Avoid this place at all costs. Girlfriend went in for sprained ankle. First visit took almost three hours(a good amount of time was her just sitting alone in the patient room). And then the second visit she sat there for close to five hours. They literally closed the workers comp side with her still inside and then they had the audacity to say that they were going to take her off workers comp for leaving after being checked in for five hours! This place does not care about practicing medicine. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. And if you look at all the other reviews that aren’t faked you will see them carelessly respond with the same copy and paste message. Below are the pictures she took of the front desk and lobby completely empty when she got left.

Extremely inappropriate and poorly trained staff in reference to skill and ability. I don’t care who you are, don’t waste your time and resources anywhere near or at this business. Because what really did it for me was the lack of training and unprofessional nature of their management and employees. Not to mention their lack of accountable when it came to them losing paperwork during my two experiences here. One article of which that was an important article with no copies… smh Along with a false negative Covid test that they had to call and apologize about. After jumping down my throat while I was at their business with a mask on. Don’t let this place make money and continue to fester and bring down this community. As well as after giving a urine sample TWICE they denied me my results because they said the temperature was off but I was able to take photos and videos and prove that my urine was on temp, after giving two samples back to back. then after sitting there because the plastic finally warmed up which was quite thick and took time before it started to affect the temperature reading they said it took too long. That’s not how that works people. And how poorly trained and Ignorant can your staff be with a basic understanding that it takes time to warm up a cold cup... (DONT LET THIS BE YOU ) After showing this to my employer I was sent to another facility and completed my test and passed.. straight up harassment from this facility. When they had no proof or reason to deny my sample and tried to come up with a whole bunch of reasons that were false and lies. I feel sorry for any of the poor souls who wanders into this “urgent care” facility. And especially watch out for this nasty sloppy, troglodyte of a person who was acting extremely inappropriate and even covered up her name tag before she proceeded to fail at doing her job. Have a good one and God bless 👁👄👁😉 Stop treating innocent and honest people poorly. You guys are pitiful. And thank God you were not the determining factor in my employment… So inappropriate and disgusting.

The front desk here is continually and consistently full of rude people who couldn’t care less about their job or the people. Today (2pm on 9/16/2023) the 2 girls there were literally just sitting on their phones. On Facebook. Scrolling. They were even trying to hide it. I walked in, they didn’t smile, they didn’t say hi, just said did you fill out your paperwork online? What a way to great a hurting patient… just such a bad attitude. I filled out paperwork and she told me 45 minutes, I waited 20, then my husband came in and happened to ask her and she told him an hour. I said “but you told me 45 min 20 min ago?!” and she just said oh well it’s just a guess. I worked in doctors office as a patient care coordinator for years and so I understand how it goes. But that’s no reason to be rude, to be unfriendly, and just down right bad at your job. The worst part is that it has consistently been this way for years. So obviously it’s the management behind them who also couldn’t care less. I live across the street from this location but I’d rather go to Weatherford than go here again. Go somewhere that actually cares about you as a person, let alone as a patient.

I took my 4-year-old granddaughter here for a physical so that she could get into daycare. We made the appointment on their website. They called me at 1:30 pm and said they were ready to see her. I arrived at 1:45 pm. There was no one else in the waiting room. As we waited and filled out paperwork, 2 other people came in, so obviously they weren't busy. An hour later, we were called into the examination room. They tried to get my granddaughter to take an eye exam, but she was scared and wouldn't cooperate. We went back to the exam room and the PA came in and said they couldn't pass her on the exam if she didn't do the eye exam. I told her to do the exam without it, as I had discussed before the appointment with a gentleman there. She insisted, which at that point, I said that it wasn't going to happen and could I have my money back since no physical exam had been done. We waited and waited again... We tried the eye exam 2 more times and the last time she cooperated enough to get it done --thanks to the nurse who knew how to work with children! The PA came in and examined her, but I don't feel it was too thorough and she didn't relate too well with children. I finally left at 4:55. So unacceptable to wait that long at any kind of urgent care center! Over 2 hours!!! I will never go there again! Terrible experience!

Checked in online, got a call there would be a two hour wait then they would call me when I could come in. Okay, fine. Got there, asked if they could do blood testing at this location. Front desk lady said yes. Waited another two hours surrounded by dirty tissues scattered about the waiting room. Saw the doctor who informed me there was not a technician present to draw my blood but I could come back when there is. He asked me why I even needed the blood test and when I told him he responded with "you were positive for [that]!? Haven't seen that in a long time". Thanks, that's very professional of you. He sent me on my way and had the front desk lady refund my money, having not being able to do anything for me when I disclosed all the details at check in and informed them I was only there for a test. This is the lowest rated location in the area for a reason. Didn't realize that until after I checked in. I originally went to the one off 26 which immediately informed me on check in there was no one to draw my blood and to go to a different location without wasting any of my time. I will say though, the MA here at this location was very professional and kind.

Pitiful, incompetent, disturbing and absolutely unprofessional. Do not use this business. My son was seen on a Wednesday and because of presumptuous and disrespectful attitude, our prescription wasn't filled for 4 days. We called repeatedly to get the problem fixed and ended up having to pay full cost out of pocket because insurance had already been approved at the wrong pharmacy. We were consistently brushed off and told to wait. The staff claimed that this was because the clinic only has one doctor. Terrible company, terrible team. I hope they get shut down.

This is regarding your clinic at 5301 William D Tate Ave Suite 100 Grapevine, TX 76051. On 19 April I went because my right ear was clogged with wax, I had a very difficult time hearing and the clogged ear was very very uncomfortable. After checking both ears, your staff determined that my right ear had to be flushed with an ear irrigation flushing system. Basically it was a manual spray bottle with a thin hose. After various attempts, they stated it was unsuccessful and for me to see an ENT doctor. I spent $180 for nothing. The doctor I was referred to by my insurance didn't have an appointment available until 16 May. My Hispanic neighbors referred me to a clinic which is used mostly by low income Hispanics without insurance. I decided to give them a try even though they didn't accept any insurance. Well, guess what? I was totally astonished!!! They used a high tech "electronic" ear irrigation system and successfully flushed all the wax from the ear!!! In comparison, Care Now used a cheap low quality manual system. And to top it off, the cost was cheaper than yours even though they didn't accept insurance. Their total cost was only $150, and that included an anti-inflammatory vaccination!!! I'm totally disappointed with Care Now. Next time I have this issue I will instead visit "Mi Clinica Familiar" in Arlington, TX. I will also recommend my family and friends to avoid Care Now and instead go to "Clinica Familiar". Went for a bad cough and sore throat I was having. I don’t go to the Dr unless my symptoms are pretty bad. Didn’t do any diagnostic tests like swabs. Just listened to my lungs and looked at my throat. The visit was less than 1 minute. I paid 200 dollars for 60 seconds and prescription for a medicine that didn’t even help my cough. I called back and told them it’s not helping and they said I have to come in again and pay for another visit when it’s for the same reason. Never coming back again.

We came here at 9:45 and we had to stay in the room till 11.00am still doctor didn’t show up, and the girl brought us to the room I asked her how long it will take more she had no manner to say that how long. She was rude and doesn’t even know how to treat people. No Customer service at all, they don’t even smile looks like they’re working here by force. People come here to feel better but I think people get more sick mentality to be treated like this. I will never recommend anyone to come here.

Went for the first time in several years and will use a different urgent care center in the future for two main reasons. 1) It’s not an urgent care center when you wait almost two hours to be seen AFTER you arrive. 2) When they ask you for your gender on the registration paperwork there are like five different genders listed. Can’t call yourself a medical facility if you defy basic biology. Will never use them again since they favor political correctness over scientific fact, on top of being just as slow if not slower than they were several years ago.

I really enjoyed my experience today. I did online check in and when I arrived I paid my co-pay and then only had to wait about 2 minutes before I was called back. The Medical Assistant was so kind, and the provider Charles Rogers, was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and took the time to make sure I felt at ease, and understood my plan of care. Today was the best experience, thank you so much!

CareNow sent my perception to the pharmacy. The pharmacy contacted me that the prescription was missing some information and could not be filled. They tried to contact CareNow three time without anyone answering. I called CareNow and no one answered the first time. I did get through and have left two voice messages for them to contact my pharmacy. Hopefully, tomorrow I will have better luck. Update - was on hold for 30 minutes the next day and no one answered. Had to drive down there and get the instructions on usage. The person at the front desk mumbled about everyone being busy, except the parking lot was almost empty and only one person in the waiting area. IMO the only time CareNow will call you is when they want you to come in for your appointment, otherwise you are on your own.

Made me wait for 4 hours and still said 30 minutes. I canceled my appointment and came back home. Worst employees ever. At least, someone teach them customer service. Never go to that place. Better drive 30 minutes or more and go to another place, you will get cured faster than this place.

Waiting 3 solid hours to see a doctors for 3-5 minutes was far from a good visit. Then I was told that my X-ray results would be another’s 2 hours NO THANKS

Nurses were nice enough but no one there's pays any attention. Told the nurse and Dr the same things multiple times and yet they couldn't remember 10 seconds later. Needed imaging as part of my visit but of course no one says anything until I asked directly and apparently the guy who does that is goes for the day. This was at 3pm by the way. They took a half guess and gave me some medicine that they even admitted may not help and that I need to get stuff like imaging done if it doesn't help. Which of course is half the reason I was there in the first place. Nothing new but the Dr was dismissive of anything I said. Constantly interrupting me and not letting me complete my answers. Maybe if they would talk less and listed more it might make patients feel cared about. They couldn't even get my prescription sent to the pharmacy I requested. And this is AFTER everyone including the Dr confirmed it.

BEST DOCTORS OFFICE YOULL EVER GO TO Front desk Ms Fatima was wonderful very patient with not just me but every single patient i saw go up to her. she answers all your questions and makes sure you understand and worry free. Shelby was also passionate about her job very hard to find an employee who cares about everything they do. i would rate it higher but i can’t do i say 12/10 this is now my go to and i recommend highly that y’all make CareNow your primary care provider

Was thankful they were open on Labor Day and ease of scheduling online a plus. Only had to wait at home about 45 minutes before being seen. Very little wait at the clinic, and friendly & professional service all around. Wish I had just started there instead of with my PCP.

Depending on how you feel, pls make sure you demand to get tested at your visit. Strep test, covid, etc. Lesson learned, especially when seeing a PA.

Fast, efficient and clean. I had my young son with me and they were very fast during the visit to get me in and out with a solution. My only complaint is they didn’t run enough tests and didn’t catch the real problem—another urgent care I visited two days later in southlake was more thorough and diagnosed me with the flu. But sometimes that happens with primary doctors too. I would still visit again and maybe suggest or push back until they diagnose me with what’s actually wrong

I was notified promptly to come in and then the wait was short. Staff was very friendly and the Nurse Practitioner did a great job cleaning my wound and fixing me up. I highly recommend them and would definitely go back.

Easy check in. Front counter lady was friendly and patient. Nurses were good listeners. Short wait but once the doctor came in the visit was thorough and complete.

Impressive professionalism and efficiency that I had not experienced previously at other locations. Immediate follow up by receptionist’s call for pertinent details after online check-in. Care Now App had added info re: which nearby locations currently had fewer appointments ahead of me. Same graciousness by Southlake receptionist when I cancelled check-in realizing Grapevine location was closer to where I needed to go afterwards. My wait-time was only limited by the speed of which I could fill in sheets that needed more details than generic ones done in advance online. Very nice experience for late in the day walk-in. Thank you, B. Surprised

Good experience. The nurse was so friendly and nice. The doctor was thorough and took his time to examine and explain. The only feedback is that when the clinic left a message for me to call them back to find out more info as to why I made the appointment, the phone number they left to call took me to a phone tree and kept re-routing me through and no one answered. I think that’s probably a tech issue. That’s the only reason I did a 4 star instead of 5.

I was in a serious rollover auto accident at work due to the negligence of another driver. I directed to go to CareNow so I came here as it was closest to my home. I only came here twice. Both times I waited *literally hours* to see a doctor. You would be much better off going to the Hurst location, especially if it involves worker's compensation. They shrug off worker's comp patients who are in pain and put them on the back burner. DO NOT GO HERE. The Hurst location never made me wait more than half an hour to see a doc or nurse practitioner. Another issue I had while visiting this location was when I told the doctor that my back hurt and I have had a headache for weeks... His response was, "my back hurts too, and there is an ozone alert as well, that's probably the cause of your headache. I worked at JPS for 'x' years, I have seen serious auto accident patients..." Implying that I'm just trying to pull one over on him. Over 4 months of physical therapy later, I was back at work. But, if left up to him I would still be suffering. My hips were knocked out of alignment causing my right leg to literally be over an inch longer than my left and leaving me unable to walk without a limp. I had severe pain in my ribs and shoulder as well and unable to sleep unless on my right side hugging a pillow and another between my legs. But yeah, doc, I should just stop pretending. What kind of WebMD degree does this guy have??? And this is damning of CareNow as a whole, not just this location, as I later saw the same moron walking the halls of the aforementioned Hurst location. If possible, avoid CareNow and especially this location!

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The wait time to get in wasn’t long at all, and the doctor was very quick and precise with her diagnosis. The lab tech, Isaiah, was very welcoming and made my visit a lot more comfortable.

VERY convenient to be able to register online from home and wait in the comforts of my own home instead of waiting long in a lobby. After getting my call that they were ready for me, the wait time was very minimal.(less than 10 minimal) The nurses and Dr. Zafar were FANTABULOUS! Customer service =10/5⭐️Bedside manners =10/5⭐️ I would recommend anyone to Care Now/Grapevine.
