The room does not have carpet and the hotel looks modern and clean, on the other hand I didn’t like to stay at this hotel for many reason and they are: 1 - The room was supposed to have 2 queen bed, but it was smaller Than a regular queen bed and seemed like a full. 2 - They don’t clean the room every day and even when we asked they didn’t on the first day and in the second they left one of the bed behind messy. 3 - The bathroom has poor air ventilation and and they use a toilet paper as soft as a nail polish. They have shampoo, conditioner and soap on bathtub but since the check in the conditioner bottle was empty and even after complain no one refill. 4 - check in wasn’t welcoming. The person on the front had a hard time to find my reservation. 5 - we stayed at the second floor with a ugly view of an abandoned moving truck, probably of the hotel owner. 6 - breakfast choices are very poor. Eggs with bacon varieties and it was very hard to find a healthy option. We had breakfast included in our rate, but the restaurant system didn’t talk with the reception and in the first night they invoiced our room and had to open a ticket with the manager. Reception said he would call us, but never did, but we were not charged so far and he left vouchers for the next days. Also regarding breakfast, waiter were flexible in serving us toasts, fruits and milk (healthier choices that were not in menu) but they were so slow to bring in the table.. it robbed us almost one hour every day to take breakfast. Fruits were good, but one day they forgot bringing as they were slow we gave up waiting. 7 - on checkout there were no luggage cart available and receptionist said she would call us as soon one was available, something that of course she forgot and recognized it. 8 - the hotel does not have enough staff. Some are nice and smile, they try to help but they are limited. Things they requested for us never were made as I stated before and other half just walk as zombies and gave up trying. I chose this hotel because of the great reviews and the photos were nice, but it was a huge disappointment. I would avoid this hotel and the same 2 on the facility as they are from the same owner / management. This hotel clearly does not meet the minimum standard I would expect of a Hilton.

We've stayed here a few times, and I really love this hotel for a number of reasons! First, the hotel is clean, rooms are great, and the beds are comfortable. That's really what we all want in a hotel. Second, the front desk staff are so friendly, kind, and efficient. Special shout out to Jordan - THANK YOU! Third, their restaurant is great. Food is high quality and the staff is good at what they do. Fourth, their shuttle service is excellent - timely and friendly. Special shout out to Coby - your act of kindness will not be forgotten! Finally, they treat you like a person! My family and I stayed here before we flew out on an international vacation. When we returned, our car wouldn't start. Coby, one of the shuttle drivers noticed we were having trouble, and drove my husband to purchase a new battery - going above and beyond. Despite trying everything, we couldn't get it started. We have two small children, it was getting late, and we'd had a long day of travel. Jordan was so accommodating in finding us a room, offering a late check-out, and just making sure we were taken care of. They've certainly earned my loyalty, and I"ll stay here anytime I'm in the Grapevine area.

There was no signage that indicated that the breakfast was not included. Breakfast was slightly nicer than usual, but the simple layout appeared to be like any other complimentary hotel amenity. The breakfast cost $40 for two, and I felt scammed. This colored my whole experience at the hotel, and I won’t return because of it.

Stayed here for two days for a business trip. Very clean and in great condition as it is rather new. The service was a little slow for breakfast and night time drinks but I would stay here again for sure. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars is the slow service. It literally took 3 people 10 minutes to get my receipt as only one person could get it from the register.

The hotel is very pretty. Rooms were clean, shower was awesome. Beds were comfortable. They didn’t have continental breakfast- you had to pay at the restaurant. Not even coffee, so we had to get up early the next day and leave. No pool. You have to trek all the way over to the Marriot.

Definitely a 2 star hotel posing as a 3 star hotel. Service leaves something to be desired. Anytime we went to the hotel bar we would have to wait for 15-20 minutes to be acknowledged. The outdoor pool and bathtubs advertised are nonexistent. Only bar soap is provided, and room service is inconsistent meaning you are left with a sloppy mess if staying multiple nights. There is a lighr switch but no fan in the bathrooms either, meaning condensation is always present. AC unit would either blast cold air and make the room too cold or not turn on at all and leave the room too hot. Some minor adjustments would make this a fine place to stay, but I cannot say that I recommend this over any other hotel in the area.

Flexibility with check-in & checkout times. Helpful and friendly staff members and delicious food. The vibe is very modern and new. Had a comfortable stay. 12 minutes from airport, close to convention center and 5 minutes from downtown grapevine with amazing shops, wineries and restaurants. Don’t get me wrong though, you could definitely just stay on site. This hotel has a restaurant, bar and market with access to local items. Also there is a fire pit and chairs outside to hangout when it’s nice out! Free shuttle to and from airport and Gaylord convention center.

Hilton Garden Inn really saved the day when we had a water outage at the hotel we were staying at that would have severely affect our wedding plans. The water outage happened early in the morning on our wedding rehearsal day (Thursday), and we were told that the water was expected to come back after 1PM. When we transferred to Hilton we were so stressed out as we had so many wedding related things we needed to move with and rehearsal plans. However, Spencer Nguyen, an assistant general manger was a life saver. He was so kind that I was in tears thanking him for going the extra mile to assist and provide the best room and service. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Our room was great and very clean. Even after our wedding night, we extended our stay till Mon. Thank you so much Spencer and team!!!

I would like to celebrate Lena the front desk staff who listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately with kindness and competence. I really appreciated interacting with Lena as she communicated what she was doing to address my need and provide a welcomed resolution. I really liked the location of this hotel, the decor and the foundation of a good hotel are the customer service agents like Lena 🎉😊

Nice hotel facility. Staff and service were very poor. Front desk staff did not always seem to know what was going on. They were also very hard to find or contact. Not at desk for extended periods and not answering the phone. Check in and check out were difficult and lengthy. Breakfast buffet was expensive for what it was. Restaurant staff were not very friendly. I was there fore 3 nights and was not able to get anyone to clean my room or even just make my bed with clean sheets. The shuttle was fantastic. It will take you places other than airport that are within 3-5 miles of the hotel.

Everything is bigger in Texas but here it is also nicer. The room was as big as my apartment and the bed had incredible comfort. Definitely the nicest hotel room I've stayed in recently. You need a car to get anywhere, but Uber to the nearest town is cheap. A 30 minute walk will only get you out to the main road and back!

In town to visit the grapevine mall and this location was not only convenient but clean and affordable. If you are a Hilton honors member download the app to have access to your digital key! Had a very comfortable stay!

Rooms are nice but our bathroom was not clean. It had dirt and hair on floor. Also found a dirty wash cloth in the shower left by previous guest. Carpets in common areas were dirty. Could be a great.

By far, one of the nicest Hilton Garden Inn's I have stayed at in the last several years. The rooms are adequate, not fancy, but certainly clean. I recommend the food and the bar staff 100%. Noah and Tattiana are great assets and take great care of their guests. Spent several month's here, and highly recommend.

The good: The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The handicapped accessible room was enormous. There was an excellent desk with chargers and a desk lamp. The bad: A handicapped accessible room should not have a platform bed. My husband could not get down onto the bed or up from the bed without assistance, because it was maybe a foot and a half off the floor. It was also incredibly soft, which didn't help. The shampoo dispenser was empty. The breakfast is a separate charge and was just a continental breakfast. It was very dark in the room. There was only one sweetener in each of the coffee packets for the in-room coffee.

We loved it here! Staff were amazing. We didnt need anything extra but there was always someone making sure we had what we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy. This location is near the mall, and restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back

Nice wood floor makes clean feeling and room was large enough for family and luggage. Air conditioning noise is pretty acceptable even if you turn it off for night made room cool enough in 110 degree DFW heat wave. Definitely stay again.

Hilton Diamond for Life here. This hotel was outstanding. The hotel is exceptional clean, well maintained and has a nice new layout. Location is perfect of wanting to be relatively near “stuff” and DFW though you have to drive 5-10 min. Hotel staff is super nice, especially those who work breakfast. My only “needs improvement” observation is that the shuttle bus to DFW doesn’t support early flights, busy starts running at 6am so maybe 8am flights are on the table if you have precheck and priority status. If not, be cautious chancing it. Breakfast as well since it starts at 7am on Sat and Sun. Hotel is near DFW and could do a little better supporting early morning passengers. Other than that, zero complaints (that wasn’t really a complaint either). I’ll stay here again. The stay was on point

Clean, nice hotel. Front desk employee was rude upon arrival, but the other was very nice. Parking was full, we were tired and had to circle around for 30 minutes....not fun. We liked the hotel, but no free breakfast which used to be Garden Inn's signature perk for Honor's members. Many hotels to chose from in the area, won't likely return to this one.

I loved my room.nice layout and spacious. I used keyless entry and the TV had a personalized welcome message on screen...that was cool! Hotel has a restaurant and bar "Vine 52". Before I got here I began looking for restaurants, because there wasn't an in hotel restaurant listed.

I chose this property so that I could charge the EV that I rented and its location. I arrived late my first evening needing to charge the car. I could not get it to work and tried all of the charging stations. I went inside to ask the woman in the front desk and she let me know that she had no idea about the charging stations. I have done this at other locations so I thought something was wrong with the car I rented. Then next morning I asked the woman at the front desk if the charging stations were working. Again, I was told that she didn't know anything about them, and then a man (employee) walked up and asked if I was prompted to pay via my phone. No, I don't own the car so I don't have an app for it. Yes, he replied, I have to pay for a charge. This was not communicated when I made my reservation for the hotel and I wasn't even given a chance to add the payment on my room. Very dissatisfied as I had to take extra time on my trip to find a location to charge the vehicle. Then I learned that coffee was from a machine and I had to pay for it. Again, I've never been charged for coffee at a Hilton location and just felt like I was being nickel and dimed for all incidentals - definitely not used to that. And my status was not acknowledged at all, but I'm not sure if that would have made any difference. I am in this area once a month but definitely will not be back to this property!

Great hotel for just about anything. Close to all types of dining and minutes from DFW. Awesome friendly front desk staff. Only reason for 4 star service is the bar staff in the evening is absolutely ridiculous. The female bartender clearly had no customer service demeanor..period! Besides that great property!

Clean and elegant experience! I enjoyed my dining experience, I loved the set up of my room and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Breakfast from 6am-10am and dinner is also available from 6pm-10pm(double check this)! So far my favorite Hilton experience 10/10 recommend!

I stay at Hilton properties all the time. But this was my first Hilton Garden Inn experience. The hotel is impeccable, clean and comfortable from the lobby to lounge to the rooms. I had the misfortune of developing stomach flu during my stay. They extended my check out as I waited for someone to come and collect me. I was so grateful for their kindness. When I'm feeling better I must repeat my stay!

Room was clean and modern. Staff was pleasant. We did had a couple of issues during our stay though. The refrigerator door was left open so it was hot, using the microwave while tv is on will trip the breaker, and shower sliding glass door was loose.

This is a nice clean hotel for this class. I liked it has a bar and on-site restaurant. The bed linens were good quality. The bed is comfortable. The pillows are nice and not flat. Spacious lobby. The service is good. Good area around hotel for walk or jog.

Easy check-in and the rooms are large. I immediately noticed that everything was so clean and smelled fresh, no mustiness or other funky odors that hotels in the south usually have. The bathroom has a pocket door, which is a cool touch. Love the Kuerihg and the extra large TV. My husband didn't want to leave the room! I also appreciate the pull-down window shade in lieu of curtains, which effectively keeps the morning light out when you want to sleep in. Loved this place. We'll be back next time we're in Grapevine.

Grapevine has been one of our favorite weekend get always for 27 years. We have found our new favorite hotel and that’s a big deal because our favorite has been the same hotel for 21 years. This Hilton Garden Inn is clean, in a super safe location and very close to DFW Airport. From the southern hospitality offered at check in by the precious greeter to our last minute here, everything was perfect. Thanks for a super stay!😊

Booked this a few weeks in advance for the free cancelation which is always convenient. When we got there the front desk lady was so nice, customer service skills on point! Our room was beautiful and so clean!

Really nice hotel, clean and great location. You don't feel like you are in the city. The only negative as other reviewers mention sliding bathroom door is not family friendly. I don't mind having sliding door. The issue is 1 inch gap on both sides, especially one closer to the entrance if somone is taking shower and u open door u can see trough gap or people walking in hallway can see too. I would give five star if the older gentleman that was behind desk would say good morning, or riding in elevator with him he would acknowledge his guests and ask them how is their stay. I'm might be wrong but I think he is manager. He should really try to open his mouth more and at least say hi.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The service was professional and fast. My only gripe is the price. I have stayed at a lot of different hotels for business, and I can honestly say this is the most expensive per-night stay I have ever had for this quality. The quality was roughly equal to that of Tru by Hilton, but the price was more than double what Tru normally goes for. While I have no complaints about the comfort, cleanliness, or modernism of the hotel, I feel like it was overpriced by quite a bit.

Where do I start? The food was not good at all. Food service was terrible and slow at best. I was there 5 days and the room was never cleaned. The hallway on the 5th floor was filthy like trash was strewn on the floor. The driver in the morning was great since we negotiated transportation every day. Every day they were either late or they forgot us. Outside the door of the hotel was completely filthy. Hundreds of cigarette butts and trash everywhere. I would stay elsewhere.

Pros: Convenient location to DFW airport, convention center, restaurants, and shopping. Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. Privacy curtain plus blackout curtains. USB ports for charging available. Small marketplace to buy snacks and drinks. Restaurant and bar available inside the hotel. Exercise space available, though I did not use it and don't know what all equipment is available. Cons: Minimalist bathroom design did not allow for hanging of towels to air dry. Housekeeping did not check on room daily (I did not put the no service sign on my door). This caused me to run out of toilet paper. On my way out one morning I asked the front desk to have housekeeping drop a roll by and the response received was "I can give you a roll now". Since I was on my way out I passed. I assumed since I gave my room number that housekeeping would drop one off at my room. I returned hours later to find that they did not and had to go back to the main lobby to grab a roll myself.
