I recently visited the Cinemark in Grapevine to catch a movie and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The theater boasts incredibly comfortable seats that make the movie-watching experience all the more enjoyable. The highlight of my visit was definitely the fresh and delicious popcorn, which added to the overall ambiance of the place. After all, who doesn’t love popcorn at the movies!? The staff were also very friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. All in all, I had a fantastic time at the Cinemark in Grapevine and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch movie-going experience.

I watch a movie here at least twice a month. I drive further to this location because the seats are heated and they recline back more than other movie theaters. They also have D-Box seats with certain types of movies. I only wish those seats had a table top like the normal seats do. They recently upgraded two theaters to XD theaters. They have the typical snack, popcorn & candy area. But they also have a mini sit down restaurant that offers meals like burgers, hot dogs, macaroni and cheese and more. They also have a mini bar that now serves alcohol. They are known for offering movie related products. I recently bought their small movie throw that has the Cinemark logo on it that I now keep in the back seat of my car. The staff is always nice and their customer service has always been good. The only thing I've noticed in the last year is that towards the end of the night, the women's bathroom is not kept clean as it is during the day when I come. I've been coming to this location for two decades and this issue has only appeared within this last year. I wish I can say it's short staffed, but on those nights I attend a movie I see plenty of staff 'waiting' to clean the next theater when a movie ends. Right now, it's not an issue to keep me away from watching my movies there.

Theatre is nice and clean and the staff is fantastic here. The manager Dakota is the best of them all. We had a concern and I sent them a note and he called me even when he was on vacation and ensured my concern got resolved on the same day itself. That’s for me is going above and beyond to take care of your customers. Will definitely visit this location again for next movie.

We ordered tickets from a kiosk inside so it was very convenient. It seems all the theatre screens have lounge seats that recline and have a seat warmer. It was a quiet day when we went so it wasn't too crowded. They keep it pretty clean. Prices here are generally lower than other theaters in DFW.

While the theatre is older, it is clean and well kept. They updated the chairs a few years ago to the luxury loungers. That is also the only sign on the back of the building so my friend thought we were going to a recliner factory instead of the theatre tho. Screens and sound quality are good and they have updated the concessions for more options. It's like a dine in theater that the wait staff won't bother you at.

Hey we just saw Thor Love and Thunder… was it good? Well it’s a marvel movie so it’s a lot. A fun watch. The theater was spotless clean and there were a total of five people in the theater. So Covid safe! Buy your tickets online… Order some popcorn let’s go back to the movies!

My son and I visited this theater recently because it was the only theater showing the movie he wanted to see. I was impressed with how quickly and attentive their staff was. We had a small inconvenience happen and a manager took care of the situation immediately. I don’t live in the area but I will always choose this location going forward. There are so many other movie theater options but when a customer knows they are being taken care of, they’ll always keep coming back! I’ll drive the extra 25 minutes for convenience! Thank you sir wish I would’ve gotten your name. And they have a Starbucks inside!!! You can’t beat that!

Ever since they added the new concessions line, the lines are atrociously slow and LONG! Looks nice and fancy, and you’ll spend about 20 minutes standing in it. Also, the “service fee” for buying your tickets online… why?

The seats were incredibly comfortable, and were even heated! Their food delivery is almost always on time, and of course the movies are fantastic. Me and my gf come every week for the cheap tickets on Tuesday!

Nice place to watch a good flick. I hate paying a sevice fee for buying online! It's a rip off. It's way cheaper for them then me buying at ticket window with a real employee. Seats are somewhat worn-out.

Fun time at the movie today. Only giving 4 stars because the restroom was dirty, the lock on the bathroom stall I went in was broke and one of the soap dispensers was empty. This theater does have a cool game room which was fun too.

Rented one of the theaters for a work event smash bros tournament. A ton of fun! Would recommend if you want to do something unique.

We love this movie theater! Their popcorn and pizza is always fresh; the associates are super friendly and helpful and they keep every area clean. We enjoy our movie club perks to the fullest and will keep coming back 💕

Went here last Tuesday for Discount Tuesdays. Really great place to watch movies. It has everything you need, comfortable seats, popcorn, snacks, drinks, big screen and great sound system. With the deal we were able to try out D-Box seats. The seats are quite a bit more than the regular seats but depending on the movie it can be worth it. Sad slow movies or movies like Finding Nemo is not the type of movie I would spend $10-20 on a special seat. If you’re watching an action movie or something like Jurassic Park, D-Box is worth the price. We watched the new Hunger Games movie with those seats and it was a really cool experience. One more thing I wanna bring up is the new popcorn system they have. I haven’t been at this location for a hot minute. They now ask if you would like butter. And they also have a butter dispenser for you to make it extra buttery. I think this is wonderful, if they’ve been doing it for a while I might just not have been observant but I do like the option. I must warn you though, the butter can get everywhere, I recommend holding your bucket of popcorn with napkins already at the ready.

We really enjoy going to this theatre for action movies the D box seats can't be beat. My husband is Deaf so being able to move with the action and feel all the vibrations is awesome. I also like the convenience of ordering tickets online and picking up when we arrive.

Cinemark Tinseltown is a great movie theater to go to for bringing family, friends, or going solo. One has the opportunity to purchase the tickets online or there in person. There are around 14-16 movie screens. They also have photos advertising current and future movies. Sometimes, they also have photos of older stars or movies as well. There is also an arcade room where one can play games. As far as the food, one can purchase personal pizzas from pizza hut. And there is popcorn, nachos, and more one can buy at the concession stand. I like this place and constantly go and definitely recommend it.

My recent visit to Cinemark Tinseltown Grapevine and XD was an absolute delight. The atmosphere exuded excitement as I walked in, promising a memorable movie night. What stood out were their incredible mango margaritas, a delightful addition to the experience. The option for popcorn refills with an extra-large size was a generous touch. The theater itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable setting. However, what truly made this visit exceptional was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive and genuinely helpful throughout, the seats were reclining all the wsy back to have comfortable seating experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Cinemark Tinseltown Grapevine and XD for anyone seeking a fantastic movie night.

This is my favorite movie theatre. I don’t know if it’s just location, but even when the new movies come out it’s reasonably packed. I love an empty movie theatre and they’re open late and always have late showings for stuff I want to go to. It’s always clean, there are plenty of (well maintained) restrooms, they have a lot assortment of (expectedly expensive) snacks, all the employees are always nice, the parking lot is huge and there’s somehow always a good spot, and and the theatres have super comfy seats/good sound/current movies/a massive screen. I go out of my way to drive here. The vibe is just so rad.

Haven't been to this theater in years! I used to bring my kids here all the time. Went to see Killer of the flower moon which was a 3 hour movie. I love the recliners, so comfy. The guy at the snack bar gave me extra butter on my popcorn and I like that you can add your own butter :) Overall, it was just the way I remember it. I'll be back!

Nicest Cinemark I've been to. The lobby had a retro vibe to it and they have merch for black panther. First time trying the Dbox seats, it was amazing, the seats moved and vibrated with the movie; also seats were heated.

Our favorite theater in this area. I gave 4 starts because their concession stands aren't consistent from the front to the back ones. I wanted a diet dr. Pepper and I had to go all the way to the front and stand in line again. Other than that, we do love this theater.

Very nice theater. Seats are kept in good condition and have heating buttons. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Concessions are solid quality. This is my preferred theater.

Great parking with lots of Handicap parking. Easy entrance. Wide open snack bar and friendly service. Theaters have great tiered seating and comfy chairs. Electric lounge chairs.witj heated seats. Amazing

One of the best theater experiences. Seats are clean, food is fresh and can be made to order. The staff are also friendly and helpful every time we go! We have made this our go-to theater and only go to others if we are out of town or with friends.

Love the luxury recliners! So spacious! And the XD screen was amazing! The seating was set up where there was zero risk of anyone's head ever being the way, and almost no risk of hearing someone eating like a cow.

I was really impressed with the food and drink options! The seats were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed our visit and will chose this location over Roanoke simply because of the variety of food available.

This place is pretty cool :D The popcorn is so freaking good and so is the pizza!! :) I remember the large popcorn used to have the little thing on the side to get more popcorn sadly it was removed.. it would be nice to have it back again :') the place is pretty clean too so that's great! :D 10/10 come here all the time it's my favorite theater >:]

Cheapest tickets in town! Saw Jackass Forever. The XD theater is huge and they all have leather heated seats with recliners. Wonderful experience. Also serve alcohol now!! Matinee is 4-6 dollars! Can't beat it

We love coming here! The seats recline all the way back. Employees are helpful and friendly. Has an arcade area and a little restaurant aside from the consession stand. The theater rooms we've been in all have heaters on the seats and little tables as well. The prices are great too!

The movie was awesome! The chairs or luxury loungers as they're called recline all the way back and the seats are heated. they have a tray on there for your food and you can have your food delivered to you or pick it up. the screen is so big...... wall to wall and the surround sound is amazing! The only thing that sucks is I paid an arm and a leg for popcorn and a drink and they can't give you free refills even though they have collectors cups and what not because of "covid" so you can't get free refills. especially if the drink machine is facing outward and especially if you're the only one in the movie theater at 10:00am in the morning on a weekday. Other than that.... even though I went on a discount Tuesday I didn't mind paying the extra couple dollars for the bigger screen, nicer seats, etc...all the extra amenities.

First time back in a long while. The lounge chairs are great. They added seat heaters or I never noticed it before. One downside was that it was colder than I would have liked. Movie prices are as expected and so are the theater food prices.

Great seats capable of reclining and warming! A pretty good price for tickets, they're a little cheaper during the morning/afternoon. Very clean, polite and helpful staff. The refreshments can set you back quite a bit though.
