    Took my wife’s 2018 Murano in for an oil change that was quoted over the phone for $60.00. The service advisor snuck in a $25.00 additive without my knowledge or approval. Got to the cashier to check out and surprise, it was over $90.00 for just an oil change. Got back home and popped the hood to find that the air filter housing and air filter were not properly secured after the technician “inspected” the air filter. Glad I caught this because the engine could have been damaged from dust and debris entering the engine. Coolant level was low and obviously not topped off as well as the windshield washer fluid. This place should be ashamed of the quality of work that gets sent out the door and also the shady business practices they use. I’ll be on the phone with Nissan North America first thing in the morning to let them know what a terrible dealership this is. Highly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere for service .

    The dealership sold us a vehicle before it was inspected bumper to bumper. This should have been my 1st red flag. Unfortunately, I was unaware of that fact prior to us signing a contract on it. We took possession of the vehicle without without being informed that the inspection was incomplete. It had many safety factors that were missing. It took several weeks and lots of back-and-forth to rectify most of the situation.. The service department was excellent. The sale staff was mediocre, so key interested in moving cars. The finance staff is shady as the day is long. I would not recommend financing anything through this dealership.They slipped in some boggus items and claimed it was noncancellable all to line their pockets with incentives. The plaque they display at the dealership, stating we value your opinion, is comical at best. No response to any communication we have initiated. Poor business

    Just be aware, these guys will fleece you like the lowest life car mechanic you can find. They are completely emblematic of the reputation the car service industry has earned itself over the years. Once they have your money, they are high-fiving and laughing behind your back. Full disclosure: yes I called and gave their service manager an earful the day after a getting my car serviced. Yes, that call included profanity. The details: my car needed routine maintenance, but I brought it to the dealer for their more thorough evaluation of issues that might not be on my radar. I mentioned that my AC was slightly weaker than expected, but didn't have time for a diagnostic. The next day my AC is entirely nonfunctional. Seems a little too coincidental and dramatic of a change from one day to the next. What is your $150 value diagnostic worth when circumstances have reduced the trust to zero?

    There was a car listed on the internet. I called to see if the car was in fact still available and was told it was. I drove more than an hour to the dealership. When I arrived I was told the car was not available and had already sold. I was asked to consider another vehicle which was priced at $1000 more than the original vehicle. I took it for a test drive and asked what the best price they could offer was on this vehicle. The first offer included a $2995 markup to which I refused. The sales manager then came in to discuss. When I questioned it, he ripped the paper from under my hand, told the original salesman to move the car to the back of lot and stormed out. This is the kind of behavior that gives car dealerships a bad name. Wasted and ruined my whole afternoon.

    My husband has desperately been needing a new car this past year and after not feeling comfortable enough to purchase a car at a few other dealerships, we finally purchased a car yesterday thanks to the INCREDIBLE service at Texas Nissan of Grapevine! From the moment we pulled in to driving away in a new car, KENDALL PINCKNEY (KP) was there for us with respect, patience, honesty, and just pure kindness. He got us a great deal on a used car in amazing condition. When I test drove the car, I was amazed at how clean the car was. Even so, they did additional detailing before we picked it up later that same day. It literally looks, smells and feels like a new car and we appreciate that they do good honest work, and are selling top notch used cars. With our purchase, they included an extended warranty at a good price AND free oil changes and tire rotations at their dealership for two years. Totally recommend Texas Nissan of Grapevine!!

    My battery was said to have not worked when they started my car post brake change job completed at Nissan. It has never had that problem and the battery is 2 years old. The battery terminals had oil all over them causing some issues. Why would Nissan not offer a battery terminal cleaning if the terminals were dirty? They added all kinds of other recommended services but this was left off. If they had to jump the battery, why not offer to replace it. I no longer trust Nissan. Look at my service records...I spend $1000's of dollars there every year. No more. Not to mention they did not replace all the tire caps. I will go spend the $5 to replace them just to not deal with you all any more. $1,000's of dollars a year....gone.

    Braden was just excellent. He helped us troubleshoot our issue when our vehicle wouldn't start while on vacation. After getting the engine running, we immediately drove to Texas Nissan of Grapevine, where Braden got our battery replaced quickly. We were back in vacation-mode in no time! We felt so lucky to have been able to have connected with Braden!

    I'm not typically one to write reviews but I must say, these guys deserve every 5 star review they have received! I was nervous about making my first car purchase and weary of all the common stigmatisms of used car sales. I found a truck I was interested in online and reached out about it. I was promptly replied to by James Wiley who took great care of me. He was personable, kind, and had my best interest at heart. James had the truck ready to go for me when I pulled up and he made the entire process a breeze! The Sales Director Josh Howard was great too! Josh was very friendly and told me that they would fix the body work and a few other things to get my truck in even better condition. Well.. they OVER-DELIVERED! Not only was the body work phenomenal, they fixed multiple things we didn't even discuss. Justin in service was a huge part of the process too and couldn't have been more helpful! His service department did a great job! Justin kept me up to date and got my truck back to me asap! I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Texas Nissan of Grapevine and I highly recommend them!

    Appreciate the no pressure into purchasing additional recommended repairs. Nick was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I even had the Service Manager pull around my car with I was ready to leave and had a very nice conversation with him. I am definitely going to continue to bring my car to Grapevine and hope to purchase my next new Nissan from the dealership.

    We bought a Rogue from Joel, Black Friday. It was my daughter’s first new vehicle she’d purchased completely on her own. I really appreciated Joel’s advice and especially the talk he gave my daughter about driving distracted. Overall we love the car, the price and working with Joel

    Edit 10.21.23: Just updating the review to reflect the improved experience through the customer experience team that offered to rectify the issue. He was extremely friendly and definitely did his best to resolve it in a timely manner. He was a great chat. I had an absolutely atrocious service experience. I went to get my oil and filter changed at 10:30 and arrived at 10:15. I was ensured it would take 1.5 hours since I needed to get somewhere important, so I checked in around 12:30 for an update and was informed that they still had not even started. I ended up taking the car elsewhere and will not be returning due to the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism. I did not have a positive customer experiences as well as the person working on 10/19/23 was not inviting to begin with.

    I had a pretty good experience here. I was able to secure the car I wanted less than 24 hours after they posted it. They priced it low but when it came to the final number they decided to add on around $4k to the price, calling it an “Options” fee. Very confusing and I guess some kind of salesman tactic. Not only that but my credit score is considered good and they tried to give me a very high interest rate. I immediately called my bank who gave me a much better rate than that. So be sure to be on top of your game when you come here. They will try to play with you if you don’t know how car buying works, but unfortunately, that’s the nature of the business. But I am happy with the car. I love Nissan.

    My 2021 Nissan Rogue always comes out looking brand new when I drop her off at the service department. Top quality employees, as Vinny was very kind, organized and knowledgeable. Excellent pricing on tires, top notch customer service! We have purchased our last two vehicles from Texas Nissan Of Grapevine and will do so when it comes to getting a new one in the future! Shari

    I had the pleasure of completing the purchase of a Nissan Rogue from Texas Nissan of Grapevine all the way from California. It was entirely possible because of the help I received from Kendall Pinckney (KP) from the beginning all the way to the end of the transaction. KP helped me by sending the video and pictures of the vehicle, honestly negotiating the final price, and even doing a last minute FaceTime walkthrough of the vehicle. He was patient and accessible via phone calls and texts throughout the process. He answered my questions and connected me with the right people from the finance and other departments as needed. He even helped to deliver the Rogue at my request to a destination in Dallas. All the other staff members I interacted with were also highly professional, courteous, and responsive. Buying a car has its own burdens and challenges, doubly so if doing it remotely. I am glad and thankful I had a positive experience overall and I was able to wrap up the whole process in a matter of few days. Thank you KP. You rock!!

    The repairs to my car were completed much faster than I anticipated. The cost was much less than quoted. That's a winning combination in my book! Time will tell if the items repaired continue to work properly.

    My wife and I showed up to purchase a black Tahoe and left in a pearl white Yukon Denali with every option emaginable. It was meant to be. My wife said she would never drive a white car but we left with one. BRANDON BEAL was awsome!! And the whole financing department went to bat for us and we drove home with our new car. My wife and I live our new purchase and highly recommend talking to Brandon.

    Edit to review: received a call from the service manager in under 12 hours of original posted review. Never received a call back from service manager because the voicemail extension I was forwarded to was not his. After a conversation of service performed and issue that came up, service manager was more than accommodating to take care of the inconvenience and apologized. I will say Texas Nissan is much more accommodating to fulfill the service needs then there competitor Nissan service in Hurst. Took my vehicle in for a known Nissan issue with the shift lock release. Of course came back with a laundry list of things that needed to be done. Vehicle was 90,000 miles matched up with a 12-year-old vehicle. Part to fix original issue wasn't available until the following day so I left my car and got it the next day. Service was fast the only problem I had to return because my car was not put back together correctly after service was completed. Not only that I left a voicemail for the service managed to call me and never receive that call back prior to realizing my vehicle was not put back together correctly. Bumper has a metal plate attached to it, securing it to the undercarriage that was never bolted back together. Simple fix, but of course another 24 miles driving back to the dealer round trip of my time that should have been fixed the first round. I was back on my way after about 20 minutes, no apologies or complimentary Car Wash was done which would have been nice because it was covered in bug guts. Oh well, my fault for not checking to insure my vehicle was put together the first round I guess.

    I took my Nissan Armada Monday the 26th in for an oil change and state inspection . I decided to stay and wait. I have been to other Nissan dealers in state and out of state and sadly this One is the worst. For the area in which is located I expected more. The lounge area is dirty, small and there is nothing but water from a dispense and a counter that is no cleaned at all. I waited for almost 2 hours and there are no snacks offered ( not even a vending machine). In other dealerships the lounge areas are very comfortable making the wait time easier. The facility is dirty. The restrooms are dirty , no paper towels or hand dryer in the women’s restroom. The temperature this week was extremely hot in the city and the facility was overall warm inside. When I arrived the tech , even though he was there in his office did not come out to meet me , I waited and I wasn’t the only customer waiting for someone to come and check us in.

    I reached out online about a vehicle I was interested in. Preston reached back out to me promptly. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my budgeted price range. Within minutes Preston has sent me photos of the PERFECT vehicle!! Before making the hour+ drive, I requested preliminary numbers from underwriting as I knew I was upside down on my current vehicle. Less than 10 min later, I received a call back and was on my way to the dealership! They moved mountains to get me out from under my car and into a fancy upgrade!! Go see Preston and Jose!! They are straight shooters!

    Great staff,...from sales to service department. I walked toward the door of the dealership and was greeted immediately. The vehicles I was interested in were brought up to see and drive. Pricing was discussed and debated and the deal was done. I am now driving my first Nissan.

    I made an appointment online. The website was easy to navigate and provided the exact options I needed to select for my visit. I received a courtesy reminder for my appointment. I arrived to my appointment and was immediately greeted by a friendly advisor and informed of the details process then guided into their waiting lounge. The lounge had computers, a tv, and coffee available. The wait time was significantly shorter than expected for a car dealership, which was a pleasant surprise. Before leaving, I was given an overview of what was done and the next steps for the service I’d booked. The visit to this location was seamless from start to finish and by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.

    We had a great experience at the Dealership in the Pre-Owned Dept. Our Salespersons were Fabian and Maddie and they were a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient as we struggled to decide between two vehicles. We contracted with Finance Manager Isaías who was also great to work with and we didn’t feel pressured. Will recommend this dealership for sure! We love our SUV!! Thank you all!

    I would like to give a huge shout out to STEVE in used cars. I was looking for a good family car, but the vehicles I was looking at weren’t really all that. So he personally brought over a 2014 Nissan Rogue for us to look at. We LOVED it, and he got us all sorted out with payments, and we were out of there that night!
