Came here to buy something for my gf for our anniversary and everyone here was very helpful. I ended up buying a necklace for my girl and I guess the chain was too small. I went back to ask if I could get a bigger size for her and Sean said no problem, he likes taking care of his customers he said and he gave me a bigger size no questions ask. Took chain for a new lock and they only replaced spring inside lock, tried to tell me it was a new lock , so i asked to see my old lock and they "lost it " there was no new lock to begin with. It was my old lock with a new spring. And still tried to charged me 200 just for a spring!!! Complete scam of people very shady. The new spring sucks my chain still not wearable . Big dissapointment. They did not inform me it was just the mechanism that was replaced .

Great service! My husband got me a wedding ring from here. It was too small so I dropped it off to be resized the day before everything was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I was curious if I was able to get my ring back just until everything opened back up. I got lucky one day and called and a very nice lady by the name of Sana picked up the phone and was really helpful and even gave me her personal phone number so she could keep me updated on the status of my ring! Long story short I got my ring back today(may 2nd 2020) and I absolutely love it! These people are the truth! I highly recommend you come here for any jewelry needs! Thanks Alex and Sana! Excellent place to shop for jewelry hands down. Very welcoming. I got free drinks and chocolate while waiting for my bank to up my limit so I could purchase. I mean, who does that?! Lol.
