come true. Update (10/24/22) after being a customer for a month: A few callouts on the staff: Abdul, Andrew, Ryan, Dylan & Alex J: They have all provided exceptional service and make me feel part of the Sewell family. McKenzie: She helped me taking the car in for tinting this past Friday. I would like to call out that I have stayed in hotels including the Ritz at Doha, Four Seasons in Macau, Kempinski in Shenzhen, and some other high end hotels throughout the world; I have also experienced the Q Suite (business class) on Qatar airways and business class on Emirates. I bring this up because knowing what kind of top tier customer service is provided at these hotels and airlines, McKenzie reminded me about that level of service, at Sewell. She is professional, has a positive and energetic attitude, followed up on the status of my vehicle multiple times throughout the day, and made sure that I got a loan car that I wanted (740i). If everyone in the customer service industry provided a quarter of what McKenzie does, the industry would be at an impeccable level. Again, I am very happy with my purchase and the service I receive. I have been bragging about Sewell and BMW of Grapevine to all my friends and colleagues in all of my networks (various industries). Keep up the awesomeness!

    Hunter F. & Deborah Y. have finally shown me what it means to be a “Sewell Customer”. I began working with Hunter nearly a year ago and came back to him to recently purchase a vehicle. I thought I knew all about the Sewell treatment but “No” at Sewell BMW of Grapevine Hunter and Deborah gave me the “Royal/Golden” treatment. The beauty part they didn’t ask me to leave a Google Review or score them with high ratings on a customer experience survey like other dealerships…because they already providing “exceptional service”. For instance, Deborah Y, Finance, added my new vehicle to my toll tag account while I was in her office. No dealership has never ever offer to do that…just one of many “Royal Treatments” they call their normal service for their customers. I highly recommend Hunter F. (Sales) and the staff at Sewell BMW of Grapevine.

    We bought a pre-owned truck from Sewell BMW of Grapevine in mid January.. Having bought several cars over the last 50 years, I have to say this was the best experience of all. Gabriel Chavez helped us and went way above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. It was a straight forward and upfront transaction with no hidden fees or gotchas. We have been so happy with the truck and I would definitely buy from this dealership again. Highly recommend!
