Very cool and hip place. Lots of "playas", cool people, and young vibe. Decent concert venue. Back deck overlooks Lake Grapevine, Terrific view, comfy chairs and couches (sadly they stink of cigarette smoke) Interior is very open with central bar in the back. Like others, hard concrete floor, so your feet are dead meat by end of the event. Not enough seating, common to concert venues, don't know why. The VIP areas had chairs. Valet parking only, but I managed to park myself, as I was early. Overall it's a cool concert venue, but tiring due to lack of indoor seating.

Not first choice for concerts. General admission they make you wait outside in the heat till 9pm. Place is very spacious, but they only have some 20 tables/chairs to rent, rest of people standing all night. They post 9:30pm start of show but no performance until 10:30pm. $20 to park, $15 get in. Not sure will go back.

Went for New Years Eve as there was not much else going on in Grapevine/Southlake area except the Gatsby themed event at Westin. Was not very busy(probably due to the $135+ after fees gen admission) and the only place to sit was on the patio or the four or five tables way in the back by the windows which were taken. The only way to get a seat is to reserve a table, which reminded me of the big Vegas clubs with no seating on purpose to upsell you to bottle service. Except at least they are fun. This was lame. They left the lights on and it felt like we were at a convention. This video was once Le Freak hit the stage and was the busiest the dance floor got. We left about 11 and went downtown to a better club and had a blast. This place has potential but they try to get way too much $ for what it is. Oddly the drinks weren’t too expensive, that was the one plus.

First time visiting on 10/21/2023 for our friends in Drowning Pool, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Place is huge with a nice extra large back patio space overlooking the water. Bathrooms were extremely clean, and bar personnel was very friendly. Like others, GPS coordinates don’t quite direct you the full way as you need to go all the way down once in the Gaylord complex. That said, we would recommend and will be visiting again.

Spirit of Christmas was a nice SMALL show. Seats were hard. As a nightclub might be a good spot to visit

Not a great venue for concerts. When I bought my tickets it seemed like there would be unassigned seating. The only seating was IF you could find it at the back of the venue OR if you are willing to spend $100 dollars at a table. I don’t drink and no food there is worth $100 I am reasonably certain. Also, they need to do some acoustic work. Sound is very screechy at many locations, something to deaden the bright surfaces would make a huge difference.

I love it! Most spacious dance floor ever visited. Happy crowd! Live band! Two DJs for a variety of music for all tastes! Will definitely go back again and again and again!

A great venue! We always have an amazing time at the Glass Cactus! The space has a great layout with lots of options for indoor and outdoor paces. Speaking of outdoor spaces, the view of the lake is amazing and it’s a lot of fun just to hang out and watch as the boats go by! Definitely check their place out if you get a chance.

Haven’t been in years but came out to see Primaddona (Madonna cover) and had a blast! Make sure to go out on the back patio overlooking the lake! Note - all the parking is $10 valet unless you park for free in the garage which is a bit of a walk. Check their calendar for live music - always something fun going on!

Our bartender, Angel, introduced us to the “Screaming Orgasm” which consists of Baileys, Kahlua, Vodka, and Amaretto. So delicious. He also told us about their ice sculptures they do at the resort.

My party of 10 came out to this venue for New Years Eve. The booking with Cole was flawless. The wait staff was awesome. We have recommended so many people and private parties because of Cole and Team. Forever a customer.

What a great place for a live concert! The food was great, the drinks cold! But, the waitress, Luciane, she was amazing! She went above and beyond to take care of me as I was not in an area with service. She was so sweet to look out for me. She is the best I have ever seen. Thank you, Luciane, from the bottom of my heart!

I had an amazing time at Glass Catus when I attended the Strangelove - The Depeche Mode Experience cover band concert last weekend. Despite a slightly hectic experience with valet parking, the friendly valet staff made it easier. The highlight for me was the stunning lake view on the patio area. The bar service was quick, and the staff members were incredibly friendly. Can't wait to come back for another great night

Great venue for a party or corporate event. Stage. Plenty of room to suffer anything. Carson and Judy from McAllen were awesome and made us feel valued.

Fantastic venue with wide open plenty of deck space (covered and uncovered) with great views of the lake and refreshing cool breezes. There is an outside bar for the deck area. The inside bar is is well designed to accommodate for large crowds. The interior space is perfect of concerts, weddings or any large gathering. There is a well sized stage and upstairs balcony viewing area. Onsite parking and an overflow garage about 200 yards away.

This place was way bigger than we expected but did not have a ton of seating on the ground level. Super big dance floor but no one was on it so it seemed like we were very far away. All the tables right around the stage/floor were reserved with no one sitting at them which was lame. We liked our drinks and the patio and the staff the best!

Nice venue, we saw Texas Flood. Awesome group, highly recommend you see them in person if you love blues. I couldn't believe the crowd wasn't larger.

Loved the Cirque show! It was great!! It was so much fun, we came back later to see the Bob Segar cover band. We sat out on the deck overlooking the lake and it was beautiful! Drinks were good and food was decent. The bartender was awesome!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went for NYE and paid $190 for VIP to be expected to stand all night because they had hardly any tables. We arrived early and ALL tables were reserved, which was never told to us when purchasing the tickets. We immediately asked the manager for our money back due to no availability of a table to sit at. He gave us his email and said he would refund our money if we turned in our tickets to him. We gave him our tickets but he has not responded to the email. This place is a joke! Don’t waste your time or money, they are a bunch of crooks who lie and do not stand by their word. There are much better places to go and I for one am telling everyone I know to stay far, far away from their jokey bar. After reading other reviews, I see they charged wrongful fees and have participated in tip fraud on credit cards. I will not stop until we are refunded. My next email is to the BBB. Management takes advantage of their customers and is allows fraudulent charges to be placed on customer credit cards.
