Grapevine location: my father and I used to go here ten years ago weekly. Things were great; cooked well, flavor, food prep. A few days ago I met my friend at this location. We both ordered the Original Original burgers both. I know it sounds funny, but that is what the business calls a regular cheese burger. 1/6 pound over cooked burger with bad seasoning. Small cup of coleslaw tasted old, not dressed, and small cup size maybe 2oz. I would avoid this place.

I've always loved the burgers here and the fact that you could build your own. I hadn't been here in a while, since before the pandemic, and learned things are done differently now. They now have you seated and a server comes and takes your order at the table. The menu is digital, so you can the QR code at the table to scan. New on the menu, for me at least, were the brisket nachos so I had to try. They were pretty good. Large portion, brisket was tasty! We ordered the nachos, a burger, fries, and 2 drinks and paid $30 total, it was all delicious, and I had lots of leftovers. 🤩👍

Very yummy food, relaxed vibe, and service was amazing. They got the orders right, were consistent with checking in on us, & very fast service. I'll definitely be back.

Wow, I just noticed this place has a 4-5 star rating from 400+ people, and they're not wrong. Cool vibe, my server (RJ) was incredibly quick and friendly without being annoying, which is always a treat. The food was relatively quick and tasted great and all for a reasonable price, especially for a sit down restaurant. Can reccomend!

Great burgers with brioche buns, good onion rings, excellent crunchy unbattered wings💛!!!, and always great service. Their air exhaust is terrible or inop, the three times we’ve been there; because you will smell like fried food when you leave. The good burgers and wings offset the smell 🤷🏻‍♂️

The food was good but nothing special. The atmosphere was pretty cool and the server was super nice!

This is a go to for watching Texas Rangers games on the big screen and with various TVs around the seating area, there’s no bad seat. The burgers are good and the potato fries a favorite of mine (with a side of honey mustard dressing to dip them in). Service is always good, especially when Apple is in the store. Highly recommended.

Ate at the Grapevine location. My server Vanessa was the best server I ever had anywhere. She'd always made sure my tea glass was filled. My mushroom burger was excellent and great tasting. Especially the buns . The place was very friendly and guests around me were so nice. I will be back whenever I go through Grapevine.

Whenever we're in the DFW Metroplex we like to stop in Grapevine, TX to eat at Bottlecap Alley Ice House. We can depend on the food to be delicious. Our lunch consisted of chicken Quesadillas, BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, Fes, and Onion Rings. Exactly as we ordered, our food was prepared and delivered hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. The server was nice, helpful, and attentive to our table. The ladies' bathroom was clean and well stocked. We're definitely coming back to Bottlecap Alley Ice House on our next visit to Grapevine, TX

This was a hidden gem! Great and beautifully presented food. Stephanie was a great server. They have a wide varriety of foods on the menu. Fresh and made to order foods. I can't wait to return.

Built my own burger with double meat, American cheese and queso and every bite is delicious. We also ordered the patty melt and added bacon but it lacked something in flavor. I highly recommend adding queso to anything and everything here as it is amazing. I preferred this place when they had the laminate menus and no servers but the food tasted the same as I remember and I’ll be back for my burger

Even the kids liked this place! Tater tots were fantastic. I had buffalo chicken sandwich that was one of the best I've had. My wife got the buffalo chicken salad, which she loved.2 kids got burgers and raved about them

Burgers were super. Great menu, excellent service and has all the makings of an all-star pub grub experience. We will be returning to for a long time. Definitely will catch a cowboys game at bottlecap this year as they have tons of tv’s and ML’s on tap!

Lots of TVs and clean. Friendly staff. My grilled chicken tacos had a nice smokey flavor. The Cobb salad BIG!

Feels like a hidden gem since it is hidden a strip center and hard to see from the highway. The food is really tasty. It's a good sign when everything you try is worthy of telling everyone at the table "taste this, it's delicious". Enjoy an adult beverage with your meal as well.

I visit here once a month the food is OK. I don't care for the burgers, but the Chicken Sandwich and the BLT are rockin'. They took the best thing off the menu, cheddar-bacon-jalapeno fries. They do serve tater tots but hey there's not really anything that makes this a GO-TO place on my burger joint list. As for To-Go orders I normally get hung up on at least once before they actually answer and reluctantly take my order. The staff straight up hates phone in orders. For that and middle of the road burgers I give 3 stars. My favorite is the BLT and Onion rings. Just hope you dont get the soggy rings. But when they are hot and fresh, they are so good. 12/6/18 Today I Ordered Chili Cheese Fries and Kalifornie Chicken Sandwich at 11:50am, Picked up my order at 12:00pm. I was back to work in 6 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh. Excellent service today. However I'm not sure about the Chili Cheese fries for $4.10 they look like they were splashed with watery ground beef broth and some kind of watered down cheese sauce. It's not actual chili or real cheese. I have to remove another star and just stick to the burgers and sandwiches. Bring back the old Loaded fries with bacon and jalapenos!

Stopped in and had a mushroom Swiss burger and a 1/4 cheese burger, onion rings, fries, and the trio dip appetizer, and cheeseburger off the kids menu. The food was decent, total cost with 3 sodas $59. To me, for burgers that is a little costly. Our waitress was awesome! She was friendly, very attentive, and fast.

Hidden gem in North Texas. Small town friendly, big city fun and most important home style good. Look for it, go in and enjoy! It won't disappoint but go hungry because the meals are Texas big.

The servers here were pals of my friends who come often, so I'm sure my experience was guaranteed to be good. Everyone was so friendly. The huge margarita I got made me perfectly tipsy. I ordered a turkey burger and parmesan fries. The food was actually good for a pub style place. The turkey burger is comparable to the ones I buy at Trader Joe's. (I love those! I see this as a plus, jaja.) Overall, I definitely will return. If only for fries and a margarita. I feel like the food is pretty heavy paired with such a huge marg.

I have never had a bad experience at Bottlecap Alley. The beer selection is huge and when we ask for a decent beer, the servers aren't just knowledgeable, but they don't hustle the most expensive stuff at you either. The food is great and what you would expect... and the back patio is pretty nice to sit on as well. I would highly recommend the place... it's sneakily tucked into the corner of the shopping center with Target in it... so it might be a bit difficult to find, but it's worth it.

Went there with my son, burger was pretty good, fries were great, and the server was attentive and friendly. May visit again next time I'm in the area.

The food and service were top notch! The food was also super cheap for the quality. Andrew was fantastic and ensured we had a great experience. We got the Kali-Fornie sandwich, Tejano burger, and chili cheese tots, all of which were fantastic! Highly recommend, would be back if weren’t from out of town.

Why no TV for the back deck? I really like the back because I have a dog, and it's beautiful outside, I like your food, but all you get is the audio. Would be 5 stars if there was a TV above the "DELI".👍 Someone from Corporate should come here and do a "Cost Benefit Analysis". TV cost vs a deck that holds 20ish people. I've been coming here for a while.
